Chapter 1: I died, so what?
Uh? What happened? Why is there so much crying? Ugh, did I kill that bastard? I can hear people around me; wait, what is happening? I'm fainting. Everything is going dark. I can't keep up. I must go to sleep. Just a little nap should do. -grunt-
Where am I? A sudden light? Oh no, don't go to the light, wait, wait, wait, no, don't go to the light yet! I'm not ready to die!!! ah
"doesn't wish to die, understood, acquired skill hp auto recovery level 1." A strange female voice said.
What is that voice? What was that? Can I hear that again?
"wishes to know things, acquired skill, Appraisal level 1, gods have interfered with the system, appraisal level 1 has been updated to appraisal level 10." There it was, that mysterious voice again.
What? What is going on? Gods? Why would the gods want to help?
"Answer unknown, appraisal doesn't know the answer, erasing previous inputs, preparing for reincarnation, preparing for revival."
Oh no, so I did die. Wait, wait, no, what do you mean by reincarnation?! Wait!!!
{Baby cries in the background}
ahhh, when did I get here? Oooh? What a beautiful lady I have in front of me, and look at those breasts! It wouldn't hurt to touch them. I saved everyone at the school, right? "You thought a name for her yet?" Said what looked like a nurse.
"Her name shall be Yui," said the woman holding me.
Yui me? Wait, girl, me?!
I have been trying to understand what happened in the last several days. To recap what happened, I shall start by saying that I was just teaching classical literature to my class when I heard gunshots everywhere. We quickly closed all the doors and window drapes. Still, to our dismay, one of the girls in charge of closing one of the doors didn't lock it, so the shooter came right in. I had seconds to make a desperate decision, so I grabbed one of my metal pencils and ran as fast as I could toward the guy!; managing to land on him, my intuition was to go for the eye cavity since it's the weakest point of the skull I could think off, so I did, but, he also sprayed me with machine gun rounds as I was stabbing him fiercely in the eye, it didn't even hurt for a while until I realized I had killed him, I only felt the pain when I saw my own blood spraying out of me like a fountain.
Then we are here, and I can understand what is being said; it's not like they're speaking English, but I can know what they're saying as if they were. I discovered that my mom's name is Rose and my dad's Galileo. I haven't entirely accepted it, but I can't deny it either. I died, there's no doubt about that. Even so, why do I remember everything from my previous life? Don't you forget everything when you get put back into the cycle of reincarnation?
Ugh, my tiny head hurts! I better just think of something else and just enjoy my life as a baby for now; it's not like I can do much while not being able to walk. All I can do is cry and crawl, but I wish I could walk and talk already! Wait, think about it: when did babies become able to speak?! I understand their language, but what if I can't speak it?!
