The car kept going for another half an hour. They were now in an abandoned area of Azure Bay City. It had a small chapel with many makeshift shacks and trash littered around.

They could see the area was now transforming into a slum. Many people with tattoos walked around the area, with some kids playing on the side.

It was clear to Victor this was not just a normal slum. It was one filled with criminals and lowlifes. 

The women's clothes barely hid their assets, making everyone able to tell at a glance they were prostitutes. Some even walked with their breasts hanging out.

Seeing Victor glance at them made Elly pout, "Eyes on the road, mister. Is seeing mine not enough?"

Victor coughed, "I am just making sure of the situation."

"Yeah, right, none of them is our match. Except they all are witches and templars. What do you think this place is?"
