The Sabaody Park and other entertainment facilities on numbers 30 to 39 in the Sabaody Archipelago were all themed with unique bubble-based attractions, making them highly characteristic of the Sabaody Archipelago.
At the Red Tree on number 33: On a large outdoor stage, a skeletal figure with an explosive hairstyle played a melodic song on his guitar. Despite lacking muscle or other tissues, he could produce eerie yet beautiful sounds.
The audience below consisted of many of Brook's fans, holding signs and cheering loudly for him. The atmosphere was lively and exuberant.
"Are my crew members really here?"
Rodney fell into silence, unable to spot any familiar faces. He decided to leave since Brook was reportedly staying at Shakky's place, and there was no need to rush.
However, he thought it might be a good idea to buy some things and visit Garp. Besides, he had a few questions about the Tekkai technique that he could ask him.
"I need to find the commercial street... it shouldn't be around here, right?" Rodney scratched his head and decided to change locations, buying some sweet donuts and pastries to take as gifts.
As he arrived at the commercial street, he coincidentally bumped into Robin and her group coming out of the stores. The three women were carrying bags of various sizes, while Leicester seemed to be buried under countless packages, making it difficult for him to see the road ahead.
"Captain, perfect timing! Could you please help us? There are still some things we need to buy," Robin asked with a bright smile.
"Sorry, I have something to do. Excuse me!" Rodney tried to make a quick escape, but suddenly, his feet were immobilized by a hand emerging from the ground.
"Robin, is this the way to welcome your Captain?"
Before Robin could speak out, a haughty voice sounded, and a green, red, and blue man emerged from a nearby shop.
The Vinsmoke brothers!
Reiju took a step back, surprised by their appearance. According to their plan, the Vinsmoke brothers were supposed to be on their way to conquer the North Blue and should not be in the Sabaody Archipelago at this time.
"Why are you here?"
"Because we have already completed the conquest of the North Blue. Those useless kings were killed by our father, but although we haven't reached the former glory of the family, it's just a matter of time. So, Reiju, it's time for you to go back. You've relaxed enough outside," Ichiji explained coldly.
In his eyes, Rodney was merely a lowly person who could only resort to tricks and schemes.

Ichiji's companions, Niji and Yonji, remained unfazed, mocking him for his uselessness.
They were all people who lacked strong emotions like fear, pain, and negativity. They were soldiers without a conscience, manufactured by the Germa Kingdom. So, when faced with Perona's Negative Hollows, their abilities had no effect.
"I see, Reiju told you about it, right? But it doesn't matter. Boy, I'll get even for that day! Whether you're a Shichibukai or not, I won't let you live!" Ichiji said with hatred, wanting to take revenge for the humiliation he suffered.
However, Rodney wouldn't give him that opportunity.
"Perona!"
"Negative Hollows!"
Yonji and Ichiji were stunned by Perona's ability. They couldn't understand fear or negativity, so her power had no effect on them.
Ichiji and Yonji had long lost their normal human emotions, making them immune to Perona's abilities.
"This is getting boring!" Ichiji spat out, dissatisfied.
"Let me handle this. I still haven't settled the score with you since last time," the fully recovered Niji said, unwilling to let go of the past.
But Rodney wouldn't give him that chance either.
"Perona!"
"Negative Hollows!"
"Hey, what are you guys doing? Trying to tickle me?" Yonji taunted after being unaffected by Perona's powers.
Perona was taken aback. Her ability, which worked well against normal people, seemed to have no effect on them.
Rodney explained, "They are genetically modified people, emotionally distant, unaware of fear, and impervious to negativity. So, your power won't work on them."
But why did she want to see how the Captain reacted to her Negative Hollows?
"These guys are useless!"
Ichiji, spitting out disdainfully, was dissatisfied with their performance. To him, these clones were nothing but disposable soldiers. Since they were easily replaceable, he was planning to switch them out.
"That's enough. Let me handle this. I haven't settled the score with you since last time," Niji, fully recovered, said with an urge to avenge his previous defeat.
However, Rodney wouldn't give him that chance either.
"Perona!"
"Negative Hollows!"
"Hey, what are you guys doing? Trying to tickle me?" Yonji taunted after being unaffected by Perona's powers.
Perona was taken aback. Her ability, which worked well against normal people, seemed to have no effect on them.

"I've had enough of you! You guys are just a bunch of fools with no strength!" Rodney retorted, unimpressed with Ichiji's show of strength.
Ichiji, Yonji, and Niji were unaffected against the Negative Hollows. Their emotions were so diluted that they couldn't feel fear, and the concept of negativity was foreign to them.
"Very well. I will go then. However, remember, I brought you guys out, and I have an obligation to ensure your safety. I won't allow anything to happen to you," Rodney declared.
With that, he instructed Robin to take them to the Red Tree on number 13, where they could find people they didn't dare provoke. With the clones' combat abilities suppressed, they wouldn't be able to put up much of a fight.
"Understood," Reiju replied, immediately covering herself with her combat suit. She took hold of Perona and Leicester along with Robin before leaving the scene, leaving Rodney and the Vinsmoke brothers to deal with their own matters.
Rodney looked at the green can he now held in his hand and said, "This is Germa's thing, right? Although I can't use it, it must be quite valuable, right? The Sabaody Archipelago has an open black market, and I should be able to sell it for a good price."
"Damn it! That's my thing!"
Ichiji was infuriated when he saw the green can in Rodney's hand. He immediately summoned another green can, which had been prepared as a backup by Germa. However, it didn't fit his combat style, so he chose to keep it for emergencies.
"I'll make sure to kill you!" Ichiji vowed.
