Subsequently, the four jailers departed, leaving Chen Fan to observe the newcomer in the cell. This massive man dwarfed even Barrick, the one Chen Fan had defeated before. Standing over five meters tall, he barely had room to spare under the cell's low ceiling. Notably, his handcuffs weren't crafted from Sea-Prism Stone, indicating he wasn't a Devil Fruit user.

"Boy, what are you staring at? Are you courting death?" The giant man noticed Chen Fan's gaze and shot him a menacing look.

Chen Fan's previously calm expression turned fierce upon hearing this. He had no intention of letting this man live.

The other imprisoned pirates eagerly watched, knowing well that this seemingly harmless youngster was a force to be reckoned with. Anyone entering this cell would inevitably meet their end at his hands. Chen Fan struck ruthlessly, swiftly, accurately, and decisively, often targeting the newly imprisoned and most vulnerable inmates.

As the confrontation escalated, those pirates couldn't help but anticipate Chen Fan unleashing his deadly prowess on this new giant.

Despite his young age of 14, Chen Fan stood at one meter seventy, which wasn't short by any means. However, his youthful appearance made him seem even smaller.

"Boy, I'm worth 300 million outside as a pirate," the giant man named Mond snarled. "You keep staring, and I'll gouge your eyes out."

A sneer crept across Chen Fan's face. In an instant, his body vanished, and he launched a cannonball-like fist toward Mond's face.

Mond, taken aback by the audacity, reacted swiftly. As a pirate with a 300-million-berry bounty, his reflexes were extraordinary. He extended his right arm to block the punch, taking a step back to absorb the impact.

Pain shot through Mond's right arm, surprise etching onto his face. He hadn't anticipated that this seemingly innocent boy could pack such a punch. Without hesitation, Chen Fan unleashed a barrage of punches, raining them down on Mond.

Bound by chains and hampered by injuries, Mond found himself in a defensive position, unable to counterattack. He dared not employ excessive force, for fear of the spikes in his handcuffs piercing his wrists and ankles.

Chen Fan followed up with a powerful whip kick to Mond's head, a move the bound pirate couldn't evade. The kick landed with a thud, causing Mond's head to collide with the wall.

Mond's head spun, and he crumpled against the wall, fury etched across his face. "You're asking for death, kid!" His clenched fist carried a formidable force as he launched it toward Chen Fan.

Undaunted, Chen Fan met the blow head-on, their fists colliding like boulders. Both combatants staggered backward.

Mond seethed with anger, furious at being evenly matched by a child. If not for the handcuffs, he wouldn't dare use a mere fraction of his strength. Chen Fan, on the other hand, relished the encounter, thrilled by the brutal, visceral fight.

Chen Fan disappeared again in the blink of an eye, and the two figures, one large and one small, clashed relentlessly. Blood flowed freely, a testament to their ferocious battle.

Chen Fan lashed out with his right leg, delivering powerful blows to Mond's body like a whip. Simultaneously, Mond's fists resembled boulders as they hammered into Chen Fan's abdomen. The two figures fought like wild animals, using every ounce of their strength.

Mond's initial arrogance had given way to solemnity as he realized that, given his current circumstances, he could face death if he didn't give it his all. Mond's punches continued, reflecting his pirate skills, yet he couldn't utilize them fully.

Excessive force risked triggering the spikes in his handcuffs, leading to severe wrist and ankle injuries. His injuries, combined with the loss of control and his depleted strength, took a toll on Mond. His punches slowed, and fatigue set in.

Chen Fan exploited Mond's dwindling stamina, raining relentless blows upon him. Mond could only muster weak resistance, sometimes failing to block Chen Fan's attacks in time.

Mond's head was a gory mess, his body covered in wounds. Chen Fan resembled a bloodthirsty deity, showing no sign of relenting. His powerful fists continued to pummel Mond's head mercilessly.

With a face filled with desperation, Mond struggled to resist but found himself powerless against his injuries and dwindling strength. Chen Fan's final punch, carrying immense force, connected with Mond's face, causing him to crumple to the ground.

Mond's consciousness wavered as pain, exhaustion, and the aftermath of his brutal injuries overcame him. He knew he had been defeated by this young adversary and that his life hung in the balance.

"I won't accept this," Mond gasped, his voice filled with regret. "Outside, I'd take down this kid with ease within three moves."

Mond, however, was bound by his injuries and chains, unable to stand up.

Chen Fan remained unfazed. With a determined look, he didn't hesitate to land a punch directly on Mond's throat. A distinct "click" echoed as Mond's fingers lowered, his life extinguished. His once-fierce eyes now stared lifelessly.

Having dealt with his opponent, Chen Fan sat down, panting heavily. Observing the battle's outcome, the other pirates in the cells couldn't help but sigh. Chen Fan, the young combatant, emerged as the victor once more.

"He keeps getting stronger," one pirate remarked.

"Yeah, he shows no mercy. It's a tough break for anyone locked up with him," another chimed in.

They couldn't help but ponder what might have happened if Chen Fan were free in the outside world.

"Doesn't it seem like those Sea-Prism Stone handcuffs don't affect him much?" a pirate pondered, watching Chen Fan carefully.

The debate raged on among the pirates. While some marveled at Chen Fan's strength and resilience, others questioned whether the Sea-Prism Stone handcuffs had any effect on him.

In the midst of these discussions, Budek watched Chen Fan, who had just finished the battle, with a complex mix of emotions. He couldn't help but feel both sympathy for and envy of the young fighter.

Budek believed that with Chen Fan's talent and dedication, he could achieve great things in the outside world. Unfortunately, they were confined to the unforgiving sixth level of Advance City, a place notorious for never allowing anyone to escape. Even someone as formidable as a naval general might find it impossible to break free, let alone Chen Fan.

After a brief respite, Chen Fan headed to the cell's front to enjoy his meal. As he ate, a warm, invigorating sensation emanated from his body, alleviating his fatigue, healing his injuries, and even subtly enhancing his physique.

With half the meal consumed, Chen Fan felt fully satisfied, considering he had only just eaten lunch. He then turned his attention to Mond's lifeless body, methodically dismembering it and disposing of the massive corpse through the excretion outlet.

Afterward, Chen Fan took a moment to clean himself before commencing his afternoon training. The violent clash from earlier seemed like a distant memory as he focused on his exercises.

Sweat poured from his brow as he trained relentlessly, his fatigue gradually replaced by excitement. Chen Fan relished the sensation of growing stronger with each passing day. If not for the risk of overexertion, he would have trained nonstop.

Around eight or nine in the evening, Chen Fan concluded his training. Time held little meaning on this isolated sixth level, making meal deliveries the only reference point.

In the days that followed, Chen Fan maintained a rigorous schedule, conducting morning physical training and afternoon Naval Six-Style training. Time slipped by imperceptibly, with each day resembling the one before.

As time flowed like a river, the difference from the previous year became apparent. Chen Fan's physical strength had dramatically increased, and he had grown over ten centimeters in height. His proficiency in the Naval Six Style had improved significantly as well.

Budek, his cellmate, remarked, "Your mastery of the Naval Six Style is now on par with mine. There's nothing more I can teach you. I hope you'll keep your promise."

Over the past year, Budek had marveled at Chen Fan's extraordinary talent, igniting a glimmer of hope that perhaps this young man could accomplish the impossible—escaping from the notorious Advance City.

"Don't worry," Chen Fan replied, devoid of emotion but resolute. "I keep my word. Thanks for your company and hard work over these two years. If the opportunity arises, I'll help you take down that guy."

Chen Fan possessed a stoic demeanor, but he adhered to his principles. Feeling the surging power within him, he reflected on his progress over the past year, equating his strength to that of a typical Navy colonel.

This growth was impressive, but he recognized that it fell short of what he needed to escape the prison. To challenge the status quo and break free, he needed to attain the strength of a Vice Admiral within the Navy's headquarters.

Deep in thought, Chen Fan devised a detailed plan to continue his journey toward unmatched strength. He acknowledged that the most potent power for a physical combatant was Haki. Having mastered the Navy Six Style and reaching a high level of proficiency, he believed he could extend it to the Seventh Form with his current physical prowess.
