Chapter 7: Primordial Chaos Heart Sutra
The next morning Jiang Hao got up and instantly felt better. He wondered what the new difference was and he felt like the spiritual energy in the courtyard had gotten concentrated or had a qualitative leap.
After he had a wash and put on some clean robes, he went outside to the balcony.
From there he saw something that made him flabbergasted.
A Purple-Gold bubble was there floating atop the little flower sprout that sprouted yesterday. He directly jumped from his balcony and approached the flower.

As if the bubble had some sort of sentience, the moment he came near the sprout the bubble instantly sped towards him and got absorbed into himself.

'Purple Gold legend huh... It seems different from the normal bubbles and it is quite descriptive. Well... I guess this is the result of planting a Primordial Chaos- level treasure.'
Jiang Hao rubbed his hands in happiness and with a mental command opened his interface.

His mind was pushed into an enlightenment and a dream-like state. His vision changed and no he was a translucent illusory image that stood on a barren land that seemed to surpass the horizon itself.
There was no life on the land, but he could clearly see that there were countless types of energies intermingling with each other in the atmosphere.
Some were colorful and some just made their existence known by making the air seem blurry. It was an absolutely chaotic masterpiece in his opinion.
The sky was blue and green with a tint of yellowness mixed in it. But it seemed like the sky too was just another translucent canopy of chaotic energy.
'Begining of Heaven and Earth'
A string of words appeared in his mind and he instantly understood what he was seeing. He was seeing the beginning and the creation of Heaven and Earth.
Just as the chaotic energies seemed to find some sort of equilibrium after clashing for who knows how long,
'SHATTER'
An expansive crack appeared in the space kilometers above him and the energies that calmed down for a moment were riled up and started struggling with each other like a pack of piranhas in a drying river.
'Source Qi Dimension'
Once again the words appeared in his mind but this time he didn't know what it meant. Is it the source of all Qi? Another dimension?
But he didn't have any more time to keep guessing as a small drop of purple liquid dropped through the crack in the sky.
Affected by gravity it sped toward the Earth, but its weight didn't seem like anything like that of a drop of liquid.
The moment it entered the atmosphere, the crack closed by itself instantaneously and time seemed to speed up. With a loud 'boom' the drop hit the barren land.
Forests of picturesque green started sprouting out of the ground and the energy of that little droplet started giving birth to all things and beings. Forests, mountains, rivers, demonic beats, spirit beasts, sentient beings...
'Purple LifeBlood envelops Heaven and Earth giving birth to all things and myriad creatures'
Again he understood what was happening but this time the vision no longer remained and it vanished into his mindscape transforming itself into an extremely intricate rune and embedding itself onto his soul.
'Damn... this is a big fucking haul. Who knew a Primordial Chaos treasure would give me a fucking Primordial Chaos level cultivation technique', Jiang Hao thought in glee.
Primordial Chaos Heart Sutra
He felt like he was shivering in pleasure. This scripture is one of the most ancient cultivation techniques to appear and it is not something that was created by sentient creatures.
It is an innate scripture of the Absolute Beginning.
Only the creatures born in those times knew this cultivation technique instinctively and it was buried in the sands of time after countless millennia.
Because this technique was created by Heaven and Earth and of Primordial Chaos grade, the probability of the technique having faults or any kind of flaws that might lead to cultivation deviation is practically non-existent.
This cultivation technique not only makes a cultivator of the same cultivation realm superior because most people cultivate techniques created by man, but it also has a concealing function.
He stayed at the same place for the rest of the day until the next day dawns, diligently switching his main cultivation technique to the Primordial Chaos Heart Sutra.
When the sun rose up the next day Jiang Hao slowly opened his eyes, but now there was a difference.
His eyes were Reddish-Purple. It added a certain charm to the average-looking dude with black hair. But it was still not enough in his opinion.
He stood up from the cushion and clenched his fists in happiness. He could feel the raw power coursing through his veins.
The purple lifeblood power is completely different from what the normal lifeblood cultivation techniques could offer.
Now he was certain, within Early-Stage Foundation Establishment, he was the alpha.

After appraising the little sprout and finding out how to maximize the benefits he could receive from this treasure, he remembered something he almost forgot about.
It was the 24-hour appraisal he had done the day before to find out the behavior of the person Elder Baizi had assigned to watch his courtyard.
He turned around and went inside the house to the study table sat down with a book in his hand and picked up the brush.

The day before yesterday he gave the command to keep the appraisal on for 24 hours and to give him the result afterwards.
Now that he chose to receive the results, the information was directly infused into his brain.
He now has the information of all the times he was 'watched' and he was 'not watched' by that Primordial Spirit powerhouse.
He wrote down the information in English so that no one reading the diary would understand anything. After that was done, he started drawing talismans again.
Today he owed Senior Sister Leng Tian 35 talismans, but fortunately, he had already finished completing 10 talismans the day before, and now that he had changed to the Primordial Chaos Heart Sutra, his spirit reserves have gone up immensely.
Within 3 hours he finished the talismans and went to the market.
He sold all the talismans and he finally got to see a different expression on Senior Sister Leng Tian's face when she said that his talismans were exceptionally done and significantly more powerful than the ones made by the other talismans sellers.
After that, an uneventful day at the market was spent and when he came in the evening he found an unexpected visitor at the doorstep. It was the traitor from the Heavenly Faction, Liu Xingchen.

"Oh... junior brother is going to plant some herbs?" Looking around he offhandedly commented.
"Just a hobby", Jiang Hao said.
Liu Xinchen turned around and looked at Jiang Hao, his aura spiking. "Junior brother, do you know why you have to pay 1000 spirit stones?
Jiang Hao was 'surprised', but then 'calmed' himself. "Isn't it because I killed a traitor of the sect and the Heavenly Joy Pavillion's lustful men are angry?"
{A/N: Above the words, 'surprised' and 'calmed', are in between single colons because Jiang Hao is not really surprised and calmed down, but he acted like he was surprised and calmed down.}
A surprised look appeared on Liu Xingchen proving that he did not expect Jiang Hao to outright call them out and unexpectedly he chuckled.
"Haha... No, Junior brother. That's not all there is to the story". He looked around as if searching for anybody eavesdropping on them and continued.
"The Heavenly Joy Pavillion master is cultivating a sin-type cultivation technique that needs an innate charm body to act as a conductor to achieve higher cultivation bases.
He had stayed in a bottleneck for a long time, but now that Yun Ruo appeared he had a chance of a breakthrough"
'Oh... that woman was truly talented to be born with an innate charm body. Too bad she chose to be a whore'. Jiang Hao mused.
"We had already discovered that she was a spy, but when she got to know that she made her escape. The Heavenly Joy Pavillion master wanted to capture her alive, but... well, you know the rest.
So now you know why there is an enmity between you and them, right?"

A/N:
The person talking in Jiang Hao's head, who I call "The Turtle", is the main character of the original novel. As I had mentioned in the synopsis, this novel is sort of a fan fiction, but I'm not a fan of the original novel because the original novel is so fucking badly done.
The original novel is called "Cultivating in Secret Beside a Demoness".
The Turtle is the main character in the original novel and I'm trying my best to copy his personality and show you readers, why I hate the original novel and how idiotic his reactions to what is happening in the world around him are.
That is why I started writing this novel. I truly liked the concept of the novel and realized that if done nicely it could potentially be a good read.
That's it. I was worried you guys wouldn't understand what I'm writing and couldn't understand who is who.
