Chapter 8: CH7: "True Strength"

*First of all I would like to say ask and clarify some things*

*1-I'm thinking of writing a reincarnated fanfic as Satoru Gojo in Black Clover, tell me what you think of that*

*2-If you speak in another language, just use the translate function, for that I will not bring the Spanish version until I review it.*

*3-If you think I'm doing a good job or something wrong, give me a review because I'm always checking them and I only have 1.*

*Finished everything we go with the Cap*

After the embarrassing introduction of Denji, who was shamelessly fixated on Power's breasts, which were, IMHO, perfectly formed, Aki, her loyal dog, kicked us out of Makima's office, as we rightly should be.

As we walked across the rooftops of a building, Power's arrogant and energetic demeanor was evident as he playfully smacked Denji over the head, who, it seemed, would allow himself to be stepped on for a glimpse of some breasts.

On the roof, Power and I chat.

"Hey, big guy," she said, raising an eyebrow and sporting a cocky look on his face. It seemed like he wanted to make fun of me or something.

I just turned my head and looked at her with a questioning expression.

"I don't know your name, tell me," she told me arrogantly, while I looked at her with boredom behind the blindfold that covered my eyes.

Just as I was about to say my name, I felt a change of energy in the environment, indicated by my "Eage" eyes. Apparently, a somewhat weak demon was wreaking havoc.

I extended my vision and sighed in boredom when I received information about the demon. Even Power, who was next to me, could probably handle it.

Coming to my senses and ignoring the demon wreaking havoc, I turned to look at Power again, who just looked at me a little annoyed, probably because she didn't know my name yet.

"Tanaka," I snapped before she could yell at me to answer.

We kept walking about 100 meters and finally Power noticed it: the smell of blood coming from the place where the demon was causing chaos.

"Blood," Power exclaimed before shooting and leaping onto a building. she made a slight cut on his hand to form a hammer of blood. I followed with a smile, while Denji was taken aback by Power's sudden burst of speed and by my following.

As we continued to fall, Power exploded the amorphous demon with skulls and fingers fused into a shapeless mass on impact. This left a hunter at the location, who was probably reporting the incident and probably calling for backup.

"Hahaha!" Power exclaimed with a maniacal grin, his body covered in blood. She continued to laugh and shout: "My majesty and my incredible power!" She was elated at her achievement before turning to me with her elated smile exclaiming, "You saw it, you saw it!! This is my power gahahaha." She was proud with a maniacal smile.

Seeing her in such an elated state from having killed such a weak demon, a drop of sweat ran down my face. I sighed to myself, smiling silently as I watched Power. Then, I turned to look at Denji, who had a rueful look in his eyes.

(30 minutes later)

Makima sat on a bench, apparently worried as she watched Power and Denji. Meanwhile, I stood at a distance with a bored expression behind my bandage, my posture reflecting my sense of boredom.

I didn't pay attention to what she was saying. That woman was capable of moving so fast that even my "Eage" eyes barely detected her at the last moment. It seemed like she really wanted me for herself. While she was scolding them, she was giving me lecherous looks mixed with indifference, which set off my danger senses completely.

After Power blamed Denji for what had happened and Makima scolded them again, telling them that she only wanted results from the three of us, she looked us up and down then sent us off to a shop. and there we ended up buying drinks.

( In the Store)

**I apologize if I'm skipping things; I just want the fanfic to progress faster and get to the action**

The moment Power mentioned Nyako, I got interested because it seemed like the perfect opportunity to fight a powerful demon.

Power explained his hatred towards humans and his situation with Nyako, his cat and the demon that had kidnapped him. I stayed silent, listening to his conversation with a smile.

"We're going to kill that demon, right, Tanaka?" Denji asked, grabbing her shoulders and looking into her eyes. I sighed with a mental smile.

"We will," I said with a relaxed smile.

I noticed Power's subtle smile and I smiled too, already knowing his plan. I just sighed.

(In the office)

"I'll let Power go if you bring her back, understand, Tanaka?" a chubby bald man said, looking at me curiously and intently before continuing.

"I heard from Miss Makima that you are a strong and responsible person. Don't let us down," the bald man said with a serious look.

How can someone be so diligent in their work? Well, the answer is that I am Makima's lap dog and follow her orders like everyone else in the organization.

"Yes," I said with a lazy smile, adjusting the bandage covering my eyes. Inside, I was smiling because I was eager to test my power.

After that, we take the train. I sat in the middle as the tallest, with Power on my right and Denji on my left. We continued the trip until Power spoke to me.

"Hey, scoundrel," Power said, looking at me curiously and arrogantly, as always.

I just turned my head towards her with a look of disdain and boredom. My bandage, as always, covered my eyes and my messy gray hair fell over my shapely face.

"Why are you wearing that thing covering your eyes? Are you blind?" she asked, looking directly at my covered eyes.

"It helps me control my power, but no, I'm not blind," I said with a lazy expression.

Beside me, Denji was looking at, or rather trying to look at, Power's chest, which, to be fair, was pretty well hung. They were perfect for any man, or at least for me.

"Would you let me see your eyes?" he asked with intense curiosity. Hearing that question, Denji looked at me curiously. In all the time we'd known each other, he had never shown him my eyes, or at least he couldn't remember.

With a playful expression, I shook my head.

"Not possible now, maybe when we get Power's cat back," I teased, my features showing laziness. This caused Power to pout, and Denji let out a dejected sigh, looking down at Power's chest again as she turned around with a cute mini-pout.

After that, the conversation died down, as Denji continued to sneak peeks at Power's chest.

In a wooden room with five large windows behind it, five older, serious-looking men sat around a wooden table. Leading the way at the table was Makima, his expression neutral, his arms crossed behind his back, his left hand gripping his right in a safe stance.

"How are you doing with the new dogs, Makima?" asked one of the elders in the room, looking at the documents in his hands.

"One is submissive and under my control. The other is hyperactive and arrogant, but she is afraid of me and I can control her," Makima said with a neutral gaze and calm voice in front of the executives.

"And the third dog?" the man to the left of the other four asked, his gaze curious and vacant.

"The third dog is nothing, but I would like to make a request," Makima said, smiling some more, his eyes shining with hidden lust.

Hearing the word "request", the middle-aged man raised an eyebrow, genuinely intrigued.

"An application?" the man asked with a questioning and curious look directed at Makima.

"I want the third dog to be mine and under my absolute control. I feel like he could make a good toy," Makima said with a gentle smile and impassive eyes.

"Why would you use it for yourself?" the man next to the middle-aged asked, narrowing his eyes even more.

"A woman has her needs and this dog can satisfy me," he said with a quiet smile, his eyes shining with power and control before fading.

The five men nodded, understanding the request, before the man on the right spoke.

"As long as you don't get attached to them and they live up to our expectations, do what you want," the man said with a bored look, not knowing that Makima's power had affected him.

Since we got off the bus, I used my Eagle eyes, keeping them active within a 5 km range, almost exceeding my limit, to see if I could feel the power of him. For a few minutes I didn't feel it, which kind of wore me out, but halfway through the ride I felt it.

Arriving at a house on a hill with Power ahead of us, watching her knock Denji out with ease, he looked at me and I met her gaze from where I was standing. A subtle tension hung in the air.

"I'll give you a chance to run away. Don't think you can beat me," she said seriously for the first time.

I just shrugged and started walking towards the house, which made his eyes widen and he pounced on me.

With a quick movement, I reappeared in front of her just before she could hit me with her hammer. Instead, I hit her abdomen with considerable force, covered in dark matter, leaving her breathless and considerably weakened.

After that brief skirmish, I walked to the house and opened the door. Leaving the door ajar, I entered the house and faced the demon: a rather large bat with unusually large eyes.

The bat and I locked eyes momentarily, and then it grabbed me, squeezing the blood out of me. Right after drinking my blood, the demon vomited and pierced my abdomen with one of his fingers. I feigned surprise and disorientation.

The demon was about to forcefully throw me out of the house, causing the doorway to explode as my body went flying. I regenerated while airborne, landing on my feet next to Power. The hole in my stomach was healing quickly as it was a small wound.

At that moment, I lifted a part of my blindfold, exposing my ruby-red right eye, showing a lazy expression.

The demon proceeded to break through the roof and out of the house, looking at me with a mixture of disgust and interest.

"It's disgusting. I'll find humans somewhere else," he said before flying into the city, swallowing Nyako before doing so.

"Nyako," Power exclaimed, just before a barely conscious Denji was thrown into the demon's leg, courtesy of Tanaka.

The demon left with Denji clinging to his leg.

I followed them using my "Eage" eyes, witnessing the demon crash into a school and hit Denji with his huge palm while he was still disoriented from being hit by Power and thrown by me.

I looked at Power, then activated my dark matter, generating a slight pressure around me. I wrapped Power in an arm of dark matter, while a wing-shaped structure of matter formed on my hand from him.

Seeing this, Power stared at me in disbelief, his gaze locked on my visible eye, which was now dark with a purple outline covering my right eye.

I waved the wing-shaped structure and we sped towards Denji, who was now engaged in a battle. He had managed to regain his composure and was fighting the dying bat demon, which was still alive but barely holding on. In addition, there was another demon with a peculiar and amorphous form: white, with straight hair that covered his face like a curtain, reminiscent of a leech. He had four legs, two flippers, and a long tail.

Denji would eventually defeat the bat demon, but at that moment, the other demon, presumably his partner, seemed to attack a weakened and bloodless Denji.

I materialized in front of Denji in my current appearance. The wing-like structure dissolved, fusing again with my arm, which now bore a dark mark, and was holding my broken sword.

The demon attacked upon seeing me, but with a single swing of my sword, a bell-like sound rang out followed by a deafening high-pitched noise, accompanying a word:

"Full counter," I said emotionally and coldly. An icy smile formed on my face.

Then, an explosion went off right in front of us. The team of Power, Denji, and Aki, consisting of Kobeni, Himeno, and Harai, were there, gaping in amazement. Before us, all that was left was a huge crater; No trace of the demon could be found.
