Chapter 6: True Jujutsu
"Oi brat. Even with all that locked up potential, you still lose to this piece of trash? How pathetic…"
Sukuna walked step by step to Tanjiro who was at this point struggling to prop himself up to his feet and let out a crazed laugh.
*SWOOSH!*
In a burst of speed, Sukuna appeared before Tanjiro faster than the normal eye could even capture, stretched out his arm and grabbed the young demon slayer up by the neck, easily lifting him up as if he was made of nothing.
"Is this what has become of this world?! Rather than siphoning of the pure cursed energy hidden within your soul, you have perverted my teachings and beliefs. Relying on those useless breathing techniques, rather than focusing on true Jujutsu! What a waste…no wonder you couldn't even defeat that trash even with the unlimited cursed energy within your body!"
Sukuna's face contorted as he spoke, while a new pair of eyes materialised underneath his normal ones that suffused a red glow.
*Thump!*
Tossing away Tanjiro's figure like a sac of potatoes, he watched the young demon slayer struggle to his feet as a condescendingly playful smile materialised on his face, as if watching a pitiful worm struggle for its life.
"Oi, what's the matter? You're not finished yet are you?" Sukuna let out a chuckle and placed both of his arms into his robes while his ridiculing smile diminished not in the slightest.
"Harrghhh!!"
Tanjiro roared out in pain, trying to support himself up with his sword in order to face off against the king of curses, however that throw from Sukuna had done more damage to his body than any of Susamaru's blows ever could.
"That's it. Come try harder!"
*BANG!*
Sukuna chuckled once more, before he lifted his foot and smashed it right into the core of the young demon slayer, hurling him right into multiple structures while the boy spat out blood.
"Hmmmmph!!!!"
A cold harrumph resounded, accompanied by a massive wave of cursed energy directed towards Sukuna.
"Oh?"
Turning around in surprise, the king of curses suddenly tilted his head backwards, dodging a powerful kick from Nezuko who had appeared out of nowhere.
*BANG!*
With anger etched all over her beautiful face, Nezuko unleashed a furry of attacks which even Sukuna was not able to dodge in time. But although the king of Curses was caught up in the attacks, he displayed astonishing agility and battle intelligence dodging and blocking until he was hurled back by a powerful kick which he blocked with his left forearm.
His body was hurled back from the overwhelming force from the kick, however he landed gracefully a few meters away with nothing but a broken arm.
"Interesting, although the cursed energy within your body is lesser in quality compared to your brother, your physical strength makes up for it…"
Sukuna simply laughed, and in a burst of cursed energy, his arms were back to normal in a split second, as if it was never injured in the first place.
"Impossible!"
Staring at his display, Lady Tamayo couldn't help but shocked, not nearly because of how fast he healed, but because of the energy which he had used.
She had watched Sukuna summon negative energy of as he called it, cursed energy from his body, and just in a split second, it was transformed into a different type of energy with soothing and cleansing properties.

Smiling, Sukuna appeared before Nezuko in a split second, too fast for her to react, and unleashed a flurry of attacks just like she had unleashed and hurled her flying through the air like a broken kite.
"Hey!! How dare you ignore me?!!"
Sukuna who was planning on chasing after Tanjiro and Nezuko suddenly stopped in his tracks and turned around, after hearing an annoying shrill voice behind him.
Right there was Susamaru who was now fully healed along with Hanabi who were ready to fight against him.
"So you're the new generation of devils huh? I don't know how you lot still exist after I completely eradicated all devil kind from the face of the Earth, but doesn't matter."
As he spoke, Sukuna employed his agility and materialised before Susamaru and Hanabi in second.
In a frenzy, the two demons immediately unleashed their blood demon arts, trying to overwhelm the king of curses.
Tamaris ripped through the air and shot towards Sukuna, while Hanabi's arrows stealthily shot towards him in an attempt to disorient him and make him reveal an opening.
Sukuna on the other hand simply dodged all the incoming attacks with a smile on his face and his hands in his pockets.
"Come on, try harder. Although your techniques are boring, at least make it worth my while.."
Sukuna laughed and twirled himself in the air, dodging two arrows from Hanabi with his supernatural sight, before he kicked away another of Susamaru's Tamaris.
Sukuna stood a few meters away from the two demons, while a condescending smile hung on his face.
He was about to move when he suddenly sensed an incoming attack and sidestepped, and almost instantly a blade slashed an inch before his body, with an injured Tanjiro holding onto the hilt with a furious expression while flames seemed to light up in his eyes.
"Harghhh!"
Sukuna who just dodged a blow from Tanjiro suddenly moved himself, evading another attack from Nezuko who seemed to have appeared out of nowhere.
"Hahaha! They say when common problem appears, even friends and enemies can work together…"
Sukuna laughed, watching the four of them struggle and even coordinate to land an attack on him, which always seemed to end in a failure.
"Stop running like a coward!! Stand and fight if you really don't fear anyone, you pathetic worm!!"
Susamaru suddenly roared out, watching Sukuna effortlessly dodged their attacks wanting to try his temper, and fortunately or unfortunately for her, it worked.
The king of curses suddenly stopped and turned around with a raised brow, while staring intently into her eyes.
"You want me to attack ?!"
Sukuna asked with a small smile, while a wine coloured energy burst out of his body, completely drowning almost the entire area in a flood of cursed energy.
"What is this? This pressure?!"
Lady Tamayo and Jushiro were completely unable to withstand the pressure and collapsed to the floor on their bellies, while the others who were bearing the forefront of it were brought to their knees.
Smiling, Sukuna simply stretched out his hand and in the next moment, an invisible slash swept out, within a split second, instantly cleaving through Hanabi's body and dividing him into three as blood spurted madly.
"He's n-he's not regenerating?!!" Susamaru roared out in shock, while Sukuna simply stretched his waist lazily.
"Of course he can't. My attacks don't just deal damage to the physical body, they injure the soul as well"
Sukuna claimed while the others looked at him in shock and surprise.
"It seems you inhabitants of this world don't understand what true power is. Since this is a good opportunity, let me show you..the essence of true Jujutsu. "
Sukuna spoke and brought his palms together in an intricate hand seal, before he closed his eyes and uttered..
*Domain Expansion..*
Instantly, the surroundings scene seemed to vanish, and was replaced by an unique dimension made completely out of a stagnant sea of blood, with a horrific shrine mounted in the middle, while Sukuna's figure stood before the shrine dressed in black and white robes still with his fingers interlocked.
"Malevolent Shrine.."
With that his eyes snapped open, while the expressions of everyone suddenly changed to that of pure fear.
*SLASH!!!*
Slashing sounds reverberated, while body parts flew, accompanied by spillage of blood.
