Chapter 157: New teacher

It took Evelyn several tries before she was able to successfully craft the freezing potion. She struggled with getting her magic correctly so that it did not freeze or explode. She was pleased when it finally came together. Now her next hurdle was to craft the hallucinogenic mist and that had even more precarious materials. She struggled in the beginning but after three failed attempts it finally came together. She was pleased with her progress, but she could feel Karinag's annoyance as she went through the materials for her failures. She tried her best to not let her emotions impact her, but it was harder than she thought and she was feeling drained by the end of it.
