Chapter 9: An unexpected visit Act1
"my Lord, the king asked me to inform you about the queen's visit" Charlie said with the softest voice ever
"and when is that?" asked the Prince in total choc
"in two days"
*sighs*
The queen was the only one who couldn't be persuaded or manipulated by the Prince and he personally hated her presence due to that, every one of her words sounded like shit in his head.....
She was the only one who could bury his ego and he hated that, his mom was the exact same person as him, yet they hated each other so much.
No one even the king knew why they couldn't stand each other, maybe it's because they saw too much of themselves in each other.
Gabriel frowned his eyebrows in disappointment and sighed as Charlie got more and more confused of why he disliked the queen, his own mother's visit.
"why is this your reaction?, do you dislike the queen is some ways?" Charlie asked, but immediately regrets saying those words as she notices the deadly glare Gabriel was giving her.
"it's none of your business" the Prince replied as he left the room
It was the first time I had seen him react like that. Why is this such a taboo theme I need to find a way to know more about this I hate seeing him like that, who? Oh right Diana I need to see her, to know more.
*KNOCK KNOCK* charlie knocked at Diana's door
"COME IN!!!!" Diana shouted
Charlie opened the door and her eyes light up at the sight of the most handsome man ever seating on Diana's bed.
He was a light black tall and sophisticated man, not a boy. He smelled money and had light silver eyes with a spark of gold, I don't know why his eyes suddenly lighted up but I wished it was because of me, then I realised how he was starring at Diana then I understood everything, he was Diana's boyfriend I needed to stop starring, it was too much I forgot why I was here, suddenly the deepest yet softest said "what are you looking for?"
"I just,.. wanted to talk to the princess...but if you're busy-"
"oh no...we're done here"
"But I need you to help me get dressed for my date" Diana angrily shouted
"I'm not really fond of all those stuffs, you see"
"oooooohh so you're jealous" Diana said teasingly
"yes....that used to be us" the man, Albert said with a sad tone, his voice tightened as if he wanted to cry "why did you have to change it all I-"
"stop it we can't have this conversation not here, not now, not ever p-"
"forget it I'll just leave" he said before leaving the room, but while leaving he was he actually, I don't know whether I was dreaming or not, but he smirked at me and his long silky her brushed over my shoulder, can he be...no he just saw me, not everyone is as stupid as me to fall in love in three seconds.....
"what do you want to talk to me about?" Diana asked interrupting Charlie' s delusions
"I wanted to know ummm-" suddenly; "wait why am I here?" Charlie asked herself
"You should go get some air and come back but don't forget to come with tea" Diana said with a teasing smile
"You are right, I'll be back once the tea is ready" Charlie said before leaving and shutting the door "haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" Charlie sighed "I'm so dumb"

"are you ok?" a deep and warm voice, the voice that whispered to me in the night continued "Do you have a fever?, do you need help?"
In front of me I saw, Albert, with the sweetest and brightest smile ever, he was so gorgeous I couldn't help but say "Gosh you are gorgeous, are you Diana's boyfriend?"
"ex- boyfriend, please"
"oh what happened?"
"I don't really like talking about it, it's a tragic story that highlights all my weaknesses"
"I feel you"
"you've experienced a breakup before?"
At that time, Charlie did not know what to answer; she has never experienced a relationship talking about breakup; but-
Wouldn't saying that she has experienced a breakup bring them closer?
