Chapter 69: Chapter 68:- Scouting

Once they reached Fukuoka Prefecture, it was already evening, so they just checked in into their hotel room, and kept their stuff, as they went out.
Both of them went in different directions, to scout things out so that they could cover large amounts of area in short periods.
Kaina was very reluctant at the start, as she wanted to be with Izuku.
But when Iuzku said, "You will be helping me a lot if you go the other way, that way we can cover a huge distance in a short time, and if that happens, we can have dinner together, and maybe some fun as well, but you need to do it very diligently,"
Listening to this Kaina perked up as she nodded like a madman as she agreed to go the other way, to scout things there.
She carefully reviewed the information, ensuring that she understood every aspect of the plan. She would need to be stealthy and resourceful, gathering information without drawing attention to herself. She would need to blend in with the common people, understanding their struggles and aspirations. And she would need to be prepared for anything, both physically and mentally.
And most importantly get information on where heteromorphs are more in number, how far it is from the nearest police station or hero agency, how much time it will take for them to reach the location, the crime rates there, blindspots, along with how active the criminals are.
How's the lifestyle there, are the heteromorphs openly disliked or in secret, where they are bullied the most, and all such information which they could use to their advantage, to blend in with them, execute their plan properly, which heroes and police to target, what will be done after executing the plan that is the public show, whether it would be like the Aldera incident, or some short-lived one, near the area they live in, or just kill and go type.
She needed to get information on all such things, the more precise the better, but that wasn't all, she also had to place cameras outside all the police stations and Pro Hero agencies, these cameras are high-quality ones, which give HD images, along with high quality videos, these cameras also record voice in it.
And it also has motion sensors, which will notify Izuku when they make a move, and Izuku can listen to them whenever he wants.
It was a camera similar to the one at Izuku's house, but this was something that would self-destruct after 48 hours or whenever Izuku pushed the button,
It was a creation of Izuku, which he made after reverse engineering the camera at his house, and his glitch quirk helped a lot in it, that's the reason he understood how the camera works, and then he placed miny bombs in them so that there is no evidence left in it.
And it is so good that whenever Izuku pushes the button, not only will the whole camera go up in smoke, but also it won't leave any traces of itself behind, not smoke, nor smell, nor any kind of noise and no kind of fire.
Such that no human would be able to find out they were being watched, or when the camera blew up.
Izuku also did the same things, getting information, and placing cameras, but in comparison to Kaina, Izuku's work happened faster, because of his quirk.
While Kaina's quirk was good for assassination, it wasn't good or useful for scouting things, as it would just cause chaos if people saw someone walking around with a rifle in hand.
Izuku had said, to make sure their cover wasn't blown, and to do things discreetly, that's why she had to do things like normal humans did, without getting caught, or people becoming suspicious of her, so she had to walk around and do this like normal people, which was very tiring and time-consuming for her.
And by the time she reached her hotel room, it was already nighttime.
On the other hand, Izuku's quirk was very useful in these situations, well in combat as well, but it helped scout as well.
As Izuku would go intangible, phase himself, or teleport himself, being able to place all the cameras soon, and in regards to scouting information, that was the easiest, with his new shapeshifting abilities, he could easily blend in with the crowd and get the information he wants, that's exactly how he placed cameras inside the Pro Heroes agencies and police station.
However the same thing couldn't be done with Kaina as she doesn't have these powers, and she was already disguised by him, so that no one finds out who she is, for even if the general populous might not know who she is but the police and Pro Heroes knew.
As she had a bounty of SSS+ rank and a shoot at sight order was also released by the hero public safety commission, and it was circulated throughout Japan, where every Pro Hero and police were given her wanted poster, and the wanted poster was only dead, they didn't want her to be left alive at all.
Izuku was also searched by Pro Heroes and police, and his photo was also circulated around Japan, but in his case, it was a missing poster, and if found, they were to report it to Detective Naomasa and All Might.
Technically both of them were searched, for different reasons, but still they were searched, so Izuku whenever left would change his face, and since Kaina had come with him, he also changed her face as well.
But since they had split up, she had to make do with whatever face she had at that time, which was totally different from the face she had when she had checked in into the hotel with Izuku.
So Kaina was only told to place cameras outside the police station and Pro Hero agency.
Izuku had already planned everything, and the directions Kaina was going were safe, and the Pro Heroes there were just small fries, who were barely able to contain small criminals, so even if her cover gets blown up.
She can simply use her quirk, and just get rid of them, and contact Izuku, who would instantly teleport there, and change her face to someone else along with clothes as well, and if still things go like that, he would just simply teleport her back to their flat in Shizuoka Prefecture,
That's the reason why Izuku who could shapeshift himself, went with different faces in different police stations and Pro Hero agencies, which were the main agencies of Fukuoka, so if by any chance he were to get caught by someone or captured in the camera, all of them would be totally different people making the police think that its the work of an organization, which they have totally no record of, and won't even be able to find him, as he did it so stealthily that if police and Pro Heroes were to verify with each other, it would appear as if things happened almost at the same time.
And while he was there, he even hacked their computers, breached the firewalls, and stole all the data on the computer, so that he could find out what all things were hidden or covered up by the local authorities, and on whose orders, so that he could get rid of them as soon as possible.
It also contained the list of all Pro Heroes who were involved in this.
And since Izuku was able to do all this very quickly, he was back in his room quickly.
Following this he sorted out the data, created the list of targets, Pro Heroes to eliminate, all the bad things they have done, and what information to make public, and which Pro Heroes were involved with the heteromorph discrimination.
Who all helped the common people cover things up, who started it, and what was the state of the heteromorphs, all the information he needed, and by the time Kaina came back to the room, successful in his mission, Izuku was already done with preparing all the information, starting the cameras and everything, and was waiting for Kaina to come back.
