Chapter 50: L: Might's Discuss (5).

There was a sepulchral silence, even if interesting things were happening on the floating screens, all the powerful beings were in a sepulchral silence, no one spoke, no one made any noise, and even those beings of incomprehensible nature stopped their polluting murmurs because no one wanted to destroy the solemn atmosphere that had been created.

They were paying respect to a being, but not a being of great power or ancient presence, no, it was not even a human hero or someone with a story worthy of songs sung for millennia, no, their silence was a sign of respect for a mortal.

Why would beings of such caliber show such respect to a mere mortal? A human, a speck of dust on another speck of dust a little larger in an immeasurable universe, a universe of the infinite that existed in the Omniverse and beyond.

The answer is exaggeratedly simple because that simple mortal was Akira Toriyama. Yes, why would those beings pay respect to a mere mortal? Because he was something more than a mere mortal, he was an author, a famous author.

Why are there stories about these supposedly fictional and unreal beings in the world? Because human beings have a special ability to create universes with their imaginations, and even though they think that it only remains in their imagination or in the media that capture their idea as books, comics, manga, series, or movies, they do not know the impact that they bring.

Whether because of the unconscious influence of these creatures or because the people who imagined them created them, there is no denying the influence of outstanding writers on the human world and beyond. Toriyama was not the best manga artist, but he gave birth to an idea that became something great.

Even if you've never seen Dragon Ball, you've heard or read about it, because it's almost impossible to escape the influence of this work. It's not the best, but it was a part of many people's lives, and maybe it didn't "change" you forever, but at least you tried to do a Kame Hame Ha at some point.

It was a mere mortal who created beings of incredible power, proving that humanity can create interesting things. You may not like Dragon Ball, but at least admit that the world would be different if it hadn't come out.

These powerful beings admire this simple mortal, silently giving him their blessing and praying that the human authors live much longer so that they can continue to create more universes and more adventures.

...

"Minerva, did you find the dragon hatchling?" In a dark place, a dim light illuminated a small area, revealing 13 human figures made of light.

One of them, an elderly man with a long beard and golden eyes, looked at the light figure that had the appearance of Minerva, who upon hearing his name, simply waved his hand before answering.

"Oh yeah, and she's a pretty interesting little thing. She's a human with the soul of a conceptual dragon sealed in a powerful object deposited in her soul. The dragon has a foreign feel to it, maybe it comes from..." Before she finished, knowing she couldn't say those last words, Minerva gestured skyward.

The other figures fussed a bit, but the old man simply snapped his fingers, the sound of the snap being a bit louder than usual, but it seemed to have such a strong coercive power that it affected the beings behind the light projection, calming them.

"Tell me about the puppy," the old man asked in a friendly tone.

"Well, she is a human female, barely old enough to be considered a baby in our species. She is using a method similar to the evolution of eastern dragons to acquire a draconic nature. At present, she is in a state called "Snake", and it is expected that as her strength increases, she will reach "Flood Dragon" and then "True Dragon".

The latter state would be equivalent to a teenage dragon without a base concept, but I can sense this girl's affinities, she has an incredible affinity for the 'Noble' concept, and her draconic aura is taking on an interesting golden color," as she said these words, Minerva cast a not-so-subtle glance at the old man who was carefully stroking his beard.

"A noble dragon... a distinctly 'human' concept, but I suppose it fits her, and the color of her aura indicates that her future dragon body will be golden, which makes her fall into the metallic dragons. This shows her inherently good nature," the old man concluded after analyzing Minerva's words.

The thought of adopting the girl crossed his mind, but when he saw the insolent look in Minerva's eyes, he knew that the greedy young lady of his clan had already beaten him to it.

"Then you must take good care of her and teach her the ancestral skills of our dragon clan, a golden dragon with the noble concept will be welcome," the elder said before his figure disappeared, ending the short meeting that had taken place.

Minerva, who was lying on the couch in Marie's house, opened her eyes, and since Marie did not feel at home, she just got up and went to the kitchen to get some food.

"HAHAHAHA! I beat that old dragon, who's the best, apparently me!" boasted Minerva as she rummaged through Marie's magical refrigerator, pulling out more and more of the food stored inside, resulting in a cartoonish image of a naked woman carrying a mountain of various edibles.

As she was about to eat, Minerva thought of Marie, she hadn't seen her since last night, and curious as to where her new daughter was, she looked up slightly. Her eyes glowed with blue light for a moment before she saw something that made her swarthy face turn red.

"Damn you, girl! I didn't know you could put that look on your face... I didn't think human eyes could get that way, and why do I feel like they've been breeding for hours? Honestly, I don't understand humans at all," Minerva complained as she stopped watching, knowing that she shouldn't go around spying on her little daughter, although she would have to talk to her about this in the future.

Yes, dragons are lustful, but they should not let those urges control them, Minerva had believed at that moment that Marie, as a little dragon hatchling, could not control her sexual desires and felt it was her duty to educate her.

What she didn't know was that things were much different than she believed, Marie was simply having a good time with Seone, and she wasn't simply giving vent to her baser instincts, but Minerva's thoughts were skewed due to her inexperience as she was barely an adult dragon with a concept.

She did not have extensive experience with other dragons and did not fully understand the complexity of human thought, even though she was in human form, she was not human in a fundamental way. So when Marie brought Seone home that day, she was greeted with a lengthy lecture on 'Not being controlled by our species' inherent urge to fuck', yes, that was the length of the lecture Minerva had carefully planned for her daughter.

But after this misunderstanding was cleared up, Marie introduced her to Seone and vice versa, which led to an interesting scene.

"Minerva, this is Seone, my friend and teammate. Seone, this is my supposed dragon mother, Minerva," Marie introduced the two people sitting in the living room, quickly needing a new topic of conversation to put the previous strange talk behind her.

Seone looked at the strange naked woman in front of him, his six senses at maximum due to the sensory oppression he perceived. The woman before her was powerful, much more so than Damien Fenrir, and even the masked woman.

Moreover, he felt innate oppression, as if Minerva was his natural superior, but that feeling made Seone resist, and showing his impulse full of silent death, he broke free of that strange feeling. This made Minerva, who was testing Seone with her Dragon Fear, astonished to notice the boy's reaction in front of her, that's why she looked at him with much more interest.

She was already curious about Seone, and now that she realized that the little snake in front of her was fundamentally different, her curiosity went from 0 to 100 in an instant. Then she stopped teasing him with her ability and just smiled.

"Welcome, Seone, I'm glad you're well," the dragoness introduced herself, as humans she'd spied on during her lifetime usually did, though her tone was stiff and somewhat out of place.

"Thank you for your hospitality, Miss Minerva," the boy replied, maintaining his courtesy to the powerful woman in front of him.

"Now, let's drop the annoying and tedious politeness, will you take responsibility for my daughter, you greedy little snake?" asked Minerva suddenly, making Marie blush like a pure and chaste young woman, while Seone choked on her drink.

"Sure, our relationship is not a casual thing, I take our thing quite seriously," Seone replied after coughing a little.

Marie held Seone's hand tightly, showing that she agreed with what the boy said. Minerva saw this show of affection and felt a little uncomfortable, remembering some unfinished business with a certain rather beautiful nine-tailed fox who had broken her heart in the past.

"Well, let's leave that aside, let's talk about something else," Minerva changed the subject and began to tell the young people in front of her some curious things about this world.

...

Speaking of the world, there was a small fluctuation in that space rift on the moon that only very sensitive people near the rift could notice. But then that fluctuation grew to the point where it wreaked havoc in the crater where it was.

By the way, Fenrir's body had disappeared from that place long ago, through the work of the Masked Woman Venus. A round object emerged from the space rift and fell heavily onto the lunar surface, then the fluctuations, which were quite violent at that moment, calmed down until they disappeared.

The round object was the size of a basketball, its color was white, and its surface was exaggeratedly smooth. Then the ball floated until it reached two meters in the air, then a red dot appeared on the surface of this object, which then began to project light, focusing it on its surroundings as if it was scanning them.

"New world encountered... detecting high levels of energy referred to as 'mana', activating stealth scan protocols designed to prevent possible entities referred to as 'magi'.

Detected high levels of vital energy referred to as chi, aura, or ki. Designating this world as full of powerful beings. Activate stealth scanning protocols designed to prevent entities with exuberant life energy.

"Detected an extremely active world consciousness, unable to implement cloaking protocols. Detecting the vision of a ruler being, activate self-destruct," the object, after issuing these statements in a cold, mechanical tone, emitted a beam of light into the rift and then disintegrated, leaving only ashes on the lunar soil.

A gaze full of power, but unable to be felt by normal beings, paid attention to what was happening in that place, and then, as if it knew what was happening, that gaze 'shook' the world.

Venus, who was having a nice date with Thor, felt this tremor and interpreted the information in it. Then she smiled there would be a new show soon, and she would have a 'foreign' source of training. Her gaze fell on Thor, who without realizing it was concentrating on eating the delicious food in front of him.

"Looks like you'll be able to show off your talents soon," the woman whispered, her red lips and masked face would once again bring fear and terror to the weak-minded, but this time perhaps on a much larger scale.
