Natsumi asked, surprised as she does not remember any forces that is willing to help them, especially when it compromises such powerful beings.
"Lucias sent us here"
Najenda answered as she signalled the others to besiege and kill the massive wave of Gastreas around them.
"Esdeath"
Najenda says as she gazed at the tall woman behind her with an expressionless face, causing the woman to step her right foot on the ground freezing the entire floor below them within a radius of 7 kilometers with her as the center before massive spikes of ice spread out across the area, killing all of the Gastreas close to them.
"Lucias?"
Natsumi muttered in shocked from the familiar name that both she and Kotori craved for everyday ever since they were stuck inside the dimension, causing her to dazedly stare at their direction.
'Lucias... you're still as overprotective as ever"
Natsumi smiled from the thought before slapping both of her cheeks with her two hands to wake herself up from her daze and focus on her task.
"Let's do this!"
Natsumi said in new found determination, smiling at the remaining promoters on their side.

"Ugh..."
Kotori growled in pain as she tried to stand up from the ground but was stopped by Schwi who pushed her back on the ground.
"Don't move, and just wait for the flügels to arrive so that they can heal you"
She says while erecting a large barrier around them to protect themselves from the besiege of the Gastreas until help arrives.
"Lucias... I want to see Lucias"
Kotori muttered under her breath, staring at the sky with tears visible on the corner of her eyes.
"You will, so just rest in the meantime and regain your mana... You shouldn't have done something as reckless as that, Kotori-sama"
"It's the... only way I know on... how to deal with it before... it kills us all..."
Kotori honestly answered, she knew that blasting her attacks directly from its hide wouldn't help due to it ridiculous amount of defense from its wool like coat around its body, so the only way she can kill it is by... killing it from the inside.
"You should have waited for us"
"I didn't... even know... Lucias sent reinforcements to us"
Kotori retorted with a tired grin on her pale face, looking at Schwi's expressionless face.
"... we had a hard time pin pointing your current location due to the interference of the strong magnetic fields of the monoliths, blocking our signals and radars, but indeed this is our fault for not finding you as soon as possible"
Schwi says before looking up the sky as she saw Jibril fly down at them with a light smile on her face.
"You're finally here..."
Schwi said in annoyance at Jibril for being late in arriving at their designated location.
"You don't have to be that angry, Schwi-san. I had to deal with Aldebaran to break their formation after all"
Jibril defended before kneeling down on the ground next to Kotori, connecting her mana circuit to the red haired loli on the ground.
"Since your body is in fine shape, I'll just transfer my mana to you... even though my capacity is miniscule compared to yours"
Jibril says as she begun pouring her mana to the connection between their magic circuits while turning her head to Schwi, who was watching both of them attentively.
"The Ex-Machinas are already preparing a large scale attack to kill all of those giant insects at once, aren't you going to join them?"
"No, Schwi will stay here since Schwi is a Prüfer type, Schwi is not needed for their preparations"
Schwi said, rejecting her proposal with a suspicious expression on her face.
"What are you planning Jibril?"
"... Nothing..."
Jibril averted her eyes at the glaring Schwi behind her before placing her sight on Kotori who was slowly regaining her color and energy.
"Ano... i-if it's not a bother... can you put in a good word for me to master?"
Jibril whispered close to Kotori's ear, causing Schwi to twitch her eyebrows from hearing her words using enhanced hearing... but didn't stop them since she too wanted for that to happen to her as well.
'I-It's just testing out Schwi's new procreation function... yes that's it, Schwi has no I'll intention'
Schwi thought, convincing herself as she waited for Kotori to answer Jibril's question.

"It's L-Lucias-sama"

Jibril whispered, giving her a thumbs up, ignoring the loud explosion produced by her fellow flügels and Ex-Machinas to bombarded the Gastreas who broke through the monolith.

"No..."
"You've mistaken Kotori-sama"
Both of them averted their eyes at her as they both answered her questions.
"It looks like... fighting for his attention will be much harder than I thought it would be"

Najenda shouted as Tatsumi, Bulat, and Leona carried the flügels who transformed into a child from overusing [Heaven's Strike] out of the battlefield while the Kämpfer types took their place before blasting a concentrated beam of energy at the Gastreas below them.
"... How did Lucias even recruit them?"
Natsumi muttered in a daze from seeing both their coordination and power before placing her sight at the remaining promoters who were fighting off the remaining Stage II Gastreas who got close to them.
"Fight~"
Kurome hummed while sitting on top of a dead Lizard type Gastrea that she transformed into a puppet to fight for them, easily fending off the scattering Gastreas who lost their command and coordination upon Aldebaran's death in Jibril's hands.
"This is... insane"
Kisara muttered while observing the destroyed and scorched land in front of them from the continuous barrage of attacks before jolting from the sudden sound of explosion fired from the direction of the [ladder of heaven].
"Where are they aiming at?"
Najenda muttered while observing the shot explode at the area far from the remaining Gastreas.
"As expected of both of them"
Kurome smiled as the lizard she was riding bit off the head of the last Gastrea remaining with ease.

"What's wrong with her?"
Judgement asked while pointing at the silver haired little girl, scribbling on the soil using a stick with a depressing atmosphere around her.
"She's just shocked... but to think that she was serious when she said she was an old man"
Iris says while holding her right cheek with her right hand, observing the little girl scribble a man wearing the same robe as her on the ground.
"M-My masterpiece... My Dunbalf..."
"She's crying"
"Do you know how to comfort her?"
Judgement asked Iris who was worriedly looking at the little girl's direction.
"No... I have no experience in handling a child... since I died when I gave birth to my first child"
"... Let me try"
Judgement muttered as she walked closer to the little girl with an awkward an awkward expression on her face.
"You can do it Justice!"
Iris cheered while looking at her in anticipation.

"*Sigh*... I guess there's no point in crying over it..."
The little girl said before Judgement could even speak as she stood up from the ground to look at the two women who dragged her inside the forest.
"So... what are our plans from now on?"

"Ahem... Enough of that, so... what are our plans from now on?"
She asked again while crossing her arms on her chest, waiting for their answers.
"You're going to follow us?"
"Well... If it's not a bother... You're the only people I know since I arrived at this place... So it's much better to stick together to explore this place"
The little girl said as she sat down on the rock with her legs open for the world to see.
"... We need to start teaching you on how to act like a girl if you're going to stay in that body for a while..."
Iris says as her eyebrows twitched from her casual actions, deciding to teach her everything she knows about etiquette and manners that her private tutor taught to her in past.
"If you don't have anywhere to go... then I guess it's fine for you to join us"
Judgement answered while standing in front of her with a neutral expression on her face.
"Really!? Thanks! It's assuring to have you fellows by my side"

Both of the muttered in confusion from the sudden notification that appeared in front of them, not knowing how they even completed the quest before they could even start it causing both of them to stare at Mira's direction.

Mira asked as she saw the weird expression on their faces when they looked at her.
"W-We we're just caught by surprise from the completion of our quest"
"A quest?"
Mira asked while tilting her head to the side as she asked another question out of curiosity.
"What kind of quest is it?"
"Uh... A recruitment quest"
"Hmm? I never heard of such quest before... can you tell me what are the contents of your quest?"
"... It requires us to recruit at least 100 members"
"Hoh? That's the first time I heard of such quest but... why are you so surprised?"
"How to say this... we didn't recruit anyone in this world that's why it's strange that the quest suddenly got completed without us doing anything... but..."
Iris explained as she intensely stared at Mira's direction while glancing at the title next to her name.
"... One man army?"

Mira puffed out her chest in pride from hearing her words while a grin unconciously formed on her face.
"But... strength alone isn't enough to fill up 99 slots"
Judgement said in confusion, thinking that Lucias ability might have a bug in it for it complete the quest just by recruiting one person.
"Oh, it's because of this"
Mira answered as she flicked her finger in the air, summoning a dozen of Dark Nights in their location.
"I have more summons than this which were customized by myself, I can summon a lot of them as long as I have enough mana to keep them summoned... I have no idea how your quest identifies someone as a recruit but... from what you said, I guess it includes spirits as a possible recruit"
"Huh? You have formed a contract with 100 spirits?"
"A little bit more than that"
She said while tapping the armor of the Dark Night behind her.
"My summons are the reason why I was called as the 'One Man Army' by the other players"
