The high table seats were marked, consisting of the three judges, Chief Warlock, head of the DMLE and as this was a high profile case, the Minister of Magic himself was one of the presiding committee.

Most of the seats of the lords were full, the time of the trial was 9 AM, half an hour after the announcements but the trial was almost an international event.

"CRIMINAL TRIAL FOR ONE COUNT OF MURDER, OF ONE LORD OF NOBLE HOUSE OF MAGICAL BRITAIN AND THEFT FROM MAGICAL NOBLES"
"How does the accused plead?" After all the rumours from the Prophet, Eren was charged with only the murder of Aberforth Dumbledore and speculated theft from the same.
"Not guilty."
"Representation?"
"I will represent myself." Madame Umbridge sat down with her word of announcing done.
"Head Prosecutor?"
"Auror John Dawlish"
"Opening defence," Dumbledore asked, calm and composed.
"Before my defence, I challenge the assignment of the Chief Warlock as the judge of the case."
"On what bias?" The Minister of Magic asked. Unlike muggle courts, there were no qualms against a judge presiding a trial involving his family in the wizarding world, as in the end, the decision remains in the hands of the Lords and Ladies of the Wizengamot.
"As it stands I cannot think Albus Dumbledore will be able to proceed with the trial without impartiality."
"Your motion is denied." Undersecretary Umbridge said. It was established that the accused cannot make any demands if to for a member of a Noble house in Wizarding Britain. Even then it would have to go past the same judge, who will more often than not accept the change in his or her presidency on the case.
"I ask you this not as Eren Carla Yeager but as Eren Carla Yeager Dumbledore, Lord of the Noble House of Dumbledore."

"What?" Auror Dalish was baffled.
Shutter sounds enveloped the whole of the Wizengamot. Amelia and the minister looked surprised while Albus was almost distraught at the announcement.
"Silence- the chambers will be closed for the media now," Dumbledore announced. Not looking at the announcement.
"Add Line theft in the charges!" "The gall!" "Fraud" "Is this supposed to be some kind of joke."
"Eren Carla Yeager will have to submit proof of the Lordship; otherwise the charge of Line theft will be added against the accused." Amelia Bones announced.
Eren revealed his hand, where a ring could be seen with the sigil of the Dumbledores.
"Is that-"
"I present myself with the Lordship ring of the house Dumbledore, claiming the Lordship as the Ancient Magicas have granted to me."
"The Prosecution challenges the claim under false Lordship ring claim."
"Call the head goblin of Gringotts," The minister of magic asked his undersecretary.
Dumbledore was still surprised ith the ongoing, if the claim was to be found true this would be- he did not have any words to describe what he was feeling, or whatever he was supposed to feel.
"Announcing Director Ragnrak the Ninth, Director of Gringotts London, second in line to the Goblin throne. Entering the closed chambers of the Wizengamot." Undersecrarty announced with a hint of disgust in her voice.
"Chief Warlock, Minister of Magic. What is the reason for this call?"
"The accused claims to be the Lord of a Noble house. We need to check his claim." The goblin turned to the man and walked down the stage to examine him.
"Mr. Yeager, I did not think I would see you here, bound and being tried." The goblin did not spare a second look at him, instead looked at the Lord's ring.
"The Lord ring is real, Lord Aberforth Dumbledore also accepted Mr. Yeager as his heir, with sound mind giving checks for Imperius, confundus and loyalty potions."
Again anarchy reigned in the chambers of Wizengamot.
"The creature lies. The Goblin is in cahoots with the accused." Madam Undersecretary shouted at the results.
"Do not question my honour Witch. Heads have been rolled down for less." The Goblin gave a signature angry look at the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Magic.
"Does the Lord's ring accept the accused?" finally Dumbledore asked.
"It does. There is no doubt that man shares blood with Lord Dumbledore. He was the heir of Lord Aberforth Dumbledore, by blood and by will." Eren looked at the Goblin confused about how he was the heir by will.
Dumbledore looked pale. Amelia looked at the Headmaster and the Chief Warlock, worried.
The Minister and the Lords were forming their own questions.
The Old man, who had once looked healthy young and strong had been turned into a weak and broken man if he was not after the news of the death of his brother.
