Chapter 4: Will you come with me?
Frore: "....."
He is a bit suspicious, but doesn't seem dangerous.
At that moment, the ground shook and Blaze frowned. It's because he knew what the cause of the shaking was...that damned centipede. Frore staggered and Blaze caught him by the arm before he could fall.
"You, stay here. I will deal with the dungeon boss." Blaze said while making sure Frore was standing stably.
Blaze turned around and started walking away but, before he could go too far , his wrist was caught, which surprised him.
"You can't defeat it alone. This dungeon's boss monster is not an E- rank, it is a C- rank. All of the party members I came with were annihilated , even though we have three D- rank hunters. You will die if you fight against it alone."
Frore said it with concern and his eyes opened slightly wide, because he too, was surprised by his own actions. He didn't think he would care about anyone ever again. But, he had subconsciously moved to stop Blaze.
Blaze turned around and patted him on the head ,again . With a light smile , he said , "Don't worry and have faith in me".
Frore let him go. I warned him, but he is still going. He sighed and just looked in Blaze's direction.
Blaze stopped a few steps away from the centre of the shaking and used the skill "Maximum Punch [Lvl:55]". He used about 50% of his strength to punch the ground. The ground started cracking from where he punched and then split open. A giant insect then, came out of the ground.
Frore: "...!", he had a surprised look on his face.
D- rank combatants are not supposed to be this powerful, what is this strength?!
With the "Walking on air" skill, Blaze speed blitzes towards the centipede. He punched at it's stomach and blew up a large hole in it. The disgusting purple monster blood splashed on his face and clothes. But, it only took him couple of seconds and a single attack to take down a C- rank boss monster.
Frore , too shocked to speak just stared at the scene without making a sound.
"Now then, what's a kid like you , without proper equipment or strength doing here?" Blaze asked , even though he was well aware of Frore's circumstances and quickly followed with a "you don't have to tell me , if you don't want to."
After a couple of minutes, Frore finally spoke, "I was kicked out of the house by my adoptive parents because they had a biological child and also found out that I was awakened as a F- rank, support class". The rest was understood , even without him saying anything. He had to support and feed himself and this was the only thing he could do.
"I live alone and I also don't have any family members. Want to come with me?"
Frore stared at his messy clothes and thought ; it's not like I have anything to loose. I dont know why he is doing this , but it doesn't look like he has any ill intentions. After a few minutes , he nodded his head.
So , they walked out of the dungeon . But, before Blaze could say anything , Frore staggered again and was caught by him from behind.
"You must be exhausted , sit here."Blaze supported him to sit on a rock. "here, eat this". He then gave him some fruits from his inventory. Frore silently , took the fruits and asked "Why are you doing this?"
"Hm...I just want to help a kid in trouble." Blaze answered seriously.
Frore thought he was a weird person, but accepted the answer for now.
