After three long years of solitude and healing, the ghost from Kriya's past resurfaced, but she was no longer the same vulnerable girl who had once succumbed to his manipulation. The tone of his voice, dripping with anger and entitlement, sent shivers down her spine. It was a voice she had tried to forget, but it now echoed through the phone, carrying the weight of their tumultuous history.
"Why are you ignoring me?" he demanded, his words laced with venom. "You can't just cut me out like this. I'll destroy your reputation in society if you don't come back to me."
Kriya felt a surge of anger rise within her, but she took a deep breath, steadying herself. This was her moment, the point where she would assert her newfound strength. With unwavering resolve, she replied, "No means no. If you harass me like this, I will go to the police. It's enough. You tortured me when I was with you. You hurt me physically, and even though physical pain heals, what you did to me emotionally will never fade. Because of you, I find it hard to trust anyone. Stop this now."
She ended the call and blocked his number, her heart heavy with the burden of the past. Seeking solace, she hugged her teddy bear tightly, tears streaming down her cheeks. It was the dead of night, the world around her shrouded in silence, save for the symphony of her emotions.
Unable to sleep, Kriya turned to her window, where the night sky stretched out in all its splendor. The stars, like distant beacons, offered their silent reassurance. With a quivering voice, she whispered her thoughts into the ethereal night.
"I wish my life were like a drama," she mused. "I wish I had good friends like in dramas. I wish I had a best friend like in Korean dramas." Her voice trailed off as she gazed at the stars, her wishes drifting into the cosmic expanse. i wish i had a peaceful happy life like other but its not true but one day i will find happiness dear god i know i am weak but can you send some one i can hug him and cry but fine i know you with me for rest of my life and i know its bitter but truth is my life is alone .
As the night deepened, Kriya's tears eventually subsided. She sought refuge in her phone, immersing herself in the world of drama to lift her spirits. The stories on the screen, though fictional, offered a temporary respite from the harsh realities she faced.
But as dawn approached, Kriya's eyes grew heavy. The weight of the night's emotional turmoil had taken its toll. With a silent prayer for peace, she finally succumbed to sleep.
The morning sun, unlike the previous day, greeted her at a more forgiving hour. It was 10 o'clock when she awoke, refreshed and determined to seize the day. Her college had declared a day off, but Kriya had no intentions of leading a normal, mundane life. With unwavering resolve, she prepared herself for her part-time job.
Kriya's steps carried her forward, each one a testament to her strength and resilience. The challenges of her past, the scars that had shaped her, were now the driving forces behind her determination to live life on her own terms. She may have wished for the simplicity and camaraderie of a drama, but in reality, she was crafting her own narrative, one of courage and unwavering self-belief.
