Adventure Time / Lich info (For the curious)
Adventure time Lich lore for anyone who doesn't know -
The Lich (otherwise known as the Lich King) is a force of nature embodying death and extinction from adventure time. He was finally given form during a nuclear war by humanity where a new bomb called a mutagenic bomb was dropped- causing a sort of pseudo zombie apocalypse where he went on to try and cause even more death. Side note - He has existed before time and before the universe as anyone knows it, and the war merely allowed him to manifest fully.
He is usually a giant horned skeleton in a robe who has 2 glowing green eyes and uses magic and necromancy. He is less of a villain and more of an inevitable variable- only kept at bay but never truly destroyed. At one point the lich was touched by a liquid which basically creates flesh, blood and tissue in an attempt to heal most wounds- Since he was piloting a literal giant skeleton at the time, it covered his entire body in flesh and effectively caused him to short circuit. This ended with the lich being used as the base of a new being- Sweet P, who was a baby the size of a small car.
The Lich was technically still 'alive' within Sweet P and would emerge to try and take control periodically or whenever Sweet P became too emotional- in one instance sharing the secrets of time and scaring the crap out of people who exploited Sweet P. Sweet P still has the Lich inside him but through his heroic mind keeps it at bay.
The lich has briefly succeeded in causing the extinction of all life, he has possessed and controlled the son of both life and death. Despite being wished to have, and I quote- "Never, even ever existed" by a multiversal wish master, he was still inevitably manifested anyway (with the wish master technically only delaying his arrival), before he then proceeded to spread to every other universe. He killed the aforementioned multiversal wish master and when apprehended for it he managed to break out of the cosmic prison to free and control every other inmate. In his first depiction he is shown to be imprisoned in magical amber, yet anyone who comes close still needs mental protection to stop his influence, during this same instance he controls a snail to break free.
For this story in particular I will be scaling the Lich to his maximum potential, along with Sweet P's potential to base the MC off of. The Lich itself will be a part of the MC similar to the hollow inside Ichigo from Bleach.
Final note -
If you read this and think the Lich is stronger than in the show, you're right. This is 'The Lich' in its entirety, as in- every Lich in the adventure time multiverse combined into one entity and shifted out of the adventure time reality.
It is literally the equivalent of removing a cosmic entity such as death from Marvel. Though instead of death the Lich is more accurately described as the cosmic entity of the eventual end of all.
This isn't just 'The Lich', this is a conceptual being who is the inevitable end… the ceaseless wheel… Entropy incarnate.
On the note of the Lich being stronger, so will several other beings that got too heavily nerfed. The versions of characters in this Fanfic (if allowed to battle their regular MCU counterpart) would beat them 9/10 times. It will be very rare that any character here isn't stronger, the only exceptions at this time being the celestials.
