Chapter 41: Up the Mountain!

We are back babies with chapter 41! I know, I know I'm amazing. Anyway my fake ego aside, I would like to address something, I know this Fic is far from perfect, I myself like to complain about a fic that I thought was going to be 10/10 but ended up being pretty mediocre. For example, I read some of an Adventure Time fanfiction about some dude being reincarnated as Simon Petrokov's son. I however didn't really enjoy it, my taste is pretty refined when it comes to fics nowadays and I got so excited over seeing a Adventure Time fic that I got heavy disappointment over what happened withib the plot. That being I didn't get to see Fin and Jake interacting with Blanche(had to check to see what he was called lol) who is the MC, well rambling aside I got my hopes up and ended up posting a medium review, I felt pretty bad about it later because I realised it was me being selfish that I didn't get what I wanted… Anyway enough with my rant..

As I chill watching the sea ripple with the waves I hear miss navigator call that we were about to head up the mountain. I take in a deep breath and prepare myself for The giant whale I knew was going to great us at the other end. I move to the Merry's figure head and wait as we got closer and closer to the pulling up current of reverse mountain. I turned my attention to The goofy Captain,"Hey Captain, be careful not to fall." I warned he nodded with a carefree and excited smile, to which I sighed with exasperation but let out a small grin of my own.
I turn to Zoro who had one eye cracked open to watch us go up the mountain and sign again this time with amusement, "And you. Don't fall and get lost and somehow end up in Demon Slayer." I laughed at my inside joke, Zoro looks at me in confusion and mouths 'Demon Slayer?', But soon realised I was making fun of him and scowled. "Ashahaha! Calm down mate, I'm only fucking with ya'" I said amusedly. He huffed and closed his eyes in dismissal.
I looked over at Usopp who was looking up at the mountain in obvious fear, "Oi!" He jumps at my call and looks up at me, "Calm down before you piss yourself!" I cackle, he sighs but still has a slight nervous demeanour to him. I turned my attention back to the Mountain to which we had finally started to climb up, or more accurately pull up.
Everyone grabs ahold of something, I simply turned my feet to ash about grip myself to the ground, I got an envious look from Nami for that. I smirk and puff up my chest in pride, "I know my fruit is amazing! Ashahaha!" I laughed.
As we got to half way up the mountain I started to think about the two agents of Croco that were currently in Laboon's tum tum. 'Vivi… Hm, maybe I will just wait until the whole whiskey peak thing and go with the plot.. Should I be the one to fight Sandy balls? Wait… wasn't there a Theory about Sandy balls being Luffy's mommy? If so dose he even have ball- No don't want to get cancelled, evan in a different world Gen Z will still find a way to get me..' I sweat nervously at the thought.
'But I do kinda have a point though, Ivankov only change's the hormones of the people he is effecting right? So Croco shouldn't just magically grew a dick and balls.. If anyone could here my inner thoughts right now they would probably look at me as if I had grown a second head.' I chuckled gaining a annoyed look from Zoro, "Stop being so weird.." he mumbles.
"Weird is my imaginary middle name!" I said giving him the might guy, nice guy pose, with the sparkly teeth.
"Whatever.." damn he looks so much more.. Grumpy now.. Oh! Mihawk happened and he became more grumpy and reserved.. I need to give him some good old Scottish therapy, Which is you may ask? Just annoy him until he opens up more. Kenny did that to make me open up about my family drama. It helped though.
I am snapped out of my thoughts as we get to the top of the reverse mountain.
And we all looked at a giant Whale with scars all over its body..

This chapter was more of a test to see if my writing has improved, I know this isn't really good for story development. But to be honest I'm burnt out with how many chapters I have been pumping out last week.. I should have listened to that one dude about slowing down.
So here is my new schedule! I will not be a update once a month kind of guy. But I will update when I feel like it.. since I am a college student and my life is being a bit exhausting lately. I will try to update once or even 3 times a week but please understand I won't drop this I just need some time to get into my flow again. As I have stated many times I am a lazy guy! So sorry I ain't changing my nature for anyone.. however I want to thank UREGO, He is a good guy that has been supporting my fic for many's chapters and that itself has made my days!
I want to direct this Message directly to UREGO, Sorry if my now not fast updates Disappoint you dude, I really wanted to make you proud and happy! (Dramatic tear falls down the amateur authors face). You are a good guy and you deserve so much better! (The Author falls to his knees in sadness.) please forgive me!(He proceeds to beg has if he is preying to some god.).
I really didn't want to become one of those authors that don't update for long periods of time but my motivation and laziness has made the best of me… anyway!
