It's been 8 years since I got the "Genius of Illusions" trait and honestly my life has been AMAZING since then.
During my teenage years in my past live I had to put up with stupid people saying how Aizen was OVERRATED and that his illusion ability wasn't that powerful.
"Solid illusion!" I'd like to know what those people would say when they see I have a FUCKING STAND.
As if I were Jotaro Joestar himself behind me stood a muscular man with purple skin and golden shoulder pads, I didn't remember all the aspects of Star Platinum but I think I'm pretty much spot on.
Obviously it was just an illusion that with my magic materialized on the physical plane, it was not a real Stand.
"OraOraOraOraOraOraOraOra!!!" But who the fuck cared that it wasn't a real Stand!!!? I was facing my big brother with the fucking Star Platinum!
"Haha, another one of those ideas of yours little brother?" Of course he was dodging or blocking all my attacks quite easily... "I must admit, your imagination never ceases to amaze me!"
As I learned how to use my magic, I discovered that the possibilities were practically unlimited! With all due respect to one of the best villains I ever witnessed watching anime.... But who would want to be JUST Aizen when I can be literally anything!
A world of possibilities opened up before my eyes when my beloved father taught me how to materialize my illusions. Plus because of my special trait my mana kept growing the more I used my magic!
Call me prideful but at the rate I'm going I can easily become supreme class in another decade at the most!
"Haha, what's up Tino? Can't you keep up with me?" I run up to my brother and my Star Platinum keeps on delivering punches.
"Oho? Looks like my little brother's new technique has his confidence sky high" Come on, bring it here I can beat you! "I'll have to take you down a peg or two..."
Tino disappears before my eyes from where he was and I realize that he tricked me again...
"You're behind me, aren't you?"
"Yep" And he gives me a blow on my head that sinks me half my body into the ground...
"Auch auch auch auch" I grab my head with pain, Star Platinum disappears and only I am left...
"And that makes it 45 to 0. You really like to lose don't you little brother?"
"Someday I'll beat you Tino! And it will be soon!" I grab the ground and try to get out of the hole he put me in... "Emm... A little help here?" Hell, don't blush...
"Hahaha, sure sure, hold on tight" He grabs my hand and pulls me quickly out of the hole, sorry I just wipe the dirt off my clothes
"Although you are quite versatile you should concentrate on training one thing at a time a lot and not a thousand things at a time a little"
"Yessss, I totally understand and both you and father have told me that till boredom. I still have something hidden that I will only show when it's ready!"
"Haven't you told me that already in the last 20 trainings we've had?"
"This time I mean it!!!"
The last manga I caught up on was Jujutsu Kaisen, so my final trap card was Sukuna's expansion of domain!
Of course I died before I knew the outcome of the fight against Gojo and therefore if Sukuna had something else up his sleeve. But come on, it is literally impossible for Gojo to lose, he is much stronger than Sukuna.
"You've told me that a lot too hahahah" Kuh.... You'll see Tino, I'll perfect the domain expansion and defeat you! "Well, that's enough, I have work to do and you should go study."
I didn't answer anything because it wasn't necessary, my brother simply left and after a few minutes I did the same. But before that

Umm, my magic container went up almost 200 points and finally reached 20000 heh? My container was pretty good, higher than the average devils of my age, but using 'Solid Illusion' is very consuming.
In these years I focused mostly on training my magic, trying to defeat my father and brother, studying about the culture here and the history of my family. I also became Sona's best friend, or so I think.
She used to come over about once a month, sometimes 2 times a month but not more than that, sometimes she would tell me about Rias and how she used to get on her nerves.
I must also say that since about 4 years ago I became incapable of beating her in chess...
With that the story went on normally, she still came out of a marriage engagement using the game. I thought it was a bit more complex but not really, if someone beat her in chess someone would have the opportunity to ask for her hand in marriage.
It is worth mentioning that no one besides me has ever come remotely close to doing so.
I also found out that the devils puberty was catching up to them a little faster than normal, even though I should look like a 10 year old I looked like I was 13 or 14.
Mom told me that eventually the growth spurt would stop and I would spend a century or so looking like a 20 year old human.
The biology of the devils was indeed very strange.
In other things I can say that I never had another fated encounter.
Nor a mission to be able to change the future either. I guess it doesn't help that I haven't really met many more people.
The side quests certainly started out as something funny to becoming annoying. I mean, once receiving things like coins, clothes or even books was fine, but eventually I had TOO MUCH. So I decided to stop doing them.
The really important news is that in 2 months I'll be 20 and that means I'll finally get my devil pieces!
I've been waiting for this moment since my brother told me about it, it's also that the system has me with completing the mission for so many years already that it's bugging me.
I wonder who will be the first member?

"By the time that happens I'll already have a pretty powerful peerage and you'll have to go for the crumbs hehe." I'll try at least..."You know I really appreciate you making the time to come, but it looks like today my father wants me to go to the human world so I can look for something that can help me get members."
"And I can't accompany you because unlike you I'm not allowed to go to the human world alone yet..."
"But you are allowed to walk in the underworld! I still don't know anything but my garden" It was a nuisance, but mother and father promised me that I could go out alone when I got my first member for my peerage.
"Don't think the underworld is very interesting to explore, most of it is just dry, rocky land. The castles are interesting but after visiting 10 different ones nothing surprises you anymore."
"Well I haven't seen much of the human world either, only 3 times we went to Italy and we didn't stay long there" The amount of exorcists you could find walking around was not normal.
"Speaking of which, wouldn't it be dangerous for you to go to the human world alone because of that?" And that? she sounds worried?
"Oho? Worried about me? You don't need to be, I won't go to Italy this time but to France, the Vatican presence is too much there so it's safer."
"Me worried about you? Ha! You wish" What was it that Marcus called these girls? Tsunderes? "I just wouldn't want to have to console you if some human kicked your stupid ass" Yup, definitely Tsundere.
"Kick my ass? Please! What kind of human could exist that could do that?" And even if they could I could just run away with my magic and that's it, no problem!
"My sister has told me a lot about humans with something called 'Sacred Gears' they would definitely take that smug smile off your face."
"You still hold a grudge for the time we trained together?" I didn't do anything bad!

Well, maybe I overdid it a bit, but Itachi's Susano'o was very attractive to wear and I still hadn't fought my brother at that point "Come on Sona, I said I was sorry!"

"Leonardo! You're late, go now!" My father's voice sounded from outside my room, I opened the door and there he was with an annoyed expression.

"Thanks for the offer but I think I'll go now too" We finished putting the board away and got up, my father had already left and I walked with Sona towards the Teleportation circle, but before I could leave Sona grabbed my hand and stopped me.
"Hm? What's wrong?"
"Just... be careful, it would be a pity if something happened and you couldn't play chess with me anymore, you know how hard it is to find worthy opponents?" Haha, definitely Tsundere. I don't quite remember what that meant though.
"That I will, see you soon Sona!" And with that I activated the portal and went to the human world.
"See you later Leo!"

I walked along the shores of a French city whose name escapes me, it was a nice feeling to return to the human world from time to time, although it irritates me to be asked if I am lost or if I am skipping classes.
Do I really look like such a child? I think I should start using my magic to make myself look a bit older...
But back to what I was doing, I don't know if father was hoping that I would just find someone with magic or holy gear who would agree to join my peerage.
That sort of thing I think only works for Rias, us common devils have to look under rocks for someone decent.
On top of that the Barbatos family had a golden rule that people who are members of our nobility must already be humans with a certain level of fame or historical recognition.
I mean, Kiyohime was my older brother's queen and she had a legend in Japan.
"Where am I supposed to find someone with the potential to become a legend..." I walk until I bump shoulders with someone "Huh?"
It was a young man, he had slightly messy white hair, as if he did it on purpose, and he was wearing a formal black suit, like the ones you would wear to an important party, he had a black hat with shades of green and a LONG red necktie.
Really, is it supposed to be a necktie or a tablecloth?
"My apologies Mon ami, it was my fault" Wow, his voice is way too deep for his age, or well, what he looks like.
