" Yuto went into the dungeon again. He just exited it this morning." My sister Alfia reported as she helped me with breakfast.
I sighed.
' Oh Yuto... why can't you take a break for once?' I asked myself how a small child could do something reckless, especially going to he dungeon blind.
I always thought of Yuto as I stroked the ring on my finger given by Yuto.
There was a small carving of our initials together.
I smiled but was also angry at Yuto for not listening.
I pouted as my sister looked at me with an annoyed expression.
"Thinking of that brat? He should be fine." My sister spoke as I continued to pout.
" Sigh." My sister sighed as she put the plate as I wasn't in the mood to eat.
" I'll be back." She spoke as she left the room.
I stayed in bed with a pout on my face.

I clicked my tongue as there wasn't any more quest to hunt Orcs anymore.
' But still, it feels like there is something off about this system, like it's missing something.' I thought.
I was too tired to continue as I left back to the Familia to update my status.
" Gotta say kid, you're something else... I don't know if I should be worried about you going to the dungeon every day or glad. "

I was glad that I was able to level up my Lighting Bolt spell to level 3.
I was able to save mana and reduce the chanting time.
" Bit still... when were you going to tell me you had a spell!!" He shouted.
" Eh, I didn't feel like it." I shrugged.
" I... never mind, you're just a weird kid anyway." He replied as he waved me off.
I got off the chair and put my shirt back on as I heard a commotion.
* Boom! *
The doors crashed open as I saw Meteria's sister, Alfia, and Zald standing behind her with crossed arms.
I could feel the disappointment on his face as he looked at me.
" You brat! You're making my sister worried about you!!!" She shouted as she made her ways towards me.
" Oi kid, when were you going to tell us you had a relationship with a Hera Familia member?" Zald spoke.
" Eh?" Zeus looked at me with stars in his eyes.
" Seriously, Kid!? Does she have a big br...oofff!!!"
Alfia punches the hik in the face.
" Shut it pervert!!"
I stepped back as I felt the shockwave from her punched as Zeus flew out the window.
' That's what you get old man, thank God he didn't finish that senten...' My thoughts were interrupted as I felt myself being lifted.
Alfia held my neck as she dragged out the mansion.
" You're on your own kid!!" Zald shouted from afar as I tried to reach out, but I knew I wouldn't be saved.
" You made Meteria worry." Alfia spoke. It was different from her angry tone she had just earlier.
I sighed.
" I'll apologize." I responded as I let myself be dragged as I felt the stares from everyone who came across us.
A few seconds later, I was held up in front of Meteria.
It was really sorry, something that should've been impossible for a cold killer like me.
But I guess I wanted to feel the warmth of love again, just like from my previous parents.
" I'm sorry, Meteria." I apologize.
" Hmph!" She pouted.
Whether it was that old hag or meteria or my Familia, they have brought me nothing but warmth.
I was seventeen when I was trying to save the world.
No friend, no lover, and no family.
It was a lonely path I took upon myself to stop my friends and teacher. Even though I may have failed, I found my peace.
My home.
That's why I acted like a child my age should be because it was stripped away from me the moment I was born in my previous life.
I sat down next to Meteria as Alia left the room.
" Meteria... I'm sorry I didn't listen... and I know I made you worry a lot for me. If you wish I could stay here all day with you."
" Really?" Meteria looked at me in surprise.
" What of your classes?" She asked.
" Nimriel? I'm sure he'll be able to understand." I replied.
Nimriel, he was a good person despite his hellish training. I cherish every moment with him.
Maybe it was because he took pity upon me or he acted like an older brother, a strict older brother.
Brok is like a drunk uncle who pops up once in a while to give me some tips and advice.
Especially his wisdom with booze.
They were nice people, and despite my dark nature to remain indifference, I decided to try something else.
Maybe this is what God wanted for me. A better life in a different world.
I held Meteria's hand as she held mine in return.
" I'll be right here." I smiled as I felt her warm hands.
" Then I shall cherish it." Meteria replied.
I felt sleepy, but I tried to fight it off.
" You look tired, Yuto. Why not sleep?" Meteria suggested.
I shook my head.
" I'll be fine..."
" Nope! Sleep!" She commanded as she laid my head on the edge of the bed.
It was comfortable and really soft.
I felt myself drift to sleep as Meteria gently stroked my hair. It was soothing.

I giggled as I heard Yutos cute snores he made.
I looked at him gently as I caressed his hair. It was soft, maybe even softer than mine.
I sighed as I looked at Yutos sleeping face as I stroked his blindfold.
" Oh yuto... how can the gods curse you with someone like you with this." I softly spoke to him as I stroked his scar that ran down his left eye.
I wondered how he was able to walk normal.
" No...do...n't..."
It appears he was having a nightmare.
I held Yutos hand and decided to be more bolder, I interlocked our fingers together.
Truth be told, I was embarrassed as I felt my face grow hotter.
' Uwa! I'm holding hands!! How could I be so lewd!!' I thought to myself.
But I still enjoyed this feeling in my heart. And the warmth we share.
