[ After 4 weeks ]
In Sector 22 Arthur sat quietly in the middle of a small country house full of dust and dirt, this house belonged to Dr. Victor but after Arthur killed him it became just an abandoned house filled with insects and rodents.
After a long journey with the merchant caravan, Arthur finally reached the Sabaody Archipelago, the journey took more time than he expected, but he didn't mind it, during these past weeks the caravan stopped at several islands to do some trade exchanges.
These stops were good opportunities for Arthur to make some inquiries and to raise some of the money he needed.
On each island he visited he attacked the criminals of the underworld and stole their property and he also caught one of the Pirates from Kaidou's followers and interrogated him, but the information he got surprised him.
'Who would have expected that the Marines and the Beasts Pirates got into a direct conflict because of me, that's interesting, maybe this will distract them a little from me' a small smile appeared on Arthur's face but quickly faded away.
After interrogating several people who all told him the same thing that some secret individuals from the government intervened, this information was something disturbing for Arthur because he realized that those people were seeking to capture him privately.
"I don't know why the government wants me so much that it will do anything to catch me" when Arthur remembered the pain he suffered because of them, he gritted his teeth and a look of Madness appeared on his face, he wanted to kill them all and he will not give up his revenge and will make them taste the same pain that he felt.
"I won't let them catch me again," Arthur repeated this and began to review the other information he got, from what he heard it seems that Queen was then captured, but some pirates following Kaidou attacked the ship transporting him and freed him.
The process of freeing him was not very easy, there was an intense battle between the Pirates and the Marines, which resulted in the death of dozens of people, including Vice Admiral Pelo, and because of this, there was a conflict between the Mariz and the Beasts Pirates.
After reviewing his information, Arthur stood up, picked up a broom and began to clean the little house. He wanted to clear his mind by making himself busy. Because of remembering the pain he had previously experienced, his feelings became very conflicting.

[After 5 days]
In the cold darkness of the night, Arthur stood on top of a tree, dressed in black clothes that hid his entire body and face.
The only visible part of him was his brown eyes, which were all focused on some pirate ships moored in a small harbor in Sector 16.
The ships were almost empty and there were only a few lazy men on board who were assigned to guard, the guards were indifferent to what was going on around them and all they did was sit relaxed.
In fact, the source of their confidence was not because of their strength, but because Sector 16 is a place under the control of gangs and outlaws, so it was a suitable place for Pirates to park their ships without fear of being confiscated by the Navy because they never come to this sector.
Arthur continued to observe the pirate ships for a long time without losing sight of them even for a moment, he wanted to choose a suitable target that meets all his criteria, and he also did not want anything to happen wrong that would lead to his death because the ship he would choose would be his means of transportation to the new world.
'It looks like this ship is very good and its crew members are not very strong people, so I don't think they will be able to detect me if I sneak into it' Arthur turned his focus towards a medium-sized ship that looked very ordinary and didn't have anything special like the crew driving it.
The fate of these people is clear, weak people like them will not be able to live long in the new world.
'Maybe I should go check on my transport' Arthur jumped off the tree and walked briskly towards the port full of ships, with light steps that didn't make any sound like the spring wind Arthur reached towards the ship he was going to and jumped briskly over it.
Arthur calmly walked among the ship's rooms and corridors and searched all the places where he could hide during the Pirates voyage to the new world, while Arthur was walking around the ship he suddenly stopped and began eavesdropping on some of her men.
"Have you heard about what happened on the island of fish-man, it seems that their queen was assassinated by some human" one of the Pirates said while drinking a bottle of drink.
"Where did you hear this news from?" replied another pirate sitting next to him.
"This news is not new, The Queen was assassinated a few weeks ago and it seems that the fish-man have begun to direct their anger towards the humans passing through the island towards the New World" The Pirate replied while moving the bottle in his hand and contemplating the drink swaying inside.
"Isn't that a bad thing for us"
"Don't worry, even though fish-man hate humans, they only attack people who walk around alone"
Arthur kept eavesdropping on the Pirates until their words became just useless words belonging to a bunch of drunks.
'I hope that these events will not affect my trip, it seems that my decision to travel with a large group was a good idea' Arthur could only sigh and leave the ship heading towards his small house.
In fact, Arthur has enough money to get a transport to the new world, but he is not stupid to travel alone in uncharted waters about which he knows nothing,
Although the Pirates who will infiltrate their ship are just a group of weak people, they will be a good distraction for any danger that gets in his way and this will save him time to escape or do anything that keeps him alive.
As Arthur was leaving the port with all this, he suddenly stopped and looked in one direction to find a strange man standing next to one of the ships and looking at him spontaneously, that man's gaze was simple and did not bear any grudge, but Arthur felt goosebumps all over his body.
Although the strange man was hiding his face and head with a piece of cloth, Arthur was able to recognize his identity, how not and that man imprinted his name on the whole world in the company of the Pirate King.
'Silvers Rayleigh I didn't think I'd meet you at this point, people with your strength are still out of reach for me' with a long sigh Arthur turned his head and continued walking towards his house, Rayleigh didn't intend any grudge, so Arthur was able to leave without any problems.
Rayleigh stood next to one of the ships while holding in his hand some of the tools he uses to cover ships that want to head to the new world, because of the need to dive ships in deep, high-pressure waters, ships must be wrapped with a certain type of bubbles that protect them from pressure and provide air to passengers.
"Hmmm!" While Rayleigh was thinking about which ship he would lock first he noticed some strange moves which made him turn around to find an undercover person quietly sneaking out of one of the ships.
The stranger's movements were calm and precise, which made Rayleigh feel some interest and continue to observe him, but that person suddenly turned towards Rayleigh and looked at him with surprised glances, but he quickly turned to the other side and calmly left.
Rayleigh watches Arthur's back as he walks away with a small smile on his face.
"Interesting, this world is full of strange coincidences," Rayleigh put down his tools and began work on packaging ships.
