Chapter 232: The Cry for Help from the Combees
After Tangrowth had left, Yuga and Florges were preparing to leave the area. However, just as Yuga was about to release Honchkrow from its Poké Ball, several Combee suddenly flew in from the side.

It seemed that something had happened to the Vespiqueen and the Combee due to the battle between Latias and Lucario, but he didn't know the details.

Seeing that Yuga understood their intention, the Combee nodded enthusiastically and then quickly flew forward.

Yuga originally intended to stop and let Florges or Chimecho heal them, but all the Combee refused. They insisted that Yuga first go to see the Vespiqueen.

Following the Combee, they eventually arrived at a field of flowers. Most of the flowers in this field had withered, with only a few scattered blooms left untouched by the meteor shower.
Although Florges's grassy field had helped the forest recover its vitality, it wasn't enough to restore everything, and this flower field was one of the areas that still struggled to flourish.
Inside this flower field, many Combee were buzzing around, and there were also many injured Combee, moaning in pain.
The Combee who met each other gathered together to form massive bee walls, continuing to lead Yuga and Florges forward.

The Combee led Yuga and Florges to a stop in front of a waterfall. One of the Combee flew in front of Yuga and pointed at the waterfall while buzzing non-stop.
"Do you mean our destination is behind this waterfall?" Yuga asked while looking at the waterfall.
"Combee! Combee!"
The Combee nodded frantically.
Yuga carefully stepped on the scattered rocks and walked to the back of the waterfall, revealing a collapsed cave entrance.
Normally, there should have been some distance between the cave entrance and the flowing water of the waterfall. It should have been easy for the Combee to enter and exit. However, the meteor shower had caused the waterfall's water to directly flow over the cave entrance. With their small bodies, the Combee couldn't withstand the rushing water and were unable to enter the cave.
Returning to where the Combee were, Yuga pointed at the cave entrance and asked, "Is that your home? Is your Vespiqueen inside?"
The Combee nodded and looked at Yuga with teary eyes, hoping he could help rescue the Vespiqueen trapped inside the cave.
Due to the system's mission, Yuga couldn't simply ignore the Vespiqueen's plight. He said to the Combee, "You guide me into the cave, and the other Combee will wait outside."
The Combee that had communicated with Yuga nodded enthusiastically. It then flew over to the other Combee and chattered with them before returning, indicating that Yuga could proceed.
To facilitate the journey, Yuga recalled Florges into her Poké Ball. He then said to the Combee, "I'll carry you into the cave; otherwise, you won't be able to get through the waterfall."
With the Combee's agreement, Yuga carefully wrapped the Combee in his clothes and covered its body. He held it close and dashed towards the waterfall.
The force of the waterfall wasn't a significant obstacle for a young and robust human like Yuga. However, by the time he passed through the water, he was completely drenched.
Yuga released the Combee from his clothes as they reached the familiar cave entrance, and it looked very happy.
However, their joy was short-lived as they found their path blocked by fallen rocks inside the cave.
It turned out that not only was the entrance blocked by the waterfall, but the interior of the cave had also collapsed.
Realizing this, the Combee were in a state of agitation, buzzing around Yuga as if they were ants on a hot pan, anxiously circling him.
Yuga pondered for a moment and then released Ninetales from her Poké Ball. He said to Ninetales, "Ninetales, please use Dig to clear this blocked passage."
Upon hearing Yuga's command, Ninetales hopped over to the obstructed passage and started using the Dig technique.
However, the passage was severely blocked, and it took Ninetales quite a while to gradually dig through it. This indicated that the cave collapse was indeed very serious.
