Starlight Fox approached Wang Feng with caution and as they examined the cub more closely, a sinister smile crept onto Wang Feng's face. This smile sent shivers down Lin Shan's spine.
Wang Feng spoke with a dark tone, "What a shame, really. For other poisons, I might not be able to fully cure them but this poison, I can easily completely eliminate."
Lin Shan was bewildered and asked, "What do you mean?"
But it didn't take her long to realize what he intended to do. Wang Feng's palm opened, revealing a scorching red lotus in his hand. The mere sight of it sent the Ice Emperor Lizard and Starlight Fox retreating in fear.
With a command, Wang Feng activated the red lotus using his soul power. It emitted a terrifying aura that caused the baby Ice Emperor Lizard to cry out in agony. A red-hot light flowed from the cub's body into the lotus, transforming into pure energy that also replenished Wang Feng's soul power.
In just a few moments, the red marks on the cub disappeared entirely and it was rejuvenated. The white flames previously set by the old servant around were also absorbed by the red lotus, further producing a fearsome fire capable of even burning souls.
As the baby Ice Emperor Lizard slowly opened its eyes, it was clear that the poison had vanished completely from its body. This was a miraculous recovery that stunned everyone present, especially Lin Shan, who was now filled with despair.

It was as if the Red Lotus had awakened, adorned with a dreamlike ice crystal layer, adding an enchanting ice-cold hue. Yet, the lotus leaf remained scarlet, reflecting the ice crystals with a dazzling, explosive power.
It was as if the Red Lotus had donned an icy coat, sealing the terrifying flames within it.
As the Red Lotus absorbed the energy, a portion of the soul ring's power remained. Wang Feng controlled this residual soul energy, allowing it to circulate through his body before converging it toward his heart.
Although it was still painful, it was much more manageable than the violent and uncontrollable flow of the soul energy from the first soul ring.
