Chapter 25: Done Something amazing

Kaida and Yomi became ready to show their progress in the ninjutsu, the Hokage said
"Kaida I want to confirm something first, one of my Anbu ninjas told me that a student had somehow made a deafening Roar a day before yesterday and the feature he mentioned resembled you a lot, so did you somehow make that sound"
"yes lord Hokage, I am sorry for the disturbance I was practicing my transformation jutsu and made that sound by mistake"
"no problem Kaida but can you show me that jutsu, that you used to make that sound"
" Lord Hokage there is a problem with that, if I use that jutsu with my clothes on, my clothes will become unusable, so…" Kaida said while pointing toward Yomi who had a slight blush on her face after hearing this
"Hahaha no problem, first lets Yomi take her 2nd test then we can proceed with your test," Hokage said with a hearty laugh
Yomi just nodded her head at this, Hiruzen said
"ok Yomi you can perform all three jutsu one by one"
"yes sir" Yomi replied and started forming hand sign for the very first jutsu
All of a sudden at the place of Yomi a smoke cloud emerged and when it faded a wooden log was present at her place and she was standing 50 meters away from her initial position
That was the problem with substitution jutsu if people were paying attention to you, you had to create a distraction first before using the Jutsu
Seeing her performing the jutsu, hokage and kenji nodded their head
After performing substitution jutsu, she began running toward their direction while performing the hand sign of another jutsu, suddenly another small explosion occurred and
*poof*
Yomi had now created 5 clones which were all running toward them from different directions.
But both Hokage and kenji were directly watching real Yomi, due to their huge amount of experience it was quite easy to differentiate Yomi from clones
After surrounding them she released the jutsu and started performing hand signs for her last jutsu which she transformed into kenji
Hiruzen laughed happily as it was quite difficult to find dissimilarities between both of them and said
"Very good Yomi, you have performed all the Justus masterfully, you can go back to the academy, we will come back there after Kaida performs his set of jutsu"
"Thank you, lord Hokage," Yomi said and went toward the academy
Now only kenji, Hiruzen, and Kaida remained on the training ground, Hiruzen said
"Kaida, I think now you can start"
Kaida nodded he performed substitution jutsu just like Yomi, the only difference was that he was 100m away from his initial position, as the more chakra you use in this jutsu the more distance you can travel
After that similar to Yomi he began running toward both of them while performing hand signs for clone jutsu
puff
With a small explosion, 9 clones were formed and all of them started running toward Hokage and Kenji's direction at full speed with a kunai in their hand
After surrounding them he released the jutsu, not the least bit surprised that both of them were looking toward him and not toward his clone the entire time
After performing those two jutsu Kaida did something that was quite… unusual in such an exam, he began taking out his clothes and only left his underwear on
Obviously, they didn't react much as Kaida had previously said that the jutsu damages his clothes when used
Kaida began performing hand sign for transformation jutsu, though he could have shown a normal transformation like Yomi, but now that Hokage had asked him to perform the jutsu, which caused an uproar in the village he had to show it to him
After completing the hand sign, a white mist emerged from the ground, and started covering Kaida's whole body, slowly the size of the mist kept on increasing for some time then,
*Puff*
The mist faded and at the place of Kaida a majestic golden lion was standing with a dark golden mane on his neck, he adjusted his vocal muscle and let out a roar
ROOAAAARRRRRRR
This roar, was even louder than the previous one and made a visible shockwave, fortunately, he had directed it toward the forest rather than those two, kenji was stupefied at this display, as though tough, but transforming into an animal is not impossible, but what Kaida did just know was close to impossible for a child as even lord Hokage himself was shocked at this performance
After performing the roar, which was the reason for the uproar yesterday, Kaida stopped the jutsu transformed back to himself, and quickly got himself dressed
After he was fully dressed Hokage started speaking
"Kaida do you know what you just did"
"yes lord Hokage, I transformed into a lion using transformation jutsu, using knowledge from the library, I can also transform into a monkey, a dog, and a cat" Kaida replied, thinking that they were surprised that he could transform into an animal
Hiruzen looked at Kaida with a baffled expression, after a sigh he began explaining what he did
"Kaida in transformation jutsu, don't actually transform into said figure but, let's just say wear an extra skin on us, due to this it is difficult to use chakra as we can normally do
On the other hand, Kaida you were able to somehow completely transform into that lion and even use chakra naturally to enhance the Roar, even though it looked simple its use can make Konoha the most powerful shinobi village in the world, so tell me how you did it"
"I did nothing out of the ordinary, lord Hokage and just like it was taught to us thought about the anatomy of a lion and this happened automatically," Kaida said, but he was thinking – oh, so just thinking about transforming like ben10 can bring such result, well let's keep it till myself for now, as I had already shown more than enough to make the village invest in us
