Queen Agatha addresses the gathering, which includes the sole bishop of the Moon Goddess Sect, two bishops from the Flower Church, and Alan, the leader of the Beaconburg paladins. 

"Everyone, although the recent dark god invasion has passed, the crisis is not yet over. I am now granting greater authority to the followers of the God of Light, allowing them to establish the 'Light Polar Mirror' to monitor all corners of the Royal City. Do you have any objections?"
