Chapter 52: Side Story 7.5
By the time Naruto and company finally reached Amaru's village, they found that the village had been badly attacked, with some parts now in ruins and with the inhabitants nowhere to be seen.
"What the hell happened here ?" Sakura shouted. Naruto was surprised. But she didn't show it on her face like Sakura.
Amaru ran around trying to find some villagers before she unknowingly triggered a trap which sent a volley of kunai flying towards her. Her sensei, Shinnō, rushed to block the kunai to protect her, but was hit in the process. Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke hurried to the scene but it was too late.
Shinnō was dead aur at least that's how it looked.
"Oy ! You shaddy old man or whatever you are wake up or I will freeze you to death. " Naruto warned the old man. Before Sakura could smack her in the head, Naruto suddenly attacked him with a sub zero rasengan.
Instantly the old man shaded his skin like a snake and an evil monster who was looking like a leech showed itself.
"What the hell are you ! I am the great zero tails. Why can't I absorve your chakra !"The monster roared at Naruto.
Sasuke was about to attack but then he noticed that Naruto is about to launch her most deadly attack an attack so deadly that it even can fry the brain of a God.
"Hey Sakura, you are a medic right ?"Naruto asked Sakura.
"Ye-yes." Sakura couldn't understand why Naruto was asking her a question like this in such critical moment.
"Well can you tell me that this leech is a male or a female ?" Naruto asked curiously.
"Why do you want to know that idiot ! What's even the point of learning that ?"
"Well it doesn't have boobs or a dick. So I was just curious. And it is so ugly ! Even that elder Danzo was more handsome than this dude....only by a little." Naruto continued her ramblings. Most of which were meaningless.
Zero tails was annoyed and angry that no one was paying him any attention. But he couldn't do anything. But his monsters instincts were telling him that if by chance he faced them, especially the girl with fox tails and ears, then he would definitely perish.
Zero tails was tempted to eat Naruto's power. But he wasn't confident in himself that he can defeat her and take her chakra. He was also interested in the dark power inside the girl. But he wasn't sure that he can even survive her attacks let alone force her to use That Power. So he decided that the best option for himself was to run away now and prepare a trap for her. Once he got her trapped he would easily be able to extract her powers along with that dark Power.
He stealthily abandoned it's body and started to leave. But he couldn't go far. Before a chilling sensation ran down in it's spineless body.
The next moment the entire monster was frozen in a huge ice cube. Naruto decided to seal The monster away.
Sasuke and Sakura took this chance to leave naruto's side and returned to Konoha to get help. Amaru, who was supposed to go with them, stayed behind to help Naruto. Soon they found some ruins which turned out to be the ruins of a Hidden Village, hidden in the sky.
By the time in the team from the leaf, came Naruto and Amaru have already rescued the villagers.
...In another dimension...
"That was surprisingly plane and simple happy ending." Naruko commented.
"I am not happy though, the brat didn't even try to fry the brain of the Uchiha." Kurama grumbled.
