On this day, his mother after pleading with his uncle was allowed to give him a birthday gift of a brand new laptop with WiFi.

Ever since his grandmother died he wasn't allowed to watch television or own a phone or laptop. Heck, he didn't even play games.

His view of the world is so tiny that he isn't even allowed to go outside unless he is running an errand for the family.

Due to how sharp he is, over the next two years he got the chance to learn Chinese, Japanese and other languages. He made friends online and even got to know that his situation was unusual but unlike how you expect him to run and make a complaint to the police. He did the opposite and kept mute.

His mother had warned him not to try it as his uncle has connections with a lot of top men and most will definitely turn a blind eye to it.

But aside from online chatting, what he truly enjoys is reading of novels, especially REVEREND INSANITY, INHUMAN WARLOCK OR any type as long as the MC is villainous.

Due to that, he felt his physiology warping and his view of humans changing.

But at times the words of his grandmother and mother always tend to remind him to never pay back evil with evil no matter what.

Things were going on the same way, the insult, beating and boring some life. Till the world suddenly took a drastic change.

On this day after chatting with his friends, he couldn't help but chuckle at the news they told him.

_Interesting. So some people are announcing the world will end today? Well, I have nothing to lose. Besides it will be cool to know how it will end. Will an enormous snake destroy it or stars smash us or maybe it will vanish like a puff of smoke?_

To others, they might feel agitated or sad at the world's ending. But to him, he felt nothing.

He might as well be a Walking Dead since he rarely experiences emotions.

With such thought, he turned off his laptop and went to his bed for a short nap since he knew he would be waking up around 2 AM to start his daily house chores.

Just then, a loud trumpet suddenly echoes. It was so loud that Morningstar's ear couldn't hear any other sound apart from it.

Following that voice was a genderless voice, filled with tiredness and disappointment towards the people he was gazing at.

"20,000 or 200,000 thousand years have passed by since y'all were created. You have indeed advanced extensively. From the bottom of the food chain, you now are the rulers of the earth. But sadly you could barely reach the moon and talk more of the stars. You have disappointed me with my creations. You couldn't even awake 0.000000000000%1 of your potential. So from now henceforth! You will fight for peace, for food, for safety! For whatever you desire! You must shed tears and blood for it!" With such a thunderous voice that shook the very room, Morningstar was in.

Morningstar couldn't help but feel his heart thumping from excitement at what was about to come.

"You all must fight to remain dominant or you shall be a slave to other planets, from now you fight or die!"

As soon as he said those words, Morningstar felt the earth shaking and his vision warping. The last thing he saw was his mother dashing into the room and trying to grab his hand.

Morningstar's five sense which has been frozen with time suddenly returned. Following that was a terrific headache.

_My head! It hurts. It hurt so badly!!_ Morningstar yell inwardly as he grits his teeth and forcefully tries calming his pounding head down.

after a few minutes, he finally felt normal.

Looking around, the surroundings resemble Township NJ Bus Station. Filled with over 200+ people. The current scene was chaotic as others couldn't help but search for their phones or accessories.

"Fuck! Where am I?"

"You asking me? I don't know! The last thing I remembered was a loud trumpet and an elderly voice saying some sort of bullshit before seeing myself here!"

"Me too! I was about to feast on a lady before being sent here! Fuck! My erection is too stiff!"

"Fuck off, we talking serious thing here! Do you think we are in hell? Are we going to be judged?!" One couldn't help but ask.

"Nah, I don't think so, from what I heard. It seems we will be facing some tutorial to unlock our potential and we will be stronger than before." He explained while cleaning his eyeglasses.

While all this chaos was taking place, Morningstar was busy talking with a being which unexpectedly popped up in his head as soon as he arrived here.

"So you claim to be me from the future?" He asked with a hint of surprise. From what the voice says, he's back here to restart and save humanity from impending doom. But Morningstar was sure he wasn't that generous enough to be saving people or did he experience something that changed him?

"Yes, the truth is, humanity died while facing that thing and as a last resort we use the dragon time stone to send one person back to the past in other to start again.

But sadly I came but it's already too late since the tutorial has begun. But I will fill you with the necessary information you need to survive. Just like you, I hate saving people but that doesn't mean you shouldn't use them to get stronger.

Here are some tips I remembered from my blurry memory..."

Morningstar couldn't help but shiver in excitement after seeing tons of images being sent into his brain. Most people will be scared shitless but strangely He felt the direct opposite.

"So that's all I have to say for now, since the tutorial has started, my spirit will be forcefully erased. All I can say is be strong as only the strongest survive and lastly, do not trust Armageddon..."

"Who's that? Are you there? Future me?" After seeing how abruptly the voice was cut off, Morningstar kept calling but the voice didn't reply. Just then, the sky split open as a palm-size fairy with a sweet smile appeared.

"Riiiiiing hi everyone! I'm gonna be your personal helper from now." She said with an innocent smile.

_Tsk, what a wicked being. If not for my future self telling me about this fairy I would have fallen for that fake smile._ Morningstar thought inwardly while keeping a neutral expression.

As soon as she said those words, gasps of shock and surprise echoed throughout the crowd as this could be said to be their first time seeing a fairy from a fantasy novel in real life.

"Hey, little thing! Since you will be our personal guide! Mind telling us where we are now?! Also, how can I get in contact with my employees?! We need to resume soon so get this done and let me go home!"

_Oh boy, such a waste. He will die without even knowing about the new world._ Morningstar thought with a faint smile.

Ignoring the man, the fairy says.

"Y'all don't know what the great skyfather has done for you. From now henceforth your physical limit has been removed! Meaning you can all get so strong to the point of ahem... Those boxes with screens... Or yes televisions yes yes... You can get stronger like those people on television. Even those pictures in books are called ah... Yes comics, you could be strong like them so long as you work harder."

_Here it comes!_

"Let me show y'all a quick example!" With those words, the fairy snapped her finger while still maintaining her naive smile and suddenly the man who spoke arrogantly exploded like a bomb with his flesh, blood and intestine splattering on those close to him.

*Puke*

Most couldn't bear the scene and puke right away. The fairy didn't mind them and flew over.

"I hate talkative like him." It mumbles as it picks a shiny symbol the size of a baby palm which dropped after his death.

By now everyone couldn't help but realise that this environment is totally different from what they know.

"Okay everyone, this here is a spirit-rune symbol which you can gain only by killing a living thing. It comes out randomly so your expectations might be nullified as it's not based on any system. Who wanna have it?!" It asked while gazing at them cutely but that one served to make none of them request for it in fear of being killed.

Suddenly, Morningstar raises his hand.

"Oh, what a brave man. I like ya take it and just put it on your hand."

Curious, Morningstar accepted it and just then, he felt a slight change in his body. Although from the outside, not much has changed but only Morningstar knows.

"Cool right? I'm certain your previous muscles were definitely only able to lift 119.1kg but now you can even lift a 122.1kg!"

"...mmm." Morningstar gave a bland look which made the fairy cough in awkward.

"Anyway, let's move to the last part. Check your back pocket you will see a gift from me in it. Use it well as the test will soon begin and also if you want to see your stats then you can just call it telepathically and it will appear. Byeee~" With those words, it vanish like it never was there.

Meanwhile, everyone checked their pockets and saw two kitchen knives in it. But that didn't soothe them, rather it served to make them keep their distance from each other.

After all, they knew that greed for power could make even their own family kill them.

_Indeed Humans are the cruellest beings when democracy isn't available. This is our true nature._ Morningstar thought as he stared at his back and then the front. It was like he was anticipating something.
