Chapter 170: Chapter 170: Beginning of the War

The shuttle vortex underwent new changes, and every complete transit, from entry to exit, generated a new variation.

This time, within his consciousness, H'el split off another shuttle vortex. The two shuttle vortices rotated slowly within H'el's consciousness.

H'el designated one of the shuttle vortices as a constant passage to this particular universe, called Three Body Problem Universe.

Logistical and military supplies from this universe continued to be transported incessantly through the dark, black hole-like vortex to the hangar square. Numerous engineering mechanical bodies coordinated, categorized, and would distribute these supplies to the Kryptonian Corps soldiers.

"Your Majesty, the New Earth is an ordinary planet. In your name, we peacefully took over all authorities on Earth.

We've assimilated the New Earth into New Krypton's territories. To develop and upgrade the crude technology of New Earth, we've set up a Proton Dyson Sphere and are commencing the proton installation around the sun to achieve 100% utilization of solar energy. Current progress stands at 0.35%.

Over the past year, we've manufactured 17 million solar grenades, collected 20 million tubes of solar energy replenishment fluid, produced five million sets of new shielded radiation battle suits, and laid the groundwork for a large-scale planetary logistics framework.

Additionally, we've discovered a new civilization from a distant planet, called Trisolarans. We're considering incorporating them as vassals of New Krypton to supplement the rudimentary industrial system of Earth and boost the efficiency of the logistics base." The General Cruiser, Son'el, towering at 600 meters, half-kneeled and reported to H'el within the vast hangar.

As for the intention to include the foreign civilization under New Krypton's control, The General cruiser had not sought the said civilization's opinion.

Just as they regarded Earth's humans as insects, this General Cruiser regarded this civilization as insects too.

For an interstellar civilization that took hundreds of years to cross even a 4-light-year distance, it was truly unnecessary to require any consultation.

With just one of his soldier vessels, he could jump to this civilization, crush them, and technologically overwhelm them. Not to mention his twenty-nine vessels and seven Marshal-class Battleships capable of destroying a planet, and above all, the Zero Mothership Commander that could annihilate an entire star system.

And ultimately, there was the supreme and highest, His Majesty.

Being able to bring up this civilization in front of His Majesty, uttering those words in His Majesty's presence, was already an honor for him.

The fate of this civilization, whether it survives or not, in the General's eyes, didn't amount to much.

H'el's gaze seemed to pierce through the black hole-like shuttle vortex, observing the Earth of that universe on the opposite side. The individuals who had foolishly, kindly, bloodily, and intelligently taken the responsibility to protect humanity and the Earth, had all transformed into members of the New Kryptonian population.

This was a high-tech suppression of a higher order. The Earth in this universe had been transformed by the General Crusier into a bustling military-industrial logistic base and was even planning to bring in the alien civilization as laborers.

"Allow our diplomats to express goodwill to this civilization. Let's avoid misunderstandings. New Krypton is capable of accommodating everything, embracing any empire," H'el cautioned slightly.

They shouldn't overly pressurize the alien civilization.

In this universe, the Dark Forest Law was brutally absolute.

As long as life was detected within this expanse of the universe, it would inevitably face destruction from unknown civilizations.

The infamous Two-Dimensional Foil was widely known by all.

The most significant issue was that the Two-Dimensional Foil was merely conventional weaponry. For civilizations beyond the norm, it was akin to bullets fired in a battlefield, effortless and casually deployed.

At this moment when battles commenced against the Green Lantern Corps and the Gods' Legion, H'el didn't want the excessive pressure on the Trisolarans to reveal Earth's location, inviting unknown assaults.

...

The General Cruiser's mechanical head was momentarily stunned.

Initially, he intended to report to H'el and then leap near the alien civilization's planet, using technology to subdue the civilization. He planned to transport all of their industrial machinery back to Earth, allowing the aliens to illuminate the logistics base, expediting the construction of the Proton Dyson Sphere.

Yet, it seemed that His Majesty wanted to view the opposition as people after all.

General Cruiser pondered for a moment, feeling deeply moved by His Majesty's grand vision. He truly intended to establish a colossal empire spanning across myriad realms, to accommodate countless species under the greatest and supreme will, fostering benevolent communication with other civilizations. The expansive magnanimity akin to the vastness of the starry sea, and the act of respecting the will of other civilizations—only His Majesty possessing boundless confidence and immeasurable power could achieve such feats.

Reflecting on this, General Cruiser realized how starkly different he was, focusing only on using brute force and technological supremacy without considering the psychological impact on others.

He felt ashamed and remorseful for his violent thoughts.

Merely employing brute force and technological supremacy, even if temporarily integrating the opposing civilizations into New Krypton, would result in internal dissent and refusal to acknowledge New Krypton as their nation. This would sow seeds of discord, inevitably leading to harm to New Krypton in the future.

His Majesty was correct. New Krypton should be a nation for everyone, even for the civilizations yet to merge. They were potential members of New Krypton, part of the same family.

In the cosmos, all civilizations were subjects of His Majesty, and they were all one family!

General Cruiser, deeply moved by this realization of His Majesty's profound thoughts, contemplated returning to that universe immediately. His plan was to spread His Majesty's peaceful and benevolent intentions throughout the universe, attracting more civilizations to join New Krypton, collectively contributing to building a beautiful home.

With a resolute gaze, General Cruiser declared, "I understand, Your Majesty."

Subsequently, he laid out the follow-up plans for Earth in that universe. H'el nodded approvingly, allowing General Cruiser to return to that universe to continue his logistics endeavors.

In the midst of the tense and busy deployment of resources, the first wave of war erupted on Earth.

"Your Majesty, more than five hundred thousand Amazonian female warriors have gathered in the Arctic. It seems they intend to assault the Fortress of Solitude to save Superman."
