Chapter 30: A New Step

Alice's thoughts were quite muddled at that time. She had seen her brother fall in a daze twice today, and the cause was Anais, who was one of her good friends. Lucas had turned 13 and had become an adolescent boy.

She knew that it was natural for a boy of that to get attracted to girls. And Anais was very enchanting indeed. She had such a mesmerising charm that even she was tempted to do a second take at her.

But when she saw her Lucas get distracted by Anais, she felt uneasy. Alice couldn't feel any happiness and just felt glum and irritated.

Normally, Lucas would not interact much with others, and it was only with her that he would spend time and play with. Even during all those months in the Highland Origin Sect, the relationship between the Luna sisters and him was mild. Alice knew that he didn't spend time with the Luna sisters of his own volition but rather because they were good friends of hers.

But during the travel to Ruvendin, Lucas and Anais interacted quite happily with each other. Seeing him get friendly to another person on his own initiative made her happy then, but seeing the current behaviour of Lucas around Anais made her quite unhappy, and she wished she had interrupted their happy time before.

(I don't want my little brother taken away from me. I want him all to myself. He is mine!)

Feeling the need to mark Lucas to be hers, Alice pulled the dumb Lucas, standing in a daze in the doorway inside. She then pushed him on the bed. Lucas fell on the bed without much resistance and then sat on the edge of the bed. He looked at Alice with an apologetic expression.

Even though he just reached puberty, Lucas had the stature of a young adult. He was now 1.75 m in height and had overtaken Alice by a few centimetres. He was not overly buff but had well-defined muscles all over his slim body, increasing his handsomeness. His round protruding sapphire eyes, which were generally ice cold to others, were now gently gazing at her.

Alice just couldn't look at her handsome brother and let him be taken away by others. She sat up on Lucas's lap and then hugged him, to which he reciprocated.

After some time, she separated from him and started to caress his face while still sitting on his lap: His sharp jaw and triangular face that was adorned with a medium-length sharp nose and thin lips. His small but lobed ears. Everything about him was beautiful.

Alice wanted to mark him but couldn't do it on his pretty face.

She looked at his smooth neck and felt a desire to bite it. She moved forward, put her lips on the side of his neck, and slightly kissed him. Then she started sucking on his skin and, at last, gently bit at the part. Lucas flinched a little at her action but just hugged her a little strongly.

Feeling his chiselled chest against hers and his warmth, Alice's heart started thumping faster. She couldn't control her actions, and her gentle nibble turned into a strong bite at some point.

Her teeth sank deep into his skin, and she felt a warm liquid in her mouth. The taste of the liquid was metallic, and she understood that it was blood. She stopped biting and licked the wound on Lucas's neck. A deep mark of her teeth was visible, which was swollen and red in colour. She sucked and kissed it till the blood stopped coming out.

After finishing her marking on him, Alice raised her head and looked at him. Her heart was still beating wildly, and her face felt hot. Nevertheless, she looked at Lucas in his slightly hazy eyes and said domineeringly.

"You are mine now. I have marked you. You cannot look at any other gir---"

In between her words, Alice realised that something hot and sturdy was poking near her groin. She felt a tingling sensation in her lower abdomen. This made her stop speaking, as she found that Lucas's eyes were hazy and were locked onto her face, especially her lips.

Seeing Alice's furious expression, I knew that it was my fault, and thus, I didn't resist when she pulled me inside and then pushed me onto the bed. I couldn't understand how to apologise to her, so when she sat on my lap and hugged her, I reciprocated to get her to know that I was sorry.

When she started caressing my face, I looked at her face too. Her innocent but slightly chubby face was adorable. Her large, upturned eyes further enhanced her cuteness. Her long, curvy eyebrows were like small waves flowing above her eyes. Her eyes were beautiful and mesmerising, and I looked into them gently to convey my sincerity.

But she surprised me when she kissed my neck. I felt my mind go numb. Her gentle sucking and kissing felt euphoric. My heart started pounding. And when she bit there, my emotions went haywire. Blood started flowing fast, and my senses heightened. Her every touch and breath sent shivers through me. I wanted to touch Alice and thus hugged her a little harder than I intended to.

She continued her biting till my blood started flowing. Afterwards, she continued with her nursing. She sucked and kissed the wound she created, sometimes gently and sometimes fiercely. At last, her continued ministrations awoken something new in me.

And for the first time, I felt an appendage of mine rise from his slumber. My penis, which had recently reached maturity after my puberty, got erect for the first time and started pressing onto her.

After she finished and raised her head to look at me, I couldn't see her the same way I looked before. I loved my sister, dearly so, and somehow my love for her transcended into something new. And after being 'attacked' by her, I found some new things which I had never noticed properly before.

I looked at her long eyelashes that curved at the tip, covering her slightly moist sapphire eyes. I moved my eyes downwards little by little. Her small round nose, which was cute, was now slightly flared up with her increased breathing. And a little down were the small cherry lips that decorated her cute oval face. Her lips were a little bloody and swollen, a testament to the act she had committed a few seconds before.

I wanted to taste those lips that carved a mark on my skin. I wanted to conquer them and taste the sweetness hidden in them.

For all this time, the one I loved dearly by my side. And somehow, she was coveted by others. I always felt stifled by their gazes and wanted nothing more than to destroy them and take my Alice somewhere alone. I wanted her only to myself. And now I wanted to claim herself to be mine. And I would do so by claiming those bloody lips that had marked me previously.

I started closing the gap between our lips. Alice shook a little. I thought she wanted to move away, but I didn't want her to be away. Every fibre of my soul wanted to claim those lips. So I put my hands on her cheeks to prevent her from moving. Feeling my touch, she didn't resist anymore. I looked into her eyes and saw her dewy eyes looking into mine in nervous anticipation. I didn't need any more signal, and I closed the final gap between our lips.

At first, I gently touched her lips. The feeling of her slightly moist lips was heavenly. I felt a tingle down my spine. It felt like I had found something that I longed for, for many centuries. I wanted to savour the feeling more and pressed our lips a little more firmly. I slid my tongue out and slightly tasted her lips directly. I felt a mix of a taste of iron and something sweet.

I engraved the sweet taste of her lips and continued to graze her lips gently for a few more seconds till Alice started hitting my chest weakly. I reluctantly parted from her lips only after kissing her for a short time.

After separating, we both started panting a little. Only then did I realise that the 'short time' that we were kissing was actually a few minutes. After taking a few breaths, I looked at Alice's face. Her unblemished face was now tinged red. She looked even cuter with such expression, and I wanted to continue to gobble up her lips. But after having conquered her lips, I had gained some control over my haphazard emotions.

We siblings had taken a new and perhaps untrodden step in our relationship. And it would take some time for us to digest these emotions completely before taking our next step. So, taking things in a hurry would not be good. Also, it would be good to develop our relationship slowly while enjoying our time with each other. It was not like we were going in separate directions.

I calmed myself by taking a deep breath. Then I pushed my hand out and straightened her slightly messy hair and said to her gently with a bright smile.

"Big sis, you know that I love you, right?"

She didn't meet my eyes and just meekly nodded her head in acknowledgement. I continued while being interested in her meek and shy expression.

"But now there is something more. I now not only love you as your brother. But I love you as a man. I love you, Alice."

Hearing my first proper confusion, my lovely sister looked up into my eyes, a little surprised. I continued on.

"Every time I see some other guy looking at you with any amount of desire, I feel uneasy. I want to poke their eyes out for looking at you in such a manner. I want to be the only one to look at you as such. And want to be the only one in your eyes."

"The kiss was now just my claim on you. That now you are mine. I love you dearly and will strive to make you happy. I have already accepted my new budding feelings for you. And will now wait till you can accept and reciprocate these."

I completed my monologue and kissed the forehead of dumbstruck Alice. After lifting her from my lap and placing her back on the bed, I left the room. I decided to wait till the end of the banquet to talk with Alice again. Closing the door, I went in the direction of the pavilion by the pond to cool my surging emotions.
