In the sealed meeting room of Hokage tower, four figures were sitting. There was a very tense atmosphere.
"Jiraya , What was the situation with toads ? Will they be able to support us ?" Hiruzen Sarutobi asked Jiraya.
"Yes, the problem has been solved. The great toad elder just declared the birth of a new demon. That's why they were talking precautions."
"What do you mean ?" Hiruzen gritted his teeth.
"Don't worry about it. Some times people turns to chakra creatures for various reasons. Those creatures are called demons. They were not powerful as Biju, but most of them contain intelligence and special abilities. But a new born demon is usually weak. So they were assessing the threat level. The troubling thing was the birth has escaped the vision of great toad elder. They found it years later. That was the reason they were taking extra precautions. Although they didn't able to find it, toad elder deemed it not bothersome if not provoked. Tell me sensei. What's up with the tense atmosphere ?"
Hiruzen's face darkened after hearing Jiraya's explanation of demons.
"If I tell you that I know the identity of this demon , then ?"
"What are you talking about sensei ?"
"Uzumaki Naruko is a demon. She has taken hostage six of our shinobis. The entire team Asuma and Kakashi with Sasuke Uchiha."
"What !" Shikaku Nara was the first to respond.
"What's the meaning of this Hiruzen ?" Danzo spoke creepily.
"Read the massage from Kakashi ." Hiruzen handed the scrolls away.
After reading the contents everyone's face were that of disbelief.
"This... this must be a joke !" Jiraya spoke fast.
"I can confirm that this is not a joke." Hiruzen said face solemn.
"What does she want ?" Shikaku spoke.
"The key to the eight trigram sealings."
"What !" Danzo spoke.
"Minato's seal wasn't simple. She wants to free kyuubi. But without the key no matter what the seal can't be broken. There are other safety majors against the Biju."
"She hates the village. We give her the key and she will destroy the village. This isn't possible. We must capture her. And you should give her to me !" Danzo demanded.
"But if Kakashi's report is true, then she doesn't need nine tails to destroy the village. " Shikaku spoke.
"I have sent Anbu to confirm the truth. Yesterday's earthquake wasn't natural afterall. They will return tomorrow."
"Then is there a way that we can get her body and kill the demon ?" Danzo inquired.
"No, usually demons can't be killed. You have to seal them away. But if she is this much proficient in fuinjutsu, then that won't work." Jiraya told them.
"Do you know exactly how did she become a demon ?" Shikaku asked.
"No, most probably some extremely traumatic event. According to the great toad elder, one among a hundred when suffer a fate worse than death, turns to demon."
"It was my fault." Hiruzen said head low.
Danzo sneered. "See what happens when you don't listen to me , you should have given me the Jinjuriki. That way, I would have made her loyal to the village."
No one replied.
"Now what should we do ?" Jiraya spoke.
"We should meet her demands first and then after hostages were released, master Jiraya could try to seal her away. We don't know her proficiency in fuinjutsu. But a well settled trap could caught her off-guard." Shukaku said solemnly. No one here cared about Uzumaki Naruko. For them, the village always came first.

There are several reasons for me to send two mercenaries to collect the Shinigami mask from the leaf.
The first reason. My body is now made up of ninety percent of solar chakra. And my silence seal can't hide my presence anymore. So for the sensors, I would be a flood light.
Second I wanted to check the security of the village. I don't know the exact location of the temple but the general location. Zabuza and Haku possess good stealth abilities. So if they can search for the temple their undetected, then the security is lacking or the village simply didn't care. Due to my new chakra, normal sealing techniques weren't working anymore. So I have to do some arrangements before going there. I have given them two dark portal tags so that they can get away if captured.
And the final reason. I wanted to do some imotional manipulation towards my future target. They were all being held in a cell, in the underground room.

Sasuke opened his eyes. He has been in this cell since two days. With him, there are other five peoples. His sensei, and team 10. They have been given food and water. There is a washroom and toilet attached here. But there was no way of escape. How the mighty Uchiha have fallen. He is now a prisoner of his own teammate. Their chakra has been sealed. Thankfully the two Jonins were able to calm the other genins down. He still couldn't believe it. She said the truth. She is a monster.
He heard the sound of the footsteps coming from the staircase. Everyone got tense at that.
Two people came to view. The first one is a large man with a luxurious looking couch on his shoulders. After he settled it infront of their prison, he left. Behind him was a woman or a teen about 5'4". She was wearing white full sleeved shirt dark yellow pants and long dark yellow coat with a black tie and white shoes. Typical wealthy civilian clothing. Her hair was golden blonde. Her eyes were sapphire blue. Even with the dim light, he could see her sharp fangs when she started speaking.
"I hope you aren't facing any problem. Four more days and your fate will be decided."
She spoke in a very casual tone.
"Are you still Naruko ?" Kakashi was the only one brave enough to question her.
"How many times I have told you to call me Uzumaki. Well it doesn't matter anymore.
And as per your answer, I have a question for you. Who exactly are you trying to find ? The daughter of your Jonin sensei Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki ?"
Everyone was stunned. Sasuke couldn't comprehend what he heard. Kakashi was frozen.
"Hahaha hahaha, your expression is really funny. " She said laughing. Sasuke had never seen her laugh before.
"How...?" Kakashi managed to utter.
In response Naruko gave him 'Are you an idiot ?' look.
"I can't believe you are a Jonin. Graveyard. There is only one Uzumaki who died on the night of tenth October !" She deadpanned at Kakashi.
"You... know..." Kakashi said defeated.
"If your answer to my previous question is yes, then be ready to be disappointed.
Your beloved sensei killed her the day she was born. " Naruko said coldly.
"What !"
"Yes,
He knew the risks of Kushina bearing a child and yet he allowed it. He wanted to be a father so he risked Kushina's life.
And when the kyuubi got released, he didn't try to save his wife.
No! He decided to give the village a new powerful weapon .
There were many alternatives. But he chose to give the village a weapon, his sensei Jiraya a child of profecy instead of saving his family.
He could have sealed half of the nine tails in me and half in Kushina. There were plenty of seals which could do that. But he didn't .
He took away my entire life from me the day I was born."
"..." Kakashi was speechless. But Naruko continued
"He might be a great Hokage, a great shinobi, but the truth is he was a worst monster than I or kyuubi will ever be. He has killed more humans in a single day than the kyuubi has killed in his entire life of thousands of years. And for what ! Atleast we demons do not attack unless provoked."
"..." Kakashi was breathing heavily.
"Do you know why war exist ?.... Because of human's sins. But do you know why so many people dies in the war ? Because shinobi exist.
I am not here to give prep talk. You know it yourself. You are a monster who will kill their own without shedding a drop of tear."
Kakashi was completely broken.
And if they consider her words from a third point of view, then mostly she is correct.
"By the way. I came here to talk with you Uchiha."

First, many of you might like Minato and I like his character too. But I wanted to write it in the point of view of a nutral peson. I think he was too much influenced by Jiraya's child of prophecy talks. Honestly he could have chosen to seal half of Kurama inside Naruto and half inside Kushina like in the infinite tsukuyomi of Tsunade.
