Chapter 7: Chapter 6: Logic
As the group was walking through the restaurant They made a sudden stop, and you will never guess where they stopped.
'Ugh! Of course they had to stop in front of me.'
"Hey you, pretty boy!"
With an inquisitive eyebrow raised I replied.
"Yes, how may I help you?"
"How dare you not show respect to young master Peng when we are talking to you!"
'What the fuck?! I didn't even do anything disrespectful!'
"Excuse me? What do you mean?"
"Ha, look at this kid. Just because he is a pretty boy he thinks he can do anything he wants."
'What the fuck are they even on about? Maybe they are talking to someone behind me?'
As I turned around to see if my guess was true I heard another scream from them
"How audacious, you dare turn your head when the great servants of young master Peng are talking to you?!"
'Okay i'm getting sick of this'
"Oi, what the fuck are you talking about? I don't even know who you are and now you come to my table while I'm minding my own business and just start shouting in front of my face while spewing nonsense? Oh course I'm going to turn around to see who you are talking to. Because it obviously couldn't be me because I don't even know you."
They looked shocked before spewing more crap.
"How dare you disrespect young master Peng like this. You must be courting death."
'Ahh, fuck its the famouse 'courting death' [exhale] let me guess im now going to have to deal with a entitled young master who thinks they are hot shit.'
As I was musing to myself I witnessed a person coming to the front and having a conversation with the 2 men.
'And here he is, well let's get this over with. [Sigh]'
He looked at me with disdain and started talking.
"So it's you who is disrespecting the great me?"
'Who the fuck even says the great me!'
"Excuse me but who might you be? And how could I disrespect you if I don't know you?"
"Courting death! You dare not answer my questions!"
'Well who the fuck are you!!'
"Are you deaf??? I just told you i don't know who you are"
"Don't try and weasel your way out of this you peasant!"
"If you kowtow to me 9 times and call me grandfather then I might spare you."
'What the fuck is this little shit even talking about! Where is his common sense!'
"First of all, no I won't do that, second of all why should I do that, and third of all who the hell are you! Like you just came up to me started talking to me as if im supposed to bow to your mere presence and how the fuck am i supposed to know who the hell you are if you don't even introduce yourself?!!? Did your parents never teach you manners or are you just stupid!! I was having an amazing day and now you come and ruin it with all this crap!"
After my outburst the whole restaurant was dead silent.
"You, you. How dare you disrespect me this much! Courting death! Guards kill this ant!"
As the guards were in the middle of slashing at me I realized something pretty fucking cool.
They were slow, like really slow. 🐌
I can't believe I could ever experience something like this but it's really cool.
[Ting] everyone looked stunned as I easily deflected the multiple swords with a flick of my knife.
"You, you!! Do you know who my father is!! How dare you try to attack me!"
"It's official, this guy is a retard.'
"How the fuck would i know who your father is? I've never met him nor have I ever met you so how would i know?? And what do you mean? Am I just supposed to let you attack me unprovoked? Are you stupid?"
As he was in sheer disbelief of what I was saying as if it were gibberish I decided to just knock them out and throw them outside. And that's exactly what I did.
'Damn I feel so good after that brief encounter.'
As I turned around I saw everyone looking at me stunned.
"Just go back to eating your food, I'm hungry anyways. Waiter, I think I'll take my meal to go."
The waiter nodded at high speed and gave me my food. As I was leaving I looked at the pile of idiots I had left outside.
'I think I will have to leave the city soon. I should have enough to make it to the next city. Hmm… on second thought I think I will stay here for another month until I'm at the peak of the Viscera Refinement realm. Although I am stronger than normal cultivators at my level it doesn't hurt to be safe.'
When I got back to the inn I headed straight up the stairs to my room where I decided to eat my meal before body cultivating and then mind cultivating.
'The Grind never ends, but now I know logic does. [Sigh]'
