Konoha, village hidden in the leaves

After a speech from the current Hokage, most of the survivors from the kyubi attack had their moral hitting the ceiling as everyone wanted to participate in the rebuilding efforts.
' no bad Minato... It's in hard times that people need to know that they are not alone and that their leader isn't a pussy..' thought aegis as he looked by the window at the people dispersing themselves in every nook and cranny of the village, helping left and right.
Then he heard hurried footsteps in the corridor. The opened and closed itself and some markings appeared all over the room-meaning that nobody outside could see or heard what was happening inside.
Aegis turned and faced the out of breath Minato... Well doing speech isn't something everyone can easily do..
" So.. "Hokage sama".. what about the arrangements ? " He asked as he looked at the other one who took the Hokage seat
" You got a house on the civilian district with monthly allowance. I have also created an id for you. It can take you to the library as you asked but you can not go to the shinobi techniques sections as you're not a shinobi...yet."
" And the books? "
" Yeah my wife accepted to give it to you" Then processed to put books and fuinjutsu scrolls on the desk.
" Now I guess we're done for now. When you return home, your wife's forehead will not even have an once of markings. It was good to do business with you" Said aegis as he prepared himself to go.
" Hmm what.. What if I need another service ? "
Asked Minato will not making eye contact.
" if it is about the injured ones then I won't be able to do it... Not now at least. Give me two weeks and I'll be able to even bring back the dead but of course in exchange for the fulfilment my wishes" Aegis replied with a meaningful smile.
Minato just weakly nod in reply as he could already smell the troubles running toward him in the future but... Everything was for the greater good.
Aegis disappeared from the office.

Someone knocked on the door of the Hokage office. As he received the permission, the man entered.
" Hokage sama, you have called? "

The Uchiha clan. not many people could have seen that but all of those who tried to push the kyubi out surely have seen that... The three tomoes in it eyes. It was obviously controlled by an Uchiha. We tried to censure this information but somehow it got leaked to the public. Even after I had explained that the one responsible for it wasn't an Uchiha living in the village, they still have resentment against them. They fear that the Uchiha will one day unleash the kyubi again. I need to deal with it too. The Uchiha are a part of my village and I won't tolerate internal strife inside the village'
Having thought of that he made an hand sign an three anbu appeared.
" I don't like what is happening " He said. " Someone in the village is a traitor." The date and location for kushina's delivery was a S rank secret. It got leaked. The fact that the nines tails was under control got leaked too. Are we a shinobi village or your everyday market with everyone gossiping ? " He asked clearly while be angry
The three anbu had nothing to say. They couldn't even sense the intruder last time. They couldn't even do their job correctly.
