Chapter 2: Chapter 2: Entering the Naruto world
Eric groaned and realized that his body was lying face on the ground while thinking:
Eric:" Huh, what happened, and why I am not dead?"
At this moment, Eric suddenly heard the high-pitched voice of a small child.
Iruka:" Hey Mizuki, are you alright?"
Eric:" Yeah, I'm fine."
(Wait, what did he call me again, Mizuki)-say in mind
Eric quickly got up and dusted himself off when he saw his reflection in the window, a boy with long silver hair, he was Mizuki.
Suddenly Mizuki felt a pain shoot up his spine as memories of the former Mizuki shot into his brain and these memories were all bothersome.
After a moment to compose himself, Mizuki looks at Iruka for the first time, beyond having some baby fat still adorning his cheeks but still the same tan skin and scar, dark brown hair, and even the pineapple hairstyle.
Iruka:" Mizuki, did your head being hit so hard?"
According to Old Mizuki's memories, both Iruka and he were in their first year at the academy and today they decided to play one-on-one soccer after classes so the ball landed right in Mizuki's face.
Mizuki:" Iruka, I think I start to feel a little lightheaded so I'm gonna go home now to rest."
Iruka:" Are you sure you don't need anything?"
Iruka started to look at Mizuki with a guilty look in his eye so Mizuki leaned over to flick Iruka's forehead.
Iruka:" Ouch, what was that for?"
Mizuki:" Hehe, sorry, I couldn't help myself!" (laughing)
Mizuki:" Iruka, it wasn't your fault so see you tomorrow."
Iruka:" Really, then see you tomorrow."
After Iruka left with his parents, Mizuki started heading back to his apartment based on memories from the Old Mizuki, and in this world, he was still an orphan, he had a government payment once a month and a free apartment.
Unlocked the door of his apartment, he saw there were dirty clothes everywhere alongside expired food on the table so Mizuki had to clean it up cause this place was like a pigsty.
He spent two hours cleaning his apartment, throwing out the rotten food, taking all the dirty clothes to the laundromat then cleaning the whole floor. As outside was getting dark, Mizuki decided to go out and grab something to eat.
Walking down the street, Mizuki was amazed that Ichiraku existed more than twenty years before the first episode of Naruto then he walked into ordered one bowl of ramen but noticed the shop was starting to close down.
Mizuki:" Haiza, why I am so bad luck?" (mutters to himself)
Discouraged, Mizuki was about turn around to leave but heard someone shout at him behind the counter and that was legendary ramen shop owner, Teuchi.
Teuchi:" Oi kiddo, why are you leaving?"
Mizuki:" Oh, I thought you were shutting down for the night so....."
Teuchi:" Hehe, it not gonna happen kid so what can I make for ya."
Mizuki:" Huh, then I will have one pork miso ramen."
Teuchi:" Coming right up."
After sitting down at the bar and waiting for 5 minutes, Mizuki was finally having some dinner then he noticed Teuchi leaning over the bar and asking with a confident smile.
Teuchi:" So how is it kid, not bad huh."
Mizuki was busy stuffing his face inside the bowl of ramen and after finishing the entire dish, he started to chug the broth, not letting a single drop of the dish go to waste, Mizuki placed down an empty bowl and let out a satisfied face before patting his belly.
Mizuki:" That is the best ramen I have ever had, uncle so how much do I owe you?"
Teuchi:" On the house."
Mizuki:" Really, thanks uncle."
After talking with Uncle Teuchi a little longer, he got up and left Ichiraku, after ten minutes of walking, Mizuki finally got home then got into bed while muttering to himself while staring up at the ceiling.
Mizuki:" Did I have to go academy tomorrow, so troublesome, I just want to sleep."
Mizuki:" Hope I can wake up on time."
Mizuki slowly fell into deep sleep waiting for the new day to come.
