Chapter 19: Need to be stronger to protect others.
Noah was alone on the roof of his house and thought hard about many things. He must obtain stronger abilities to protect his family. He returned to his room and opened the attribute display of the Ghost Hunting System.

Double Attribute Card: after using it, the attribute points gained from killing ghosts and monsters will be given to the host at double the reward, limited to 1 hour.
After reading the introduction, Noah clenched his fists. He began to get excited, with this Double Attribute Card, he would be able to gain double the attributes in one hour. This was the enhancement of his own mind.
Just then, the system's voice suddenly entered Noah's head. "Detecting the host's first draw, rewarding him with a Supernova Ring, which increases all attributes by 10% when wearing it, and has a night vision function. The host can wear it with verbal instructions. The ring has been stored in the system space." Noah looked at the ring lying in the system space and silently sighed that it was good to have a system. After finishing sorting it out, the Double Attribute Card, which was supposed to still only have one, turned out to have fifteen. There was also another Primary Recovery Card and Primary Mana Card obtained, the first of which had the effect of helping to restore thirty per cent of the blood volume, while the other one helped to restore fifteen per cent of the mana value. The rest were drawn as medium level draw pieces, which could reward a free medium level draw after a certain number of draws. It seemed wonderful, but in actuality a loss of ground to tears, originally ten low level cores could be purified into one medium level core. But that pieces actually need fifteen in order to draw an mid-level draw.
In the end, Noah also put all the items into the system space. He walked out of the room and said goodbye to his parents before setting off alone to his secret base. Noah quietly entered the abandoned factory as usual. It had no choice, now that Noah was fully absorbing mana, he was bound to attract the attention of the city's police force. So he could only quietly enter and then not quietly absorb mana. This was not in line with Noah's persona, but in order to raise his strength, Noah had no choice.
Walking inside the boundary, Noah first did a few warm-up sets to activate his body. Then after he used a Double Absorption Card, he stopped being polite and went on a mana absorption spree. All of the higher level ghost hunters within the city once again noticed the anomaly. Some were ordering their subordinates to make sure that the murderer was caught, while others chose not to disturb them much after realising that the person on the other side was harmless. The personnel of the police force were once again searching for clues in all corners of the city, but this time including many captain-level ghost hunters as well. Within the police force, the members were generally between the Ghost Hunter Apprentice and Bronze ranks, but the Captain rank ones were all at the Silver rank, whose acumen and detection far exceeded that of the Bronze rank. They also joined in the search for the murderer, but the real murderer was completely unaware that he was still inside the boundary absorbing the gathered mana.
As the saying goes, time is money, and Noah didn't want to waste any of the one hour double absorption card. Since then, a small tornado had appeared above Noah's head, mana from all directions swarmed into Noah's body, which led to a collision between the air and created a small tornado.
This night, the city was reminded of the fear of being dominated by mana scarcity a few days ago. Some hissed in helplessness, others in disbelief, but one person was completely unaware in an abandoned factory.
