Chapter 41: -- Message--
Hey guys, Sauldor's here.
As you may have seen or not, since you're happily quite few, I didn't release any chapters of Vaulstrae since three days already.
And that's because, I can't.
I think I went a bit too fast, truth be told I didn't even know how to speak English a few months ago and so read it.
I learned months and months of experience during this small journey with you all and so thanks to all of you for your support and time : Especially 3ddy, I would've never continued without your comments on each chapter, thanks !
But yeah... Vaulstrae is a very old project of mine, dating from around 2019 that I suddenly tried to write without even having any plan or real plot. So, I had the beginning and a lot of scenes of the end in mind, but not really any further development nor true organization for the novel.
And that's why I haven't released any more chapters since then, I don't know what I wanna write, what message I wanna give, symbol, emotions... And since this is an old project of mine, and that I evolved a lot during those years, I don't know if this work still belongs to me, or just this old version of myself.
So, I'll take a break of a month or two, where I'll just read and spend all of my time organizing a novel, being Vaulstrae, or my second and most recent idea.
I could've continued, but it would've meant giving to you guys a bad and imprecise novel, being uneasy and boring to read ; Which I don't want to.
I hope that you will understand my decision, it really wasn't easy to take : Giving up isn't easy at all, and sometimes even harder than continuing.
But I just can't continue to follow a road I don't even see, and without the necessary tools and skills to.

Still... Don't worry.
I don't plan on giving up on writing at all, that's the only thing I love doing and wanna do during my free times, and even if it takes me one, two, or three months ; I'll come back, with a brand new Vaulstrae, or something even better.
Be sure that when you'll see once again a novel "by Sauldor"-
It will already be number one, or will at least be of the same level.
