Chapter 2: Rito and Haruna...
Following a two-day break, Rito was ready for school; he was already bursting with energy and eager to leave at any moment.
'This is my re-life. I need to enjoy it.' He walked out of the house while thinking these things and inhaled deeply.
Rito was experiencing the excitement of being a child once more as he strolled through the comfortable yet strange surroundings.
Taking pleasure in every little thing in this world, he observed people moving through a busy street. It was a really pleasant experience.
'Mao!' Hearing the voice of the cat. Rito paused as he peered up at the tree on the opposite side of the park and noticed a tiny cat perched on a branch and watching him.
'Cheh! What a clinch, although there is no female lead watching me.' Rito chuckled as he considered how this situation seemed to be taken straight out of the manga.
However, he also realized that he could not simply abandon the cat, so he used his life experience to climb up.
"Come here; it is alright!" Rito climbed up the tree and called to the little cat, who at first appeared to be scared of him but calmed down when it saw him and walked over to sit on his hand.
"Well done!" As he saw her walking over the wall and disappearing from view with the jingling sound of the bell, Rito patted its tiny head, jumped down without difficulty, walked down from the area, and sent her out of that park.
'It was a pet!' Rito was unsure, but when he thought back to the collar, he thought there was something both familiar and foreign about it.
Rito followed suit and left the area after shaking his head. At that moment, a girl ran into the park and began to look around, but she found nothing and felt uneasy.
"Was she saved by someone? Thank goodness, then it is all fine."
After saying that, she patted her chest and left the area with a small smile on her face as she reflected on the fact that there were still good people in the area and wondered if she might one day meet him or her.

'So this is the famous high school, huh?' Looking at the huge building.
Rito looked a little dazed as he sighed at the sight of it and started to compare it with the one from his previous life and the comparison was really arduous.

He had no idea that Haruna had stopped in her tracks and was staring out the window across from the classroom on the first floor of the school building as she watched him approach the class with a hint of blush on her face.
'Being stared by him is really embarrassing.' She thought while holding her face and calming her emotions.
When she returned to her class, it was about to begin, and she noticed him already seated on the seat and looking out the window.
Yuki Rito was also quite bored during class, so he began to experiment and take the class seriously, and before he knew it, he had developed a brand-new skill on the well-known name of the subjects that he had only studied in the class.

The door suddenly opened once more, and Rito quickly returned. Yuki Saiba turned to face him and heard him say, "Old man, I will have a favor, so I might ask for something from you too."
Saying that Rito walked out, as he came back due to his realization of the reason why he was here to begin with, except for the quest.
