The battle of Genosis was chaotic and ended with no sides taking victory. But it was also the official beginning of what would later be called the Clone Wars.
The CIS both took about a month to reorganize their forces into proper militaries. Neither the CIS nor the Republic had expected it would truly come to war.
The CIS had thought that the Republic would back down without an army to support them while the Rrpublic assumed that if they were able to arrest the Separatist Council on Genosis, they would be able to cut all the heads off the hydra at once.
But with their escape, it impossible to predict when and where they would all gather once more as they had only been lucky to find out about the initial meeting.
After the first month, both sides descended into a full blown conflict. Over 15 battles broke out across various at once with both the CIS and Republic defending and attacking at the same time.
But what most were curious about were the Yautja. Many of the CIS and members of the Senate were led to believe that the Yautja had sided with the CIS but there hadn't been any movements.
Just as many were thinking that the Yautja being aligned with the CIS was a false rumor, something damning came up.
Someone verified that the Yautja were aligned with the CIS. And it was Jial's own family.
His immediate and extended family had both fled to CIS space while leaving behind evidence showing their route.
If that wasn't bad enough, both his older brother and father spoke publicly about their support for the CIS and how Jial would burn down the Senate Building.
Once word of this spread, all hell broke loose. 134 planets immediately succeeded to the CIS when they heard these words had spread.
It also gave the CIS a huge morale boost, with them launching another 10 fleets and armies toward different Republic worlds while many others had civil wars erupt from planets rebelling.
This sent the Republic into a spiral. The war that started out with the Republic in a slightly worse position but almost immediately became one sided.
The Republic was trying to put out the fire of a single apartment building when the entire street suddenly ignited.
And so they scrambled. They didn't use logic or reasoning when they made their next move. They simply followed their two most primal instincts.
Fear and confrontation
That was why a massive fleet was trying to enter Yautja Space
The Republic's plan, if it could be called that, had become to beat the Yautja and scare all the Separatists back into whatever holes they had crawled out of.
"Lady Talon and Lord Kroq have been evacuated with the rest of our assests on Coruscant. They are hiding out on one of the space stations we own and we are waiting to extract them until the Republic fleet is taken care of.
And that is the full report," Jial's Minister of D&E informed the rest of Jial's administration
"We have a fleet parked in front of the Republic's. Both sides have exchanged a few rounds of fire but they haven't launched a full attack. I've been hesitant to order for the destruction of the fleet," Suxon informed Jial, not sure whether he should have simply eliminated the fleet or not
Jial covered his face with his hands and felt like the universe was toying with him.
'Even when I choose peace, others force me to do violence upon them,' Jial got his resolve and figured that he couldn't avoid war with the Republic
But he also wasn't going to let the CIS off. His family wouldn't just say what they said or move to CIS territory unless someone in the CIS offered them benefits.

'A Black Crusade too? Fine! Let's see what that little bastard Talon shot out can do!'
Jial knew that the only person capable of organizing a Black Crusade was Jacen. No one else even knew about Chaos that was not part of his inner circle.
"Send the M.D.D., Suxon. Show them just how dangerous the Yautja are.
Sev'rance, I want a full war strategy. We are going to handle this tactically and slowly. I have knowledge that Jacen is leading his own army here next year so we need to be prepared for an army from the Unknown Region to emerge.
Nott, transport Kalee using the Kazerath. I want them safely within Yautja Space. Also make sure that our fleet is on the planet so they aren't stranded there.
Seviss, I want Genosis decimated. Get together a fleet and arm some ships with bio-mass missiles. I want One-Eye, Swarmlord, and Malan'Tai leading the assault. Make sure you project their rampage on nearby planets.
Get all the armies prepped and ready. I want regular feed back from our intelligence agents on a 3-6-9 day time frame."
Jial put everyone on full alert. Since the Galaxy wanted them to get involved in the war they would get dully involved in the war.
"Wait!" Jial called out
Just as everyone, they stopped as they heard the word
"Track down my family. Send in Beta and 100 Zaku II. I want their bodies strung up public for a month. Anyone that tries to take them down is to be executed."
Cleopatra was surprised but she confirmed his orders.
"Yes, Clan Leader. Your will shall be done," Cleopatra walked out with the leader of the Minister of Intelligence. Once she they confirmed their location, they would be dead within 3 days.
And it was official. The Yautja had become involved in the Clone Wars.
(I really wanted a Black Crusade but I couldn't just make him do something dumb. So I made the people I already established as dumb do something dumb.)
