"No, he's not. You could say he's my friend and manager," Alex clarified.

Before long, other players began trickling into the room. Each newcomer cast a curious glance around the space before inevitably fixing their gaze upon Alex. Despite the scrutiny, only a handful of players approached him, offering greetings and introductions.
