Azkar calmed himself as he decided to check his status panel first so he could understand everything. He thought about the status panel, and a golden panel appeared in front of his eyes.

Yes! Azkar was truly speechless this time, considering how ridiculous it would be if he were able to use this trait outside of the halo. He understood something about his changes: he had become the very "Origin Codic particle" itself. Anything he created inside the halo would be made of "origin codic particles," making up their existence. This explained why he could control anything inside the halo.
He also realized why he couldn't use his trait outside of the halo. Everything outside was created by a different fundamental unit of existence, and he didn't understand anything about it. He merely mimicked the fundamental unit of existence of this reality to sustain himself using his "origin codic particles" without knowing a thing about it.
Example 1: A math question is given to a boy along with a master key to solve the problem. The boy only needs to put everything together, and the math question is solved, even if he doesn't understand the question itself.
Example 2: Many cars are in front of you, and you don't understand how to drive. However, you have a master key that allows you to mimic the car key, enabling you to open the car. Yet, you cannot drive the car because you don't understand anything about it in the first place.
In both examples, you have a key to solve the problem, but you don't understand the problem itself. Similarly, in Azkar's condition, he can manipulate "Origin Codic particles" and mimic the fundamental unit of this reality. He can pretend to belong to this reality, but to manipulate it, he needs to understand the laws and everything that defines this reality. Only then can he mimic and manipulate everything outside of the halo, just like he can inside the halo.
So, to achieve this, he needs to create a planet inside of his halo. Then he can literally understand everything about the planet, allowing him to use this trait to mimic the very foundational unit of this reality. Consequently, he can easily control this reality at a planetary level.
He decided to check his evolved bloodline, so he thought about it, and a golden panel appeared in front of his eyes because, after the system evolution, the panel color changed.

Seeing the details, his face brightened. Now that he confirmed that even a single 'Origin Codic particle' is left inside this reality, he'll not die. That makes him feel safe because this world is way too dangerous, and if someone gets their ass handed to them by someone they cannot defeat, they'll destroy some planet to calm their anger.
Azkar observed everything, and he was satisfied. One thing that made him even happier was the '[null acceleration]' ability from his bloodline. It will help him react in a time where there is no chance of surviving because, from now on, his reaction time will be in a null second.
Example: Imagine someone throws a ball at you at a fast speed. In this situation, you have two choices: first, to defend against it, and second, to dodge the thing if you value your face. However, to make this decision, you need to determine your choice. For example, let's say you choose to dodge the ball. In order to do this, your brain processes your decision and then sends a signal to your body to dodge the ball. Only then can you successfully dodge the ball. The time taken during this entire process is your reaction time. If your reaction time is not fast enough, you might get hit by the ball. For instance, if your reaction time is 1 second and the ball will hit you in 0.50 seconds, then you might need a doctor, buddy.
In Azkar's case, everything is different. If someone throws a ball at him at high speed, his '[null acceleration]' ability will activate itself, and time will stop for him. In a simple way, the concept of time will not apply to him, allowing him to see the ball suspended in the air. Even if Azkar decides to take a nap in this situation, after doing everything, he will still dodge the ball because the concept of time does not apply to him as long as he has activated this null acceleration ability.
