Chapter 51: Deal

*Crash* *Slam*

"Kyahahhahah, Sengoku, why are you shouting?" Garp entered the Sengoku office, smashing the door open.

"Someone kidnapped the Celestial Dragons, and now he wants Devil Fruits in exchange," Sengoku stated, ignoring the damaged door.

"Oh, those wastes, just let them die; they're not worth any devil fruit," Garp muttered as he started wiping his nose.

Sengoku exclaimed after hearing Garp's thoughtless statements, "Garp, keep those words to yourself!"

"I know," Garp answered, rolling his eyes.

"Go, notify everyone for the meeting," Sengoku said to a Marine stationed outside his office.

After a few moments, all of the high-ranking officers entered Sengoku's office, including Akainu and Zephyr, who have lost one of his arms; Akoji is not present because he is defending the new world.

After seeing everyone present, Sengoku then called the Marine Branch at the Archipelago and instructed them to forward his call to Max.

Max is presently drinking wine in a bar, but the bartender is sweating bullets since Max is sitting on Celestial Dragons.

Max is seated on his chair—a celestial dragon like an emperor—drinking wine while the reporters continue to take pictures.

After a few minutes, a Marine sailor approached Max and handed him a phone bug, saying, "Sir, M-marine marshal wants to talk to you," with a shaky voice and trembling legs, and when he saw the celestial dragons acting like dogs, he fainted from shock.

When other marines saw the sailor fainting, they hurriedly dragged him aside, fearing this would anger Max. Seeing this, Max furrowed his brows and snatched the phone bug from the fainted sailor's palm and asked the bartender, "Am I that scary?"

"No, sir, you are the most handsome guy I have ever attended to," the bartender responded calmly, yet the sweat on his brow contradicted his coolness.

"Moshi moshi, White Tyrant here," Max muttered to the phone bug, ignoring the bartender's poor acting.

"You don't know what you're doing." The phone bug emitted a chilly voice as a Marine Marshal-Sengoku face formed on it.

"I know what I am doing. This is the same thing they do every day. Tell me, Dog King, have you ever scolded them—the Celestial Dragons—for this?" Max said it with a cold smile.

Sengoku yelled from the opposite side, "I am Marine Marshal Sengoku, not Dog King, Bastard Pirate."

"Leader of Dogs serving World Government is Dog King for me," Max mocked.

"*Slam*, Bastard. "Talk about the Devil Fruits." A calm, elderly female voice interrupted Sengoku.

'This must be Tsuru,' Max thought, hearing the voice.

Sengoku after corrected by Tsuru, said to Max "We don't have enough devil fruits to meet your demand. We can only give you three devil fruits for each celestial dragon."

"Hmm, hold it for me," Max said as he handed the phone bug to a nearby marine sailor before pointing his finger at a female Celestial Dragon and beginning to burn her with the unholy flames.

*Argghhhhhhhh* *Helpppppppmmmmmmeeeeeeee..arghhhhhh*

The female celestial dragon began to wail and cry as the flames burned her soul.

"What's happening there?" Sengoku's anxious voice came over the phone bug after hearing the scream.

"Sir, he is burning the Celestial Dragons alive!" Sengoku was informed by the sailor who was holding the phone bug.

"Stop it; we can negotiate!" Sengoku roared through the phone bug.

"I thought you didn't have enough Devil fruits, so I was disposing of the useless things," Max stated calmly as he snapped his finger and stopped burning the female Celestial Dragon.

Hearing Max's remarks, all the Marines felt shivers run down their spines.

"Bastard". Akainu exclaimed as he slapped his palms on the table, his hands turning into lava.

"So terrifying~~," Kizaru muttered as he trimmed his nails.

Zephyr frowned but said nothing.

"Listen to his demands; our priority is the safety of the Celestial Dragons," Tsuru told Sengoku.

Sengoku nodded and looked at the phone bug.

"We will give you the exact amount you demanded; just don't do anything to them," Sengoku gritted his teeth and said to Max.

"Good, I'll be waiting here," Max said as he hung up the phone.

"I will be keeping this phone bug," Max said to the marine sailor. "What if your Marshal needs to talk to me? "You can't constantly come running to me, can you?" and he kept the phone bug on him.

The Marine sailors nodded and walked out of the bar.

'Now let's arrange a present for the Marine,' Max thought, and he pointed his finger at the Celestial Dragons.

"Tier 3 Enchantment Magic : Slot, Tier 6 Holy Magic : Saint's Judgment, and finally Trigger Magic, Hmm, trigger will be 'we are pigs' and.... done." Max then began creating suicide bombers with celestial dragons, employing slot and trigger magic. The former stores a spell and later releases it when the user conveys the trigger words.

He utilized Saint's judgment this time because Mary Geoise has some innocent slaves. Unlike soul judgment, which kills everyone within its range, a saint's judgment only kills wicked individuals and even cures innocents.

"After you guys return to Mary Geoise, gather all of your wealth in a corner, and then call me," Max directed them, adding that they should act normally from now on.

"Bastard, barbarian, we are world nobles; release us and beg for our mercy..." All of the celestial dragons began to act strong, and Max then knocked them unconscious.

When the Marine soldiers who were observing from the concealed corners saw this, they swiftly retreated and called Marine Fort to inform them that the Celestial Dragons were no longer under control.

Max, who witnessed all of this, silently chuckled.

On the marine side

Sengoku and Tsuru exchanged nods after Max cut the call. Sengoku then contacted the Five Elders and said, "Sir, He wants 10 devil fruits for each celestial dragon. We tried to negotiate, but he directly tried to kill a celestial dragon, saying, 'If you don't have devil fruits, then there is no need to keep them alive." We had no choice but to listen to his demand."

"Pathetic, is this how Marine operates?" From the other side, an older voice reprimanded him.

"Leave it; we'll take care of the navy later; first and foremost, we need to get the Celestial Dragons safely," remarked a second voice.

"Hmm, he is right. Let's send CP 0 to aid marines. He can easily break Kizaru's hands and legs, which means he is not some reckless pirate." Another third voice said it with a nod.

"We will be sending devil fruits, but after rescuing celestial dragons, take back the fruits and send that bastard who dared to kidnap celestial dragons to us." The first voice commanded Sengoku.

"Yes, sir," Sengoku said, and the line was cut.

At the Mary Geoise

"Celestial dragons had never been attacked before," remarked Saint Ethanbaron, holding his sword.

Saint Saturn scoffed, "a reckless guy whose little strength had gone to his head."

"We will make an example of him," Saint Mars stated quietly.

"Yes, a lesson the world will never forget," Saint Peter remarked coldly.
