Lucas woke up to the bad smell of his dog's breath. "Ugh! fussy morning, breath He rushed out of bed after noticing that he is going to be late to school he then rushes to the bedroom and takes a quick shower. Lucas got to school just in time for the assembly, He found this place in the line. After the assembly quickly races to the library, well you see funny story Lucas had a daily routine of always greeting the librarian before first class as she is the only one he talks to in school. but today was a shocking twist. He entered library and heard the most mesmerizing, resonant, sonorous, melodious, euphonious notes that can never be produced in the humans. The song moved deep into his soul he couldn't even respond to librarian who could not the music. She looked in a confused at the way Lucas who was just standing doing nothing except from focusing on where the sound coming from
"Lucas, Lucas are you all right? You look confused" the library said with worry in a voice. The boy did not respond. that he was not in there reality and he has been taking to somewhere far. The regular ringing of the Bell brought Lucas back to his reality. Now that he was back to his senses he runs to class to finds the geography teacher already inside. The teacher let's him in and all the students looks at him with the face of disgust as the boy has always been quiet and no one really knows who he truly was since he moved from his old school. "Geography is the study of the Earth. Everyone say that with me ". after a while the teacher observes that that Lucas was not himself today , he wasn't concerned about the lecture. He was just thinking about the book. The teacher then points at Lucas and ask what geography was. "Lucas what is geography ". Lucas sluggish get up and starts to stammer "Geo, geography is". He is then interrupted by the bell the saves him yet again. Lucas runs to the library during recess to find out where the source of the sound was coming from. He rushes in and completely ignores the librarian who still doesn't get what's going on with him. The Liberian treats him like a normal guest and ask him to look for any book he wants and she goes back to her work . The music starts again and it draws Lucas to the book shelf. A mysterious book falls down on Lucas head Lucas picks the book and looks at it he noticed that title is The mysteries of the world of magic. Then a group of words suddenly appear below the title saying Magic can be your life, he looked surprised, He summoned courage and opened the book instantly purple glitter appeared it made him choke so he closes the book He then comes back to reality and greet the librarian who looks at him with surprise in her eyes, she likes the fact that her friend finally back to normal so she thinks it has something to do with the book . He tells her that he will return the book by the end of the day. For the rest of the entire day he only focuses on the book not doing anything else so that he would not disappoint the librarian. The book was filled with words of magic like "Abracadabra, alakazam, hocus pocus and open sesame" and how to use these words to in a place where magic rules . Lucas likes the fact these chapters and words were just a pigment of the writers imagination and they don't exist. so he thought. He read the entire book till the last page at the end of the day and was about to return the book to the library when a page fell from the book. Lucas picked the page up and squeezed it then throw it in trash can. On the way to the library he saw the exact same paper on the floor. He picked up the paper and analysed it he noticed it was plane with no words until he exposed it to light. He noticed if exposed to light word appear he struggled to read the words which read this page will appear tomorrow and on the bottom of the page it was numbered 50. I could have sworn I heard page 49 but there was no 50 so what's going on here he thought to himself. He then decided to keep the book so he could read the last page.That was a mistake. The next morning the librarian was not around which was unusual he then asked a teacher about the librarian. She was sacked he asked why, "well it turned out that there was a count of all the book and one was missing and it was not in the list of borrowed book". The reality dawned on Lucas knowing that he had sacked his only friend. He ran to the principals office and tried to explain what really happened but the principal had no interest as he had bigger things to deal with. Lucas was in class when he sighted the librarian coming out of the propitor's office. She looked at him and thier eyes meet. The librarian melted into tears and waved her friend good bye. Immediately purple glitter filled the class and everyone was being consumed by the purple glitter. Lucas ran out of the class he then noticed that his legs started to become glitter he tried to crawl to a farther distance from the class, he looked back and thought he was the only one turning to glitter but he was wrong every one in the class was turning to glitter. He could not see because the glitter was blinding . He could only hear the screams of his class mates before everything went black. "Where am I" Lucas said out loud". "I was just about to ask you the same question" Brittany said "Are we in space or something because there is little light" Brittany inquired . Lucas rolled his eyes with disappointment at the fact that she has little or no knowledge of anything "If we were in space we would have been dead by now". Lucas said. "Oh! I knew that before smarty pants. Your still smarter than me that's the one of the reasons I dated you". Brittany said with a seductive smile she leaned in to kiss him but he draws back to avoid her. The sad reunion is cut short when Sam appears Brittany's friend rushes in and embraces Brittany. Sam is scared because she has never left her home town before.
