Chapter 5: NEW ITEM UNLOCKED
Three hours before the apocalypse happened.

"So that's all for our lecture today. Don't forget to remember the task project I gave you." Wang Yuze ended the class as he spoke loudly and reminded his students.
Just after Wang Yuze left the class, Li Xiaowu packed the books and put them in his bag. He plans to go home and check the rare new Item he just got yesterday.
"Bro! You are so rushed! Where are you going?" Lu Feichang appears from nowhere and stands at his side as he sees Li Xiaowu, who looks like he is in a rush to go somewhere.
"Go home."
Li Xiaowu just replied with a short answer and stood up from his seat.
"What? So early? Aren't we having the lecture class in the evening?" Lu Feichang stretched his hair as he talked.
"I want to check out the new rare items I got yesterday." Li Xiaowu glanced at him and gave Lu Feichang the answer he asked.
"Oh, I see. Wow! You are so lucky to get the rare items! I've never got it in my life!" Lu Feichang's face, full of shockness, admired Li Xiaowu about how he could get such a rare item in the online game.
"Thanks. Maybe, I have a luck to get it, I guess."
Li Xiaowu nodded at him quietly.
"I'll go now."
Lu Feichang nodded and patted Li Xiaowu on the shoulder while waving his right hand.
"Bye, Brother Li! I'm going to get lunch after this!"
Li Xiaowu just glanced at him and replied short. "Bye."
Afterward, he proceeded to get out of his class and went to the university's parking lot.
At the student's parking lot, Li Xiaowu went to his blue motorcycle and started the engine. Immediately, he rode it fast and left the university. He goes toward the way to his home.

At Li Xiaowu's house.
As soon as Li Xiaowu got home, he turned off his motorcycle engine and parked the motorcycle by the side of his house. After that, he unlocked the house's door and went inside the house while taking off his shoes.
Li Xiaowu went towards his bedroom and put his bag down. He sat on his gaming chair and opened the computer on the table.

The computer makes a sound when opened, and then the computer brand screen appears and goes directly to the user profile section.

Li Xiaowu entered the password on the profile, and the computer screen went directly to the desktop. He pressed toward the logo of the game 'Archemistry Online.'

"Ah, I forgot. Update first."
Li Xiaowu focuses on the screen and presses the mouse on the right side of his hand.

The Update was downloaded fast because he uses the Wi-Fi internet from his smartphone's data hotspot. He didn't like to use the paid Wi-Fi per month because, for him, it's wasted his money only.

He thought for a while when he saw the Item's description. 'Though, it reduced my Defense by 5%...'
'Hmm, I think I can cover it up with other items.'

Li Xiaowu starts to implement the items to his weapon's blade using the Blacksmith skills that he had.
