Chapter 9: Chapter 9: Pokémon Rising Volt
Once Troy was able to see the edge of the forest and open fields, he looked at the map to see where he was, looking to be around Pewter City as he started to get a move on to the supermarket.
Upon arriving at the entrance to Pewter City, Troy had been getting stares all around him. The reason behind it was because he looked like he hadn't showered for weeks, which would be understandable for being out in the wild for a few days.
Ignoring the stares, Troy went straight to the poke mart to sell the honey he had gotten from the beedrills. Once entering, Troy had gone to the counter, pulling 3 jars, which weigh 2 liters of honey each.
Honey jars sell for a lot as they're in high demand for trainers to consume, with the clerk checking if the flavor is good and what the quality is.
Well, I think we have some high-quality honey; how about 10k per liter?
Troy, hearing the answer, could think he was being ripped off and tried to bargain; the most the clerk would go for is $13,000 for each liter of honey.
After gaining about 78k poke dollars, Troy was happy he finally had enough money to start buying resources to improve weedle and his future Pokémon potential.
After making 78k, Troy started to buy 20 poke balls for 4k. Next, he bought the latest phone, which is also a pokedex, ' Who still uses old pokedex when we just have it on our phones? which cost 14k, and lastly, he bought some potions for 6k.
This left Troy with only had 54k pokedollars left. Next, he had to go to the pokecenter and buy an alliance card so he could start joining Pokémon tournaments and do mission board requests that the alliance app shows to earn money and points to participate in some tournaments.
Now at the pokecenter, Troy went straight to Nurse Joy and asked for a trainer alliance card, which cost a fee of $10,000 if you were not a part of the alliance to begin with. Nurse Joy, agreeing to the request, told Troy, "If you don't mind, could you take a seat while we start to make your trainer card?" According to the request, Troy was about to take a seat until three people stood in his way.
Hey kid, what do you think you're doing by joining the alliance? We don't need pathetic losers like you to sully the alliance's name." Troy, not caring what they said, walked past them to take a seat. "Hey dumbass, where do you think you're going? I challenge you to a Pokémon battle."
Troy, hearing the word challenge, could only say one thing: "I accept your challenge." With the challenge accepted, they both went to the arena that's outside next to the Pokemon Center. For Troy, this battle was to just pass the time while waiting for his trainer card to be made.
I hope you're ready to quit being a trainer after I wipe the floor off that dumb face."
With both trainers ready, they called out their Pokémon, with Troy's weedle coming out, which was up against a rattata. Looking at the rattata, Troy checked its information.

After seeing the movesets of Rattata, Troy had a look of disappointment, knowing how this battle would end.
Troy called out the first move: Weedle, use a string shot on Rattata, then pull the string back to you and use a bug bite." With the trainer not ready for the combo, he told Rattata to dodge, but it was too late, and Rattata took a lot of damage while still standing.
The trainer called to Rattata, '' Rattata, used quick attack. Troy, hearing the move, quick attack, had told weedle to use poison sting to finish it, seeing who would get the first hit in would be the winner. A few seconds had gone by while waiting to see who fell first.
The winner had been decided and was weedle the reason being Rattata still had a few strings attached to its body, making its quick attack nearly useless.
Troy saw that weedle had one and was about to grab it, until weedle started spewing out string around its body, meaning only one thing: it was evolving.
