Chapter 16: Gang ( 1 )
Rigoletto poured the cigar ash into the glass plate. He was in delight. He just won the battle last night and has now taken control of the southern part of Hell Kitchen.
Bullseye's situation was out of his control, but Ray was still alive.
" We will add our members around your family and friends. I don't think five families would hire the mercenary. " Rigo said in a sorry.
He tried to express his emotions but was unable to do so because he was too happy about his gang.
Ray tapped the table in rhythm. This had become a habit of his. At first, he did this whenever he felt nervous or scared.
But now, it did this because he felt bored.
" I see. Your solution is quiet. " Ray paused and looked at the men in the room.
About seven men were standing around the table. They placed their hands neatly but showed the gun hanging on their belt.
Ray smiled and grabbed his head.
" Quite, what? " Rigo said, making a grey smoke ring.
Ray shook his head and signalled Mason to leave.
He then turned around to face Rigoletto again. This time, there was no feeling written on him.
" Quite stupid. " Ray said. " Do you think your men can protect my family from your enemy? "
Ray snorted coldly and pointed at the table. " You sure have seen the future of your gang but are stupid enough to be blind in the present. You mess with the big guy using my weapon and now I am targeted by that. "
All the men took out their guns and threatened Ray. " Boy, what do you mean stupid? Watch your language. "
Ray shook his head in disappointment. Violence was always the answer.
He communicated with the divine dogs to kill all the men here. Screams erupted but they died quickly.
Rigo stood up and extended his hand. " What are you doing, Ray? "
"Teaching your men and you. "
" We got your family? And we knew about Gwen. So stop this fool. "
Ray laughed out loud this time. "Do you have that much confidence in my feelings toward others? You are a better man than I thought. Unfortunately, they do not matter to me anymore. "
Ray stood up. Rigo took out the gun and shot. The bullet stopped and dropped to the table.
" Stop. " Ray ordered the wolves from biting Rigoletto.
He walked over to the old man and kicked him in the stomach. He kicked again. He stomped the man many times before he could taste the blood through his feet.
He didn't speak during the kick. He stayed silent. That causes Rigo to fear quite large.
" Why are you so stupid? " Ray asked.
" Why do you think I care about Gwen that much? "
" It is because I surrender because of her. It is because I made a deal for her. Answer me, Rigo. " Ray spoke.
" Answer me. "
Rigo was unconscious. Many men rushed over to the room but Ray had ordered the wolves to kill everyone. He also asked Diane to self-destruct the laser gun here.
The wolves were sharp and fast. Their jaws were packed with great strength that was capable of tearing the limb with ease. Humans couldn't see them as well because they were cursed beings.
So the slaughter lasted for a couple of minutes before the house went quiet. Ray grabbed Rigo's shirt and dragged him outside the room.
There he met Mason who stood like a statue.
" You don't need to follow me. " Ray said.
" You are my boss, Ray. My income will be cut short. " Mason replied.
Ray smiled. " Pick him and drive me to the five families base. "
" I don't know the location. " Mason said.
" I will send you a map. Now, let's go to the lab. "
Ray walked past the corpses. The sight of bodies was not for the faint of heart. Even Ray felt like a shit seeing the bloodbath.
' Well, it can be worse. ' He thought to himself and blushed at the awful sight behind his head.
Entering the car, Ray immediately contacted Diane and said. " Find the Rigo's gang trait and order the machine to set up a camera and clean plastic on the floor. "
" And I want to know everything about five families and the shooter. "
[ That is a lot of work.]
" Shut up. I created you for that. "
[ You are on edge.]
" No surprise, I just murdered at least 20 people and I am going to do more. " Ray spoke in sarcasm.
Ray stopped and sighed. " I am sorry for yelling. "
[ Good enough. I will send you Rigo's field. I have been looking into them for three days.]
" Nice. "
Mason shoved Rigo into the back room and drove the car.
Ray wore the mask and the content of Rigo's gang works appeared. He quickly read all the words.
" Weapon making. Gold and jewels trafficking. Oh, Kevin is dead. Let's see the reason. He escaped from Rigo's watch and was shot in the head beside the river. Now his body was cemented and used in the bathroom of his mom. "
Ray shook his head. ' Oh man, that is dark shit. '
He continued to look at the fields. After a while, he selected a few interesting crimes. Those should be enough to make the city boil.
He took out the mask and the wind assaulted his face.
' I am tired of this already. I need to make an example right now. Otherwise, they would come and bite my ass. '
The car arrived at the lab. Ray opened the door for Mason who was carrying Rigo.
Inside the lab, Ray ordered Mason to place it in the plastic bag.
The machine did its job flawlessly. The camera was set up and it even placed the light as well.
" Diane, did you get the mean to communicate with the five families? " Ray asked.
[ I have.]
" Great. Connect the video call with the leader. I also wanted this video to connect with not just the leader of the five families. I wanted the whole organization of criminals to know about this. "
He placed his hand on his face. The mechanic watch on the left arm then turned into the blank mask and covered his face.
There was no string on the mask and yet it stayed on his face almost like magic. Of course, it was because of science.
" Mason, I need you to get out here because things will be a bit brutal. "
Ray clapped his hands. The light turned and revealed Rigo kneeling on the blue plastic sheet with a rope tied in his hands.
The camera turned on. He knew about this because there was a red dot.
[ You can start, Blank.]
Ray chuckled. ' This will be edgy. '
