Chapter 17: Chapter : 17 Dylan vs Fatty

Dylan hovered above the dimly lit neighborhood, halting at unknown sounds. "Did you hear that, Liridian?" Dylan descended, gliding just above the ground, inching closer to the corner, sensing two figures—an overweight man and a lady.

"Damn!, this is some adult stuff," Dylan muttered, wide-eyed, observing the fat man pinning the lady against the wall. "Oh baby, it's been long since I smelled some fresh fruit," the fat man declared, licking her face with an unusually long tongue.

"Wtf was that?" Dylan questioned, sensing something was amiss as the lady displayed a strange expression. "It's a devil similar to you," Liridian analyzed, scanning the fat man. "It also seems like the lady is under some kind of hypnosis."

"Darn it, what should I do? Should I save her or not?" Dylan pondered. "You should fight; it doesn't seem strong, and you'll need to kill it for experience," Liridian advised.

"Kill it?" Dylan mused, torn by the dilemma of never having taken a life before. "Well, let's see what happens first," he decided, stepping out with dramatic footsteps and suspenseful intent.

"Fatty, making love with women is an art. Don't you think using underhand techniques is wrong and pitiful?" Dylan proclaimed as he fully emerged from the corner, confronting the fat man and the lady.

A moment of tense silence filled the air as the fat devil's eyes locked with Dylan's, both exchanging challenging glares. "Did your parents abandon you? If they did, go straight from here; you'll find an orphanage," the fatty declared, resuming his unsettling behavior.

"Oh! That's harsh but true," Liridian commented, adding fuel to the fire. Calm on the surface, Dylan now fumed with anger. "Oh really, your parents must have also abandoned you, seeing how ugly a devil you are," he hissed back.

The fatty devil, slightly taken aback, remarked, "Oh, you knew I was a devil?" giving Dylan a slight glance.

"Of course, I knew, seeing that long tongue of yours, through which you can even clean your own ass after poop," Dylan retorted, a smirk on his face.

The tension escalated as the fatty devil's wide mouth opened, as if tearing, with saliva trickling down and his long tongue wriggling around, creating a vivid scene in the unfolding narrative.

"Now that I look at you properly, you seem like a one-year-old baby, but you're also not. Maybe you're what people nowadays call Shorty," the fatty said as he released the woman who fell to the ground, her eyes open with no response like some kind lifeless doll.

"And you're what people call a pig. No, that could be disrespect to the pig; you're pig poop," Dylan fired back.

"Your mouth runs well, kid. I'm gonna kick you so hard you'll go back where you came from!" Fatty shouted as he lunged towards Dylan for a kick. Dylan crossed his arms to block, but a green light shone, and a round ball barrier appeared around him, absorbing the fatty's blow. Dylan rolled like a football, zigzagging and colliding with walls and houses.

"Huh, are you running away to your mother?" Fatty taunted as his body started moving like some kind of jelly, suddenly bulking up. Taking a stance for takeoff, he crushed the ground, flowing at high speed towards Dylan.

Hovering in the air within the barrier, Dylan's eyes shone blue as he stopped mid-air. Fatty, with a big smile, approached floating just above him. Another kick sent Dylan flying like a kicked ball, soaring past houses and colliding with the water in the lake.

Lying inside the barrier, Dylan looked at the sky, sighed, and stood up, deactivating the barrier. Standing on the water, he cracked his fingers. "Liridian," Dylan said, and a small black briefcase appeared.

Meanwhile, Fatty landed with a thud sound on the shore of the lake. "Are you gonna drink milk now?" he mocked.

As Dylan opened the briefcase, his dual blade, the Fly Cutter, hovered into action. Liridian cautioned, "Dylan, don't lose your guard. His physical strength is two levels higher than yours."

"This bastard is going to die," Dylan declared, flying towards Fatty with his dual blade following suit. He landed on the shore, sliding to dodge Fatty's kick, then delivered a punch to Fatty's back, feeling as if he had hit some cushion.

As Fatty's hand lunged towards Dylan, he swiftly moved away, dodging the grab. Dylan's eyes shone blue, and his dual blade glowed as it collided with Fatty's body. To his surprise, it neither cut through him nor passed him; Fatty's body behaved like rubber.

Calling back his dual blade, Fatty taunted, "What happened? Can't pierce me? Don't worry; I have something stronger to pierce you." Fatty licked his lips, wriggling his drool towards Dylan, who moved away in disgust.

The saliva that landed on the ground emitted dark pink smoke. "Dylan, his drool contains some kind of aphrodisiac elements. It might be the reason that lady was hypnotized," Liridian explained.

"You're an Aphrodisiac man," Dylan said, repulsed by Fatty's unconventional methods.

"You're really smart, kid. I'll give you that," Fatty said, taking a feminine pose. "I am Aphrodisiac man. I roam at night, hunting women and spreading love," Fatty declared.

While Dylan getting frustrated by fatty doing weird poses, as another taunt came from fatty

"How about sending your mother if she needs some lo—" Fatty was about to continue, but Dylan punched him as hard as he could. The impact sent Fatty off balance, rolling on the ground. Getting up immediately, Fatty boasted, "I told you, your attacks will have no effect on me."

"Dammit, I need more power," Dylan mused to himself, realizing his attacks were having no impact on the opponent. An idea struck him, activating his barrier and hovering the Fly Cutter between his palms. The dual blade started moving like a fan, its speed increasing and releasing a blue aura.

Fatty sensed something and immediately approached Dylan, attempting to break the barrier with punches. However, not a scratch appeared, leaving Fatty with a hint of fear. With a smirk, Dylan chuckled, "What are you laughing for, you bastard?" Fatty kicked him, throwing him above the lake. Cocooned inside the barrier, Dylan maintained focus, supplying energy as the dual blade radiated a swirling blue blade.

Another kick from Fatty sent Dylan into the air. The energy surrounding his dual blade cracked the barrier, with a BOOM! the barrier shattered. Dylan lifted his right arm, the blade rotating above his palm, a blue aura enveloping the entire lake. Fatty witnessed the danger and an ethereal view.

Muttering, "Wind Glaze slices through everything in its wake," Dylan released the attack towards Fatty. Despite Fatty's attempt to block it, a swish of wind cut even the lake water in half. "Ha, I blocked it!" Fatty laughed, unaware that the attack had passed him, cutting him in half. Blood spurted as he fell into the gap between the lake, and the water slowly mended back together.

Liridian's mouth hung wide open in shock. "What was that?" he exclaimed, surprised for the first time. As Dylan slowly floated back to the shore and fell on the ground, breathing heavily with no energy left, Liridian commented, "Ahem, that was a nice attack."

"Thank you," Dylan replied with a smile.

"But now your spiritual energy is all used up. How are you going to get back home?" Liridian questioned. Dylan realized he needed to return home quickly; although his hologram was present there, someone touching it could pose a problem.

As Dylan slowly rose to his feet, he carefully placed the Fly Cutter back into the briefcase. "Our work is done," he declared, sliding one hand into his pocket as he leisurely strolled towards home.

Fortunately, he managed to return home in stealth, slipping in unnoticed. He hitched a ride on top of a car, the driver oblivious to his presence. Perhaps a few passersby caught a glimpse, but Dylan reached home unscathed. Exhausted and drained, he immediately succumbed to sleep, the lack of energy taking its toll.

Meanwhile, in the underworld's Gremory Castle, an air of urgency enveloped everyone. Zeoticus, Venelana, and Sirzechs appeared visibly nervous. Grafiya lay on the bed, and a doctor examined her.

"Mr. Zeoticus, it seems you're becoming a grandfather again," the doctor announced, casting a momentous revelation that echoed through the halls of the Gremory Castle.
