Chapter 6: Ch 6 Training and Future plans

Next day…

Jin was standing in the kitchen making breakfast.

Today also he was having his sandwich, the difference was it was non veg. He also needs protein for his growth. From today onwards he is going to focus on his body and mind's growth.

The game is already on the network, so he doesn't need to advertise it, as it will be no use.

The flappy bird is not a game for advertisement, as for how much it will earn.

He will know by the end of the week.

After eating breakfast or you can call pre-workout, he looked at the home clock and it was 5 o'clock.

The first thing he did was attach all the weights he could find in his home. He created his own dumbbells, as the original weight was too low for him to even feel it.

it was not perfect, but it was made to do things.

He took his bag, filled it with small but heavy things, then he covered himself with attached weights, then lift the dumbbells and put it behind his neck with his hand supporting it

He started doing squats, after doing 500 straight his legs got numb, as he was lifting 140 kg straight weight and the weight on his body was around 60 kg.

so he was lifting around 200 kg to 210 kg,if this was seen by someone else they will definitely consider this person as enhanced human, it can't be a normal human capability.

He still had strength to stand up after resting for 15 minutes. It felt like his body was on drugs, still after doing 500 he just was getting started.

He still is capable of more, he wants to do something more, it was only 6 times that of a human.

After doing some research and thinking, he was confident to say that 1 was a normal human strength, but only after training his body, most people are below 1. You need to train daily for years to reach level 1.

It is only possible after using enhancement or more hard work and focusing on it.

Doing normal workouts, you can't cross level 1, Jin being level one even before having perfect body and awakening his X Gene means that your X gene even before awakening can do effects in a specific region which is similar to it's effect.

His body, he felt like he was Superman, after finishing the squats, he went straight for

push up.

He did straight 500 push ups.

He was carrying only the weight which was attached to his body,so it wasn't as hard as squats, it wasn't hard but he still felt that his body was getting stronger.

Still his body was getting stronger with everything.

His body was strengthening, he knew this was just not because of super body but because of limiter removed ability.

If it was just limiter then he needed to rest in between but with a super body mixed with limiter it was something cheating but he wasn't like those who don't like getting strong, he loved the feeling of cheating.

He did have an inbuilt pull ups bar in his home but he wasn't able to use it.

it's not that he can't, it's just that with the weight he was carrying on his body, he didn't think this pull of the bar would be able to take it, he didn't want to test his luck.

So he just kept the minimal weight, he wanted it more than his body weight.

He started doing pull ups and kept on doing till he felt pain and surprisingly it was after doing 900 Straight.

his hands were numb and he couldn't feel them, but he kept doing it just on physical instinct and finally touched the thousand bar.

He let go, he didn't stop himself from falling, just landed on the floor in peace, just after 15 minutes of break.

He stood up again and started, he did many other exercises and practised the self defence martial arts he learned, they weren't anything special but just some form of punching and kicking, blocking and foot movement.

Around 5 to 6 hours of state exercise, he finally was finished and did rest. It was around 10:40. The first thing he did was to go to the washroom.

He wanted to wash all the sweats on his body.

It may have taken more time for him to complete his workout. It was more reps than normal but he did it very fast, he didn't break the form, it was just the speed was greater that's why he was able to do this all in just 6 hours.

After washing himself he went to the kitchen and ate the breakfast which was already prepared by him before the workout, there was protein shake, eggs and sandwich.
