Was this God's intention for us, for humanity, for the whole world? How did we get here this far? Where did we miss it? Who taught us all of these wickedness we see in the world today? It was never written in a book, about how to maltreat people, or how to kill and destroy lives, or how to cheat and be deceptive. How then did all those came to being? Actually, I'm sure it all started when man fell.
Innocent Adam was created and placed in a beautiful garden, void of G- Gun shots and Gossips, A- Atrocities and Aggressiveness, R- Rivalry, Riots and Rituals, D- Divination and Demonism, E- Enmity and Envy, and N- Nightmare and Necromancy. But when he disobeyed his Creator, gosh, so many unimaginable things emerged.
The ideas of evil acts and actions gradually started evolving in the heart of his. Cain, for example, without thinking twice, hit the brother down, because of envy and jealousy. Everything everywhere in the universe started deteriorating.
Today, we see so many irregularities even in nature. The moon no longer gives the kind of bright light it was known for; the sun shines so hot like hell; even the rain, it doesn't follow it's season anymore, it rains whenever it feels like, and sometimes it rains to spoil people's day, like it's got some ulterior motives, right? Humans activities have led to pollutions of the land, sea, and air. Earth is no longer healthy for us anymore.
A songwriter once said:
"... What have we done to the world?
Look what we've done
What about all the peace
That you pledge your only son?
What about flowering fields?
Is there a time?
What about all the dreams
That you said was yours and mine?
Did you ever stop to notice
All the children dead from war?
Did you ever stop to notice
This crying Earth, these weeping shores?"
The world is tearing down, many are dying, and many more are being born to meet the suffering from where those who died left it. Doesn't this concern us? What are we doing about it? Are we thinking of ways we could solve as many problems as we can or we are among those magnifying the problems?
People are in a great need of kindness, care, support, concern, attention, admonition, and love. You may not be able to solve everyone's problems but you definitely have a role to play. The little you can do could go a very long way in reducing these problems.
