Chapter 2: Saint Force
It has been two years since Mo Ding has been reincarnated and his new identity is Ye Feng, the fifth young master of the Ye clan. Ye Feng had been considered a genius. He started walking after nine months of his birth and also started talking after ten months of his birth. The Ye clansmen, his father and mother were shocked at first, but after this surprise, his father and mother started doting on Ye Feng more, especially his father, who doted on him more than his other children. This action causes Ye Feng's siblings to be jealous of him , which causes his siblings to distance themselves from Ye Feng except Ye Long, his elder brother from his first Aunt. He is older than Ye Feng by 3 years.
Ye Long spends a lot of time with Ye Feng, forcing him to play with him. Ye Feng couldn't help himself but to smile helplessly at his situation and go along with the flow.
Ye Feng wants to travel this world and explore the Tian Yuan Continent, but right now he is too young. He sighed while sitting next to a lake. A maid was walking toward him and called to him "fifth young master, the fourth lady request your presence". Ye Feng nodded to the maid. The maid was 18 years old. She was one of Chang Ying's personal maids. Ye Feng stood up and started walking back to the mansion.

Ye Feng knocked on the room his mother staying at "come in". Ye Feng entered the room. The maids were helping Chang Ying dress up and Ye Feng said "Mother, did you call for me?" Chang Ying smiled at Ye Feng. "Yes Feng'er, we need to talk". Ye Feng nodded and he sat on the chair waiting for his mother to finish dressing up.
After Chang Ying finished dressing up, she dismissed the maids, then looked at Ye Feng seriously. "Listen carefully, Feng'er, I will teach you a breathing exercise". Ye Feng looked confused at his mother and asked "breathing exercise?" Chang Ying nodded. "That's right. You see, this breathing exercise is a basic method of absorbing the Saint Force, that is in the world and storing it inside of you. After storing the Saint Force inside your body, you will be able to use the Saint Force that you absorbed for attacking and defending yourself. .
Ye Feng was intrigued and excitedly asked Chang Ying, "Mother, teach me the breathing exercise". Cheng Ying giggled at how excited Ye Feng was and said "Let me finish my explanation first Feng'er "Ye Feng nodded his head and listened carefully to his mother. "The Saint Force is everywhere in the world. There is a Saint Force in the sky and on the earth these are just examples of where the Saint Force could be. You can find Saint Force everywhere. In other words, you can absorb and store Saint Force from anywhere".
Ye Feng nodded in understanding and Chang Ying continued "now let me explain the breathing exercise to you first and after understanding the exercise I will show you how to do it". Chang Ying started explaining the breathing exercise in detail to Ye Feng, then she started to demonstrate the exercise to him. After Chang Ying finished her demonstration, Ye Feng bent his knees and sat on the floor, then he started attempting the breathing exercise. Chang Ying was surprised at how quickly Ye Feng grasped the exercise like it was second nature to him. Then she smiled widely and thought "My son is a genius after all. I should have expected this from him".
Ye Feng felt a warm energy enter his body. This energy made him relax and tranquil. He was enjoying this feeling a lot and thought "so this is Saint Force ha ". He smiled and then he continue absorbing and storing the Saint Force just like the instructions Chang Ying gave him when she was teaching him the breathing exercise.
After five minutes, Chang Ying clapped her hand and said "that is enough Feng'er. You did an excellent job. I am proud of you and do not forget to do the breathing exercise every day". Ye Feng nodded his head. "Mother, I felt relaxed and tranquil when I was absorbing the Saint Force. The Saint Force was very warm. The more I absorbed the Saint Force the more tranquil I felt it was fun". Chang Ying couldn't help but giggle at what Ye Feng just said, "Feng'er what you did right now and what you experienced is called cultivation".
Ye Feng was confused. "Cultivation?" Cheng Ying nodded. "You absorbed the Saint Force and stored the Saint Force inside of you, then you kept absorbing the Saint Force and accumulating the Saint Force energy inside of your body. This will make you stronger. The more Saint Force you store, the stronger you become. This is a simple example of cultivation. Most people on the Tian Yuan Continent are cultivators. Everyone in our clan cultivates. You need to work really hard in order to catch up with everyone, Feng'er, but cultivation is more than absorbing and storing Saint Force. When you learn how to read and write in the future, you can go to the library and read about it".
Ye Feng smiled brightly and said "mother, can you teach me how to read and write, please I want to go to the library to read and learn more about cultivation". Chang Ying was surprised about Ye Feng's request. "Feng'er, you are only two years old and learning how to read and write might be boring for you". Ye Feng shocked his head. "No mother, I promise I will not complain. Please teach me how to read and write". Chang Ying was surprised at how stubborn Ye Feng was and asked "why are you so determined to learn how to read and write?"
Ye Feng answered honestly, "I want to learn more about cultivation like what I just told you just now. It was fun when I did the breathing exercise and you told me there is more to cultivation than just absorbing and storing Saint Force. I want to learn everything there is about cultivation". Chang Ying sighed "fine, I will ask your father to bring the best teacher in the city to start teaching you tomorrow". Ye Feng smiled widely and said "Thank you mother, I also want my own room so I can cultivate without disturbance".
Chang Ying nodded. "Fine, you can use this room for now. I will go talk to your father now and tell him about your request". Ye Feng nodded with a smile on his face "thank you mother". Chang Ying smiled at her son and exited the room to talk to Ye Gou.
