Chapter 26: Chapter 24: Meeting Wizard King And New Mission...
After Ben completed his mission at Silvia's house two days later, he was summoned by the Wizard King, Julius.
"Magic Knight Ben, the Wizard King is in his office."
Upon his arrival, he was escorted by Marx, the Wizard King's assistant, towards Julius's office.

When Ben entered Julius's office, he saw Julius sitting at his desk casually, while Black Bulls Captain Yami and Crimson Lion Captain Fuegoleon stood before Julius.
Luck and Magna were standing on the side.
"Oh, Ben, you're here at the right time. Let's go to the dungeon integration room to discuss further."
Julius invited Ben to the interrogation room with a wide smile on his face.
'Why are two captains here, even Luck and Magna? Is it about my help in catching those bandits?'
Ben looked at the two captains curiously.
"Hey brat, you're the one who spoiled the fight of my squad men when they were about to suppress their limits, huh..."
Yami looked at Ben with narrowed eyes while taking a puff from his cigarette.

When Ben arrived at the interrogation room, he was shocked to see the number of prisoners there.

"After the intelligence you provided from our last investigation, we discovered that the terrorist group named Liberators is actively working, even though we have caught many bandits who work for them."
Looking at the shocked Ben, Marx explained about the Liberators while looking at the prisoners with disgust.
When Jack noticed others entering the interrogation room, he stopped the torture technique he was using to get information.
"Hehe~ What are you doing here, Yami, instead of pooping in the toilet?"
Seeing Yami, Jack teased him with a big grin on his face.
"What did you say? Do you want to die?"
Hearing Jack's comment, Yami started releasing his purple aura, which covered his body.
"Come on! Try, you can."
Feeling the aura released by Yami, Jack also started to release his green aura with a menacing smile on his face.

'These two.'
Fuegoleon shook his head, looking at the two who were behaving like thugs before their juniors.
"Ben, can you help us retrieve any leads from them?"
Julius came in front of Ben in a flash and asked, his expectations high.
"Sure, Lord."
Ben nodded his head and walked in front of the prisoners.
Seeing Ben about to introduce those prisoners, everyone in the room looked at him curiously.
Ben turned into a Ghostfreak and started to possess the bodies of the prisoners to get any leads helpful to them.
"What type of magic is this?"
Seeing Ben possessing one prisoner after another, Fuegoleon commented in shock.
"Interesting. Hehe~ It's a waste he went to Blue Rose."
Jack commented with a disappointed look on his face.
"It looks quite broken, though."
'I can't sense his presence using my ki.'
Yami commented with a surprised look on his face because this was the first time he felt someone completely disappear from his ki range, like vanishing.
"His magic is like a transformation magic. He transforms into something like a mana beast whenever he fights."
Hearing their doubts, the Wizard King started to explain Ben's magic to them enthusiastically.
"Those bandits had no chance before him."
Magna added while scratching his back head.
"Yeah, I want to fight. Hey Ben, let's fight now."
Luck declared, jumping here and there happily, challenging Ben with a wide smile on his face.
After 1 hour...
During this time, many prisoners died due to the seal triggered in their heads, while some became vegetative and others fainted, forming foam in their mouths.
While looking through their memories, Ben was shocked.
"It seems like this terrorist group consists of old people. As per the memories I have seen, I have only been able to see 4 old men and 2 old women in their memory. But they have covered their faces..."
Ben started to explain the leads he got from the memories of the prisoners.

"So, these Liberators have six members whose identities are unknown."
Marx nodded his head with a little disappointment visible on his face.
After finishing the explanation, Ben turned back to his human form.
"Good job, Ben. You have helped us get some vital leads. Our kingdom will remember your contribution."
Julius petted Ben's shoulder with a gentle smile.
"Thank you, my lord. I only did my duty."
Listing the praise from Julius, Ben replied modestly.
"Ben, we have decided to send magic knights to the villages we doubt. So, I heard you're from Hage village, right? How about a long-term mission there?"
Julius asked for Ben's opinion on joining the mission.
Hearing this, Ben's eyes widened in surprise at the mention of his village's name.
Ben immediately accepted the mission.
He knew that currently, there was not much combat power in the huge village located on the outskirts of the commoner realm.
Blue Rose Base...
In the captain's office, Charlotte was reading the order from the Wizard King that Ben brought after visiting him.

'Didn't they know Ben just arrived two days before for the long mission? Why did they give this mission to him again? Damn...'
While Charlotte was reading the letter with a small smile on her face, Chibi was jumping here and there, cursing angrily.

"When are you going?"
Charlotte, with a sigh, asked Ben, looking depressed.
"Well, I need to go there immediately because it is my village."

Ben explained Julius's idea to Charlotte.

Charlotte was connecting the dots in her brain while thinking deeply.
"That's a wonderful idea. Captain, what about you accompanying him? It's been a long time since you took a long-term mission. It will be refreshing from the paperwork."
Puli, who noticed her captain having difficulty becoming a wing, helped her out.

Father Orsi was looking at the kids who were playing happily with a wide smile on his face.

Another commented while nodding his head in approval.
Seeing the kids praise him, Yuno felt proud inside, even though he didn't show it on his face.

"587, 588, 589..."
Suddenly, they heard a loud voice counting, which made them turn and look at the huge demon skull on the slope near the village with a deadpan look on his face.
"Why did he even try? He doesn't even have magic in his body."
One of the kids said with a taunting look on his face.
"____"
Yuno heard it, but he did not say anything and continued looking at the demon's skull.
