Having only read through the novel's first chapter, take my review with a grain of salt. Anyways, the author was able to set up the current situation of the story in just a few paragraphs, immersing readers into the world quite quickly. Though there are a few parts to it that could be worded better, the main thought is still effectively conveyed. The dialogue between characters feel quite realistic, which makes for a smooth and good read as more chapters come. This is only the second time the author has delved into the apocalypse genre and I highly recommend you read it, judging from the unique synopsis.
I'm wondering why you are reading the comments still and not reading the story already. If you stopped long enough to read this, you must be trying to talk yourself out of reading this and go to sleep like a normal person. WHY? Aren't you a person of culture? Sleep is for the weak.
