Chapter 8: 10. progress and lottery.
Xiao Han wakes up from his Meditation while streching his sore body after a few hours. He sees out side the window while checking out the notification in front of him.

Seeing the panels Xiao Han felt happy with his progress and lays downs on his bed to sleep. Xiao Han Sleeps for a few hours before thinking about his training plans for the next day.
Waking up from the sleep in daze Xiao Han sees out the window to check the atmosphere outside. Seeing sun has yet to rise Xiao Han runs into the bathroom to complete his daily activities and rushes out of the house sneakily to a nearby clif on the east.
Sitting on a rock in the cliff Xiao Han starts training his Eye skills while running his breathing methods. His breath starts getting rhythmic akin to tortoise while spirit energy in the surrounding starts getting sucked to at a faster pace as he progresses. Today a change occurs as purple purple rays of the sun started to gather near his rushing into it while strenghten both his eye's and mental energy.
This practice went on for a few hour until last purple ray could absorbed. Streching his body, he saw progress in the notifications in front of him.

Completed his training here Xiao Han Goes jogging around the village for developing his stamina. Xiao Han reaches home after a. Half a hour.
Entering the House Xiao Han finds his mom in the kitchen preparing breakfast.
As he enters the living room his mom Xue Mei asks " Han'er where have you been. "
Xiao Han tells to his mom that he went out for morning walk and goes into the shower to wash himself.
After Completion of his shower Xiao Han sits on the bed trying to recall his experience he felt today as if he was instinctively changing his body posture while jogging. Understanding that this is due to his breathing technique progress he still trys to recall that feeling of control trying to improve it.
After his contemplation, He starts his fist technique practice. The fist technique consists of for stages of mastery [ basic <intermediate<advanceed<mastery].
Each stage signifying level of mastery over all punching postures in the technique.
He practices all the basic posture until for 3 reps while checking his mistakes. After the practice he takes a light break on chair in his room. While relaxing on the chair he opens his system shop to check the free lottery tickets he checked yesterday for opening them. Seeing the that he has 2 lottery ticket, Xiao Han decides to open 1 bronze lottery ticket to check his luck after receiving the blessing.
Xiao Han clicks on the bronze ticket to use and suddenly an ancient looking Bronze roulette appears in air and spinning at a fast pace. After a few minutes the pointer stops and land on a certain part of the roulette.
[ding.. Host received marrow cleansing liquid..]
Excited to see the reward Xiao Han checks its information with the system.
